Nice display of an array of goods only thing I disliked were the prices, very high!
Great place to go with the family. Get out and see all of their wide range of animals and check out their fresh produce and lovely greenhouse.
Fantastic place, great product great price and friendly people!
Only stopped by for a minute to get snacks and things. Friendly staff and a selection of local goods.
Great selection but tourist pricing
Good for teaching kids, and letting them explore
Love seeing the decorations and animals
Great start to my day. A lot to see and do with the grand kiddos.
Great place to visit with family
Fall decor & more! We go every year (15 years now) to pick out pumpkins & see all the animals.
Love this place. Has wonderful plants, and great amish foods
Great place. Lots of half off bins. Good prices and I love the petting zoo area.
Great place to take your kids
Fun for the kids, everyone is friendly, prices are somewhat reasonable.
Lots to shop for and helpful staff.
Always like fresh produce
Wonderful selection of fresh produce.
Great place. A lot of things to do and a terrific little place to buy great fresh produce
Very nice place, i am glad i stopped and shopped
Kids had a great time a little pricey though.
The animals are so wonderful! It's a great place to spend an afternoon but bring lots of quarters so you can feed the animals.
Place is really run down. Pumpkins didn’t look great. Animals weren’t in best conditions. Feels bad for them.
Great selection of produce but condition of animals is somewhat disturbing
Great for a quick trip to pick up fresh produce, or spending an entire afternoon.
My favorite petting farm to visit. The baby cow and the Elk are always my favorite animals to visit here. Love that there isn't an admission fee to see the animals.
Cool place to stop and take your kids to see the animals. Cool little market with good food at reasonable prices. My wife can't leave without a tray of lemon bars.
East seems like theres less and less and west is really looking nice. Great place for local goods. Mums are HUGE and only $10 each. West has a great play area and petting zoo (east has both as well but near as nice)
They have fresh fruit, vegetables. In a small petting zoo
Very fun and eventful place.
So fun to go during Autumn
Nice place
The animals were a lot of fun for the kids but I think it would be nice if them to supply little kids with a free bag of animal feed in stead of having the 25 cent machines all over. Not everyone carries change and the constant begging for money to Feed the animals made us cut our visit shorter. If we had spent more time we may have purchased more of the big ticket items inside the store. But overall it was a fun places with a lot of cute items for the home and great food item for sale right off of their farm.
kids had fun
Great prices and an over all great experience for young kids & big kids.
Free deer farm (not just deer though), and quality farm fresh products for a reasonable price! Whats not to like?
I loved it so much fun!
Wonderful people. Expect the best products and good time for the kids.
One super cute goat. And one that hops in and out of the pen at will. The other goats are funny. The elk was rutting but still majestic.
Hey. I was at pecks today and I got assaulted and this lady pushed my buttons and we were being polite to her telling her sorry for staying longer than we should have (we didn't know there were hours set because it Sao it was still opened) and she took a picture of my license plate and I felt really attacked. Do something something about this.
Great produce and a fun atmosphere. We loved feeding all the goats!
Awesome place!!!! Good products. Great for children.
I love Peck's so much! We stop and feed the goats and other animals whenever we can. I can't wait to take my son back there the next time we're in Wisconsin.
Fun place. Basically a very large side of the road farm stand. Our grandson really loved all the animals, especially the chickens. Free admission and parking. A horse drawn wagon and a tractor pulled train rides are available for only $1 per person. Fun time, a lot of fresh produce to purchase at reasonable prices.
I absolutely love this place! I used to go when I was a little girl, and finally I took my one year old daughter there over the weekend. She loved it! We really enjoyed feeding all of the animals, as well as the wagon rides. It's a little bit of a drive from Madison, but so worth it! Not like your typical pumpkin patches and apple orchards, this place is truly a hidden gem! This will definitely be a family tradition!
I love Peck's Market... such awesome fines
Always a great stop
This place has a petting zoo! And the people are very nice here. I bought some homemade pies. Yum! Lots of great food goodies here.
So many fun unique things to buy! The jars of food stuffs has to be the best. I hadn't been here in awhile and we literally travelled here on a whim from an hour away just to check it out and buy a few things. It was October so they had a pumpkin bounce house and a short little haunted thing you could walk through for free. The staff was really nice too and didn't mind that we were there just be for closing. I need to stop here more often.
I stopped by on the way back to Chicago. I was a bit disappointed to see their eggs are from PA, that's pretty far. I was hoping for more local eggs. There aren't a lot of produces in there either, mostly canned goods.
