They have very nice people working here, just ask for Dan, I think there are three of them, so you are sure to get someone to turn around and help you. One stop shopping for gardening supplies. I have a business account with these guys and they have been great to do business with. Eshim is an awesome addition to their company and they better hope they never loose him cuz he is definitely the one who helps keep the business accounts coming back. There was a pricing issue on my account for a few and once we got it sorted out and figured out what the issue was, Eshim made sure that my account was credited from the over charges of my previous purchases. This made a huge impact for me. If your a business considering these guys as your wholesalers, don't think about it any more. Just do it. You'll be happy.

They will walk you through to each product and price compare to other products within the store. Dan was great! The only reason why I gave it four stars is because they do have limited products.

I've been to Southside Garden Supply in Spenard twice. Each time I had to go to the counter and ask for help. Actually had to interrupt the two employees yakking to each other at the register. I had a question about nutrients and they started talking about Mills, ( yes mills is good ) but then for some crazy reason one of them said "stay away from Fox Farms because they are owned by Miracle Grow". What the ...? I was curious about this so I e-mailed Fox Farms told them what I was told at Southside Garden Supply. Next day I got a reply from the owner of Fox Farms stating Fox Farms is a family owned company. They are not owned by Miracle Grow or Monsanto or Scotts. As for the employees of Southside Garden Supply, I can only guess why they were pushing Mills on me using a lie to do so. By the way I have used Mills and Fox Farms,both are great I believe Fox Farms to be more economical.
