I would not recommend them to do any work. I requested a quote to cut some limbs, to spread 7 cu/yrds of topsoil as well as 85 sq/yrds of Zoysia sod. The price looked good so the next day we told them to get started, there reply was we are already doing a big job and can't schedule to do it. A month later we went by there storefront and got the same story, we are doing other big jobs, so we asked if they under bid the job? And just didn't want to do it? Got no answer. Blank stare. so I replied we would have to find someone else but we would spread the word of our experience. As we walked away she asked our name, to which I said "It doesn't matter" I strongly urge a prospective customer to look elsewhere. btw. This was only a test as we have loads of work to add bushes and trees in the front yard as well as a fence of bushes around the back yard. A new paver sidewalk from the front driveway to a new patio to be installed in the back yard. I like breaking these jobs up for just this reason to check out and find reputable landscapers. Casa Verde does not fall into that group. Thanks for reading. William C Haerle

If I could give zero stars I would. I was at their garden center this morning and they let a thousand dollar plus sale walk out due to their stupidity and rudeness.

I wouldn’t recommend Casa Verda Landscaping. My husband bought me a Japanese Purple Maple Tree Christmas. Spring time came and the tree was purple for maybe a week and it turned back green. So my husband called them about 3 or 4 times, they said that they would send someone out to come look at the tree but no one ever showed up! So we went to the center where we purchased the tree. (HWY 7 HSV) We talked to Kevin, he said he was the owner. Kevin was the rudest person I have ever met, he said that Hot Springs hasn’t had enough sun for the tree to stay purple. But no one told my husband that when he purchased the tree. I asked him; what are we suppose to do if the tree doesn’t turn purple? he replied... Hell,what am I suppose to do about it ? That’s when I asked for the manager or owner, and he said he was the owner. Very nasty and racist he said, you can dig it up and I’ll give your money back. Guess what?? I went straight home and dug it up and my husband returned it.... Kevin told my husband he didn’t want me to come back because he didn’t need my business, I’m not the one that purchased the tree, my husband did; then he made a smirk remark.... ( Welcome to the Village)....very rude!!!