Plenty of choices of fresh produce and farm made goodies.
I come here every year with my family and I just love it here
I visited all the way from Hawaii and I truly had a wonderful time here! They have a corn dispenser and I fed all the animals! They looked so healthy and they each had enough living space, which I appreciated. You wouldn’t believe how adorable the baby calfs were. The cashier guy was so sweet and helpful. We made sure to leave with goodies from the market too. BY FAR, THE BEST MARKET AND FARM ANIMAL INTERACTION I EVER BEEN TOO!! This is one of my first reviews, cuz I don’t do this often. (Don’t confuse this Peck’s market with the much bigger one more west from here, Brad Peck’s FM)
This place is great been going here since I was a kid. They have a lot to offer from the farm animals to horse rides and wagon rides. The store has lots of great foods you can purchase
Our 10 yo daughter loved feeding the animals! Great place to pick-up a pumpkin and some tasty Fall treats too! Two thumbs up for a fun family destination.
Went downhill in the past couple years. Very few types of animals, playground equipment starting to fall apart, goat area in disrepair. Very disappointing.
Very nice place to get plants, produce and other gardening items Very neat and tidy
Great place for kids. Corn was very expensive in gift shop. Quite a selection of everything.bring your wallet
I love this place when I was a little girl. That place will never change.
Great stop! We picked up some BBQ sauce and some cucumber sauce. Lots of goodies in here! Great place to view some animals, deer, elk, goats, chickens and a few more. Great friendly staff! Easy to see from the highway.
Loved it great place for all Produce
Always fun to stop here, feed the animals, get some fruit, and check out all the fun stuff in the store
Nice collection of animals. Great gifts too
We were driving by and saw the roadside signs for this place and decided to stop by. What a blast! A nice piece of Americana, this roadside attraction, with animals you can see and feed and produce and other good for purchase inside, as well as a kitschy gift shop. Plenty of photo opps, too. Great for people with kids to kill an afternoon.
Good family fun
Great produce, the animal farm is rather run down, the staff is very pleasant and helpful.
Fun environment, friendly people. Nice variety of animals and a nice local produce store
Wonderful place for families! Quite a hidden gem!
We bought our goats here and they have become a part of the family, we go there all the time and we just love it
Great fresh produce and canned goods
We have always enjoyed visiting Peck's Market with our children. It's great to see what they have added to make this even more of a memorable stop for our family. From feeding the goats, horse rides, petting deer and browsing through the store, we can't just drive past. We love all the unique goods they have to offer and are always extremely friendly.
The staff here is very good
Petting &feeding the animals is always so much fun!
A great stop in the summer
Nice stop for little kids who like to feed animals for an hour! Beautiful drive from Madison.
Very friendly staff, prices have gone up since the last time I was in. Apple prices ok but potato prices were pretty high.
Great place to visit and prices are excellent
It's a nice spot to take the kids to see some animals.
Took my fiance here and had a great time. We got great fresh produce, rode on a horse drawn wagon, and seen/petted the other animals they have there. Will definitely come back every chance we get.
It's a long drive from Madison, but the produce and prices are worth it! I also love their goats, elk, chickens and other animals!
Great place to stock up on fresh food and see/feed a wide variety of animals
My kids love seeing the animals, as do I but they are way overpriced and our family, being vegan, doesn't have much to choose from.
It was slow today when we went. But I'm looking forward to going back in two months for fall vegetables and more fresh bread.
Super duper cute. Make sure to feed the critters. The goats also enjoy being pet.
Had fun with the animals and feeding them!
One of the funnest destinations of our summer every year. Special place to take the kids while getting local produce.
Great place for the family.
Love coming here. Lots of animals and lots of produce. Prices are great.
A must stop Fall destination for my whole family. We live in Barneveld and go here every year. It's been a staple in our life's for a while. Lots of good things here and the petting zoo is fun.
We love taking the Grandkids here. It's a cheap afternoon of fun#
Visited here with dad and friends. Bought mom a rose bush here and some flowers for me.
Great place to go. Excellent for kids. All kinds of animals and lots of good things to eat.
Looks like peck could use a little work. Things looked a little run down.
Great place to bring kids out to
We stop every time were in the area , my son named a goat JJ
Love the animals and friendly atmosphere. A great place to stop and take a break.
