These people are the nastiest people in Arkansas. Terrible customer service. Rude employees. They will take you for whatever they can get out of you without doing anything. I feel sorry for anybody who mistakenly walks in the door of Sharps Small Engines. They will rip you off.

Have used them to get a push mower repaired last year, and just bought a used rider from them. Overall very pleasant and helpful, and decent pricing on services I've used. Would recommend to a friend.

Do not take anything to this place they will fill your carb on your weedeater with silicone so it won't run and change you a high price for parts and labor

My husband just walked in to get our generator repaired and before he was waited on he witnessed the woman at the counter being rude to an older gentleman about warranty work that he was sent there by the company he bought it from. She was extremely rude and told him it would not be warranty and would cost $75. Just to look at it and if he didn't pay in 30 days it would be theirs and they would sell it. He didn't even get to speak with a service person...my husband then said to her are you going to treat me the same way you treated him? And she said yes!... if you want to be insulted and treated like crap, I would recommend this place otherwise don't waste your time stopping and if your manufacturer recommended warranty work to be done here, I would recommend you report this unprofessional conduct to the manufacture so they will be removed from their warranty provider lists. She is definitely not good for business.
