Quality lawn care service provider. Bottom line – Jeff and his team do a great job the first time at a competitive price. Anyone can mow a lawn but not everyone provides the level of customer service that Jeff and his team do. Communication is excellent. I can always get ahold of Jeff when I need to, primarily when I need extra work done. In the off chance he can’t be reached by phone then a text will quickly follow. I really feel valued as a customer. Invoices are emailed the day that work is performed and Jeff even provides a self-service portal where I can easily pay my bill and view all of my previous invoices. Jeff and his team do such a good job on my lawn that I have had them tear down and remove old flower beds, trim trees and bushes, weed flower beds, perform leaf removal in the fall and spring, and clean my gutters. They do exceptional work and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality lawn care company in Northwest Arkansas.

I needed a French drain installed ASAP, and Clean Cut Lawncare was able to get it done with little advance notice as we were working with other contractors on a larger project that they needed the drain installed first before we could progress. Clean Cut was very professional, courteous, and prompt, and the work was completed as promised and with little to no mess left behind. I highly recommend them if you need a French drain installed and PROPERLY. For reference, this work was done for us about 8 months ago, and it is performing just like we needed it to. So thankful we got it done before this year’s rainy season. Great company!

I have been so happy with these guys and they show up on time... they have a real user friendly website that you can pay right on the website and it is so much better than what I had in the past with other companies... I hired them to do mowing and edging and they did mow but only edged about half the yard. We paid almost $60 for a partially done job. When I called to ask about the lack of edging I was told “they would investigate and call me back”, I never got a call back. I would make sure you are present when they mow so you can verify the job was done properly before they leave.

Cut grass fine but once we had them do our flower beds everything went downhill. One of their guys laid fabric in our flower bed per their recommendation and did not treat for weeds did not secure fabric just used some stones and flower pots we had to keep fabric down. The staples were left laying on top of the fabric. Once I questioned this they said it was our fault we should put mulch immediately. Seeing how the job looked incomplete why would we put mulch down. But we paid so why would we expect anyone to care about the work when the already have their money.it was just $65 for the fabric so I won't cry over spilled milk to much:)

It was very difficult to turn over the job of pruning approximately 40 crape myrtle bushes that create almost a 4' wall around our property. My discussion with Kurt was to take care and effort in the pruning and not the usual shear off the top method. I wanted the bushes to look that natural shape when they were done. He assured me he knew what I was looking for and had the people to get it done. He kept his word. Terrific is the closest word I can come up with. I got the look I was after and besides the management team I met two of the personnel from "clean cut" that I will be happy to have back again for my next outdoor maintenance job. Jeff was great and they did work fast but our sod didn’t live past the summer. We followed all the directions they sent us, making sure to water our backyard consistently, but it didn’t take. We have great growing grass in patches. We feel like we kind of wasted money on getting sod installed to not fully enjoy our yard. Sadly, our backyard looks like it did before we had the sod installed, patchy and unusable. Not sure if it had anything to do with having sod installed the first week of June, instead of it being installed in the Spring or Fall.

Clean Cut Lawn Care is dependable and easy to get in touch with. They text me and let me know when they are coming so I can make sure my dogs are put up. However, I don't have very much grass (do have a lot of yard and sticks) and sometimes it doesn't take them very long. I would appreciate it if they could spend a little of the extra time they have picking up some of the branches, sticks, etc., but when I requested that they said there were too many sticks for them to deal with in my yard. If they could just clean up a few each time it would be helpful.

A Clean Cut just finished a major landscaping job for us, and here are the results. They used paver stones to line our gardens and circle our trees, digging out the trench around, filling with crushed gravel, then placing and cementing the pavers in place. They then added more mulch and cleaned everything up at the end. The job took several days to accomplish, which I was told it would, and the results are fantastic. We also use this company for our regular lawn maintenance (mowing, fertilization, weed control). They show up on time and are very prompt and courteous. I have enjoyed my interactions with Jeff Watkins, the owner. He is very polite and knowledgeable of his business. He keeps me informed when jobs will be done. I would recommend A Clean Cut for any landscaping or lawn job you have. We will definitely continue to use them!
