Standard grocery store. Their selection of goods is limited when it comes to fresh and non processed goods, but it does the job if you need a few stables when passing through town. The staff is friendly and it's clean and easy to get in and out of.

SO NOW I HAVE WASTED 8 GALLONS OF GAS AT 2.40 A GALLON THAT'S ABOUT $20.00 TOTAL SO NOW I HAVE WENT IN THE HOLE $19.00 THANKS RIDLEY'S

The ol Riddler is a decent place to find your staple goods. Seems strange that they dont have a liquor license. The one in Laramie does, so I dont know what's going on. Also, they have an ice machine inside as well as outside, so there is no reason not to cool off. Will stop by the next time I'm in town, certainly, but then again it's a grocery store and a guy has got to eat. I considered using the restroom to verify if any progress has been made since the great disappointment of a previously posting patron, but then I realized that I already had a long write up prepared for this grocery store and decided instead to go home and start working on this novel, which I hope you have greatly enjoyed. First time trying this store. Overall the shopping experience was not bad. We are pretty self sufficient so don’t need much assistance. Store is small and assortment in some areas is fairly limited. What caused the biggest impression while in shopping was the public restroom. It was the most disgusting restroom I have seen and for that reason I probably won’t be back. I figure if that is thought to be acceptable what kind of standards are followed in other areas of the store.

This store has to be the worst grocery store in Sheridan. They never have enough checkers, long lines, rude staff. The Pharmacy has to be the biggest disappointment for us. The pharmacist is an idiot and cannot be trusted after charging our insurance for two bottles of insulin instead of the one we picked up and now we have been screwed over and have to pay full price. Incompetence is the only constant at this store.

This store is a joke waited 20 minutes for a person to come tell me that the only person that could help me is just starting a meeting and i have to wait 45 minutes so he could help me and walked away without even waiting for me to say anything. I never saw a store more slow with employee so rude and ungrateful. I will never go there again

I like this store and the meat quality is good. However the last 4 times I've gone there for an advertised steak special, they were completely gone. If you run an ad, consistently run out and don't honor rain checks, that is false advertising. I'm close to giving up on this place. Order more meat and keep it on the shelf. It's not rocket science. Maybe it is intentional?

Went there to cash my payroll check and had forgot my Id so I left to go get it, I came back and the manager refused to cash it ? But didn’t tell me that when I was initially there to cash my check ...I sat at the customer service counter for 15 mins the first time before a customer went and got someone to help me because the employees didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there ...but ridleys sucks anyways that’s we don’t go there too often

Convenient if not busy. The wait to go through a line is about 7 minutes. Make sure to check all expiration dates. Always have some food that is rotten and not able to be eaten.

The produce center has a good variety with great deals. The service I've had at the deli was terrible. The store itself is small with cramped isles. There's not a good selection of groceries and lines at the few registers are very slow moving.

It sure would be nice to know what time this store closes. It is not posted on the door(s) & is incorrect on Google. Obviously close before 11:00 pm, as I was by there at just after 10:00 pm and the parking lot was empty (except for 1 car) & the lights were out.

Everyone you deal with is rude. Bought some eggs the cashier put them in bag first then put a bottle of body wash and a thing of coffee creamer on top of eggs!!! Then I nicely asked cashier if we could not put the heaviest items I bought on top, response was there's bags at the end of checkout isle if you want to move things around. Unreal

No matter how cheap no matter how high tech no matter how clean, if a business doesn't have people manning the cash registers who have a sense of personality, spontaneity then whatever you're going to do with your business plan, it won't work to its fullest potential. These cashiers are the worst cashiers I have ever seen anywhere in the United States of America and that's no exaggeration and you know it too if you've been there. Attitude exists that they don't want to be there and you are a burden to them it's like an assembly line and they holler the word next. Is Sheridan Wyoming so desperate for employees that they allow their employees to have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever in any way form or fashion? I finally quit going there I couldn't take it anymore you can't even say hello they just look at you like you're stupid. I give up, I Surrender, I'll go back to Walmart.
