I stopped in to look at a new Shindaiwa trimmer. I was greeted promptly and courteously. The person that greeted me was extremely helpful as well as the technician that came out to speak with me about my existing trimmer. I would not hesitate to do business with Jadco.

Horrible attitudes and service. Have attempted several times for them to do some basic lawn mower/chainsaw service but the "turn-around" time would never have been less than 6 weeks. They act like you're bothering them when you walk in the door and could care less that you're there. Definitely not the Jadco ran in the 80's!

I bought an Echo chainsaw from Jadco and it has performed just as expected. I have some pretty big oak trees and it powers through them no problem. They were very helpful in teaching me how to care for the chainsaw and providing any needed maintenance. I have been pleased with the experience and would recommend them to others.

If I'd read the other reviews I might have thought twice about having my Snapper mower repaired at JADCO in Hiwasse. But...they took care of my problem and turned my mower around to me in about four days. No problems with JADCO or my mower.

I probably wouldn't have stopped had I read the reviews before I made the drive, but I'm glad I did. I found the experience to be refreshingly small business-like in nature. The owners were very knowledgeable, and I Ieft with a feeling they were good, honest people. I stopped in, because I wanted a Stihl, and it's hard to find a Stihl dealer, which they are. But after they shared the pros/cons I bought an Echo. The price was the same as Home Depot too. It was nice to be able to support a small business.

Fun old school shop. Freindly staff/owner and greasy counter. I keep a fleet of junky curb find push mowers for my 1 and 1/2 acre lot and jadco is my go to small parts stop.

Brought in my old chainsaw to get repaired. I told them if it wasn't worth fixing to let me know before any repairs were made. Finally after 3 months with no callback from them, I dropped by to see what was going on with it. They said a part was obsolete on it but they replaced some other parts and said that it runs but doesn't run right. I told them they were supposed to call before any repairs were made. They charged me $23 for a "bench charge". This is a bad service practice! I was going to look at buying a new chainsaw from them but that sealed the deal for me. I will not spend any money there and will not recommend them to anyone. Very bad communication, and very bad business practice.

Piss poor attitude, especially when you may have purchased parts from a competitor because they didn't have them in stock. Ordering parts is a shot in the dark, because it can take weeks for something that was supposed to be there in three days to actually get there. Maybe I just expect better customer service, but copping an attitude because someone may have shopped at a competitor speaks poorly to your overall integrity as a business.

Horrible place to deal with. The lady that is the owner is rude and does not stand by her products or repair work. DO NOT GO THERE. Lowe's, Home Depot...is a much better choice. For good repair work try Bentonville...

Very rude from the start. Refused to work on my greenworks lawnmower because they thought it wasn't under warranty, even though I had a warranty claim form from greenworks. Do yourself a favor and stay clear.

Amazing people and service. Surprisingly well stocked for the size of the shop. My son (12) is starting his lawn care business and they treated him so well that he/we will not shop anywhere else for his tool and equipment needs.

I had my doubts using Jadco after my initial visit and reading some reviews. First visit was really just out of curiosity of their business manner. Yes, they could and should do better! They never acknowledged my presence. Well, fast forward a couple years and a five year old Echo blower... I needed my backpack blower serviced as it had seized up. Took it to the Echo dealer in downtown Bentonville and he wanted +$200 to “maybe” get it running again. Gave Jadco a try as they are about 5 minutes from the house. They said they would look at it but it would take several weeks. That was fine because I didn’t need it back in hurry so I left it with them. Got a call back a couple months later saying the blower was fixed and charged me $70 for their trouble. Much better than the other place! I will continue to business with them until they give me a reason not to.

Bought echo weed wacker and blower 3 years ago. Quality products and they suggested I buy premixed fuel with no ethanol. I finally need a new head for the weeder but after 3 years, that's normal

Maybe I expect too much...As long as you don't mind dropping off equipment in December and having it ready in March. As long as you don't mind being up-sold parts in January and finding out in March they still haven't been ordered. As long as you don"t mind being told "we'll check on that and call you right back" 4 different times and that never happening. As long as you don't mind paying a premium for lousy service and getting your equipment back with grease all over it. As long as you have extremely low expectations, this place is just fine.

I took my lawn more in to be serviced in Winter of 2017 with a list of 5 things I wanted done and after a 4 month wait for repair while the mower was Still working well the number one thing on my list was not done after a $260 service bill in their mechanics opinion it would last a little while longer that wasn't what I asked them to do I said replaced the belt no matter what the cost ,now my mower is broke down I've been waiting on the belt for over a month now and they won't even return a phone call this is piss poor service at best. But they get so much business due to lack of places to go they don't care and don't have to.

I find their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for recommendations for weed whip and blowers and they provided pros and cons for each brand, they took the time to show me how to operate and maintain the equipment as well. I have also had the provide service on a chainsaw, it was ready by the day they said they would have it completed by, again friendly service.
