I called to have some irrigation heads repositioned and received a scheduled date. I had assumed that the work would be done on that date. I wasn’t told that the appointment was only to work up an estimate. That wasn’t my issue. The guy called his supervisor to come over to my house to revive “assistance” with the quote. I couldn’t help but think it was so that the guy could see where I live so that he could jack up he estimate because I “could afford it.” Maybe unfair but that was my impression. The quote wasn’t emailed when they said it would, I had to call to get it, then of course it was extremely overpriced -with most detail omitted, like what was actually being quoted. “Move heads” = $500 “Adjust heads” = $500? “Add head” was the only line entry where they indicted how many made up the $500 cost, which was 20. Completely ambiguous. $1,500 for some odd number of head adjustments. Called back and asked for detail and have not received any followup. It’s like they don’t want to have to have anything that I could compare heir pricing to someone else’s. So not impressed.

scam company and they delete bad reviews or pay to have them deleted somehow. Used to be lot more bad reviews last year. Used to be like 5 bad reviews about customers missing stuff that their employees may have stole. They only pay employees 10% when going rate is 50%. They charge double too. Got to pay for the new $10 million office building somehow. They don't even got anyone in current office.
