Near impossible to deal with, you have to pick up sod on their schedule.

Take your business elsewhere. Trucks not on time. Was given several dates to pick up sod and it kept getting delayed. After about three weeks of excuses as to why sod cannot be picked up, I showed up to pick up “fresh cut sod” and it was brown. That was 4 hours after the pickup time of 8am. Don’t waste your time.
