I had a fountain installed. It was chipped while they installed it. Never returned to fix it. Now the pump has come detached and they want to charge me $125.00 for a trip charge. Unreal. Never again will I give them my business.

This nursery has a great selection of ceramic containers. I swear every time I go in they have like a 1000 new containers. Plus they have these rescued birds that have a great aviary and get lots of love from the customers. I watched this lady talking to them and they loved it. Its a wonderful place to go in and walk around and shop for anything garden or yard related. I highly recommend them.

Great Nursery!! Highly recommend for all needs!! They were extremely helpful when we were redoing our backyard. Offered great suggestions on gravel and plants - And they have an a wonderful selection of plants as well as beautifully, well crafted pots. Hubby loves their BBQ section with the selection of spices and outdoor kitchen appliances. Make sure to stop by when they're doing a cooking demo - YUMMY! We also never leave without saying hello to the Parrots or picking up a dozen of their fresh eggs from the chickens they have on property!

The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The inventory of pots and fountains is huge! I tell them about the sun exposure at my house and tell me which plants will work in my yard. They have NEVER steered me wrong! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Purchased an "i with Ball" Fountain from The Green Goddess that is manufactured by GIST that cost over $2,500. The fountain started breaking down, stain coming off of the ball and base months after installation. The pedestal is fine. Unfortunately, the dealer and manufacture didn’t get contacted until 1 ½ years following installation. The warranty is one year. I provided Andre, CEO of The Green Goddess, photos and he quickly makes a determination that the fountain was scratched and damaged due to cleaning. The only maintenance was the changing or adding of water. You can literally rub the stain off with your finger. Andre was going to have a visual inspection performed until he realized I contacted the manufacturer to gain some fountain knowledge. I think he was concerned that he couldn’t try to undermine me. Unlike his competitors who provide manufacturer info upon their request. I would not recommend The Green Goddess or the GIST products since they do not stand behind them. A fountain should last more than 1 ½ years. They concluded they never saw a GIST finish come off. Another words, they are the only company in the world that never produced a bad product. What planet do they live on!!! These pictures tell the story!!!

I went in asking a question and the black guy at the counter "Robert" was so rude he kept saying "excuse me" "excuse me" over and over and wouldnt let me speak the the manager, Erin, so I left and called on the phone. I asked to speak to the manager Erin and he hung up the pbone on me! so rude

Came here for the first time and left with a sick feeling. They have two cages with beautiful birds that are in just terrible condition. Most are missing their feathers, which is obviously a sign of poor health and stress. I also did not see any water available for them. The manager was very dismissive about the state of these birds. If you can't take care of these living creatures, I sure as hell want nothing to do with your business. I will never be coming back here for any kind of plants or services. I will also be following up with the PD and Humane Society because this is honestly just cruelty. If you live in the Phoenix neighborhood-- do NOT support this DIRTY business.

The Green Goddess is fun to walk around and look at, but there was no one to be found to help find what I was looking for. When I finally got help, they didn't even have what I wanted- a dwarf citrus tree. They have a nice selection of pots in the clearance area for an affordable price. There are some pretty miserable looking Parrots and Macaws sitting in the 110 degree heat right in the center of it all- I don't know much about birds, but they were molting and looked sad. Most likely won't be back.

A few months ago we bought three plants from here, a large peace lily, and two medium spider plants. The staff was extremely helpful and gave my son food to feed their fish, it made his day! We’ve since replanted the plants because they are going so healthy and rapidly they quickly outgrew their original pots. The selection of plants in stock was impressive, beautiful and well cared for. We will be heading back when it’s time for more indoor plants.

The fountains are beautiful but I caution you to buy a large one. Because when it’s time to change out the lights and the motor, you can’t do it by yourself and they will constantly tell you they are “two months out“ (even in the dead summer months) to get someone to come out and replace it .

At first looks to be nice business until you get to where 2 cages of birds are kept. Birds are in TERRIBLE condition. There was a small bird on one of the paths dead. No empoyees around. When I finally found employees and told them about the bird, no attempt was made to go pick it up. I will not be back.

Amazing selection of pots and plants. (You could say I'm a little picky and even I was able to find just the right things!) :) Green Goddess updated our front yard - everything from adding more gravel, to adding more plants and 2 new trees - even custom ordering just the right trees for our needs. They also gave us privacy bushes for the back yard after our neighbors new yard guys trimmed their hedges back so far we could see into their house. And they beautified our entire home when they found a way to add planters with the most beautiful and lush, seasonal flowers flanking either side of the garage. (And every season they plant NEW lush flowers for a nominal fee). My stepmother was recently over and she said our yard has never looked more beautiful....and she's even pickier than I am! Haaa! Warmest thanks to the fabulous team at Green Goddess for making our house feel (and look) more like a home.

I had a great experience buying a fountain at Green Goddess. We had our eye on a fountain there for several months and were disappointed to learn it had been purchased the very morning we went there to buy it! Sales associate Yvette and her manager helped us find an alternative and offered us a grace period (they do not usually accept returns on fountains) so we could ensure this different fountain would work for our space. Turns out this fountain fit better than the one we had originally chosen, so thank you to Green Goddess for offering us that flexibility. They have a great selection of fountains. I highly recommend you check them out.

If you want to blow your budget in one place this is it! The good news about Green Goddess is that they have a lot of products: plants, fountains, pots, etc. If you can't find something anywhere else you might find it here and it might be worth the 200% price increase. Or more. The bad news is the customer service and outrageous prices.

You walk into the nursery you see all the beautiful items and plants for sell then you see 2 large cages one with parrots and another with African greys. When I saw the condition these beautiful birds were living in I wanted to cry. Looked like a small bowl filled with dog food on the mud looking ground. No proper way to shield themselves from the heat or cold. Dirty water, no toys that were worth anything to keep the birds amused. Hopefully something can be done to help them if I can.

This definitely wasn't the ultimate gardening experience,as their ads say.Good selection,but expect to have mass confusion,when trying to get something purchased,scheduled,or repaired.Short staffed to say the least,people helping 2-3 people at a time,and the female manager,got an ATTITUDE.

Be very careful if you have them do work for you at your home. They quote you the cost of the job, then, after the job is completed - they add an additional ( high ) labor cost which is completely of their choice what it will be - there is no discussion/negotiating in advance what the labor fee will be - they just post it on your credit card. Completely unfair - how does a business decide later what fees they are going to add without the clients prior approval of the additional cost - a scam. Quote the cost of the job upfront, include all of the fees, let the client and Green Goddess agree and then go forward with the work. Sounds like the way to do business to me ... Upfront and fair. Buyer beware ... its a classic bait and switch. Shame I have to post this, but, I want to be fair to future clients.
