Nicest folks ever! They definitely do NOT have a problem talking to females, as stated in another review. I called and spoke with two different people and they were super nice. My husband called in last week about a hitch for our Gravely. They had one in stock and my husband told him it would be this weekend before we could make it down to pick it up. My husband just walked in and said he needed to get one of those hitches and the gentleman working called him by name and said he had been holding the hitch for him since he called last week. These folks are nothing short of kind and helpful. We live 30 minutes away and won't go anywhere else!

Rude rude rude, called and NEAL was rude, wrote me off because I'm a woman. When I first asked his name he said he was "nobody" and then continued to belittle me. Then hung up. Had a man call and he told him his name and answered the simple question I had. Never will shop here again.
