I ordered a MDO sign board on Wednesday, assured it would be in the next day. I received no call to update me, and had to call them 3 times before I found out I would not get it until Monday. They cancelled my order without asking me, and Johnny on the phone laughed at me when I explained the bind it put me in. When I called to speak to the manager, he patronized me and told me he was sorry that I didn't comprehend that it wasn't their fault. I felt demeaned, and unvalued as a customer.