Expensive poor quality strawberrys, went to jellies, much better quality
Great place for fresh produce. But don't have the older guy check you out. I had 4 items and he rang up one item twice. He didn't know how to fix it and over charged me 4.25!
My family has enjoyed going here ever since I was little. Great animals and the store they have has great items to pick from.
Great place to take a rest while you are on the road. Nice place.
I love stopping here! Fruit, vegetables, plants, and a little petting zoo, which great for the kids. Nice little shopping spot.
Great place to stop by to see the animals with the kids everything is well maintained.
Pretty interesting place. Looking forward to going there at harvest
Unfriendly employees!!!!! After looking at the animals and donating to the animals we decided to get a few things. When I went to the register to pay with my card I noticed the sign $10 min with card. I politely said I would wait till my wife got back from the restroom to see if she had any cash because I didn't have any and my total was $7.00. When my wife returned I ask if she had any cash and she didn't so I politely told the cashier I guess we didn't need the candy since you won't take my debit card less then $10.00 and walked to the car. While walking to the car one of the employees come out and says to my wife you shouldn't of used our bathroom then "aka porta potty". WOW!!!! This is the last time I will ever stop there. They have signs up everywhere about if you break it you purchased it and have a $ value way above retail. I have been stoping there since I was a kid but I will drive down the road next time.
Fun for the whole family.
Great place for young kids. Lots of animals to feed, goats, deer, pigs, ducks etc.
Took my daughter here for her 4th birthday to visit the animals. She enjoyed it very much. They have bags of feed to buy for the animals, a bin FULL of peacock feathers, lots of unique treats, and a range of different animals to see. The only thing I would suggest is more strategically placed garbage cans. We found litter that someone left behind, along with our own garbage wrappers that we carried around for a while, and I had to go looking for a receptical near the main building (to free up my hands) which upset my daughter's 4yo attention span. Playground needs an update too but she enjoyed it either way.
best "cashew crunch" I've ever eaten!
It seems like the place isn't was what it used to be. Still probably worth visiting though.
Fun to go to petting zoo and look at animals.
Super cute place with a small zoo, giant walk in pumpkin and, play area. Downfall, no bathrooms. Just porta potties.
Amazing
Lots if great animals to enjoy. Great for kids
Fun for the whole family.
take the whole family here! the animals are soooo cute! Great homemade food in addition to of course the delicious produce!!!
Great selection of fresh, quality squash and other vegetables. Very reasonable prices; always a must stop place on the way back from Sunrise apple orchard.
The condition of the animals were deplorable. Rabbits are being kept without hay (which should be 90% of their diet) and were covered in fleas. The fowl were swimming in algae ridden water. Bison was riddled with matted hair. And that's noticable before you get up close. If you can't care for your animals (which you clearly can't) then please rehome.
Expecting more produce not good when I went over the summer..
Great place to take the family in the fall
Roadside tourist attraction......this stop is a bunch of Malarkey. Try Hecks they at least have lawn art.
Was fun! The animals and the playground have grown since I was there last. I bought some jams and pumpkin butter that my kids are excited to try.
People running it are freindly & very helpful.
Very fun place to go with kids however the store is a bit pricey.
Expense but huge variety of fresh veggies apples jam/jelly, gifts, popcorn, corn maze, brats and hotdogs for sake on weekends till novv1st. Petting zoo, goats chickens, Lamas etc... lotsnos varieties pumpkins, gourds mums
Nice place to buy and take the kids to see some animals
Farmer's market that has a small zoo! There is a deer farm outside with birds, goats and various deer species. The market had great products as well.
If you want amazing produce, you have to go to Pecks.
Been going there for years.
Love their selection!
Over priced and the animals seem to be in horrible living spaces. Water buckets over turned, mud everywhere hardly any of them had grass. The were all filthy and sad looking. Didn't want to spend any money there if they can't provide clean spaces for the animals.
Kiddos loved the animals! Great store! Friendly people!
Always a nice place to visit and the animals are awesome
Great place! The animals are so friendly. Bring some quarters to feed them!
We witnessed a goat giving birth! So cute. All of the baby goats make the amazing trip so much better. I love Peck's.
Best pumpkin patch for miles around. Always takes ride up there for a yearly family tradition... Love it.
Seemed a bit expensive.
Fun for the kiddos as always!
Very big selection of food, lots of delicious local made preserves, and very adorable animals to throw corn at.
There's a little zoo in the back!
The greatest selection of jams and jellies ever, plus fresh produce. The outside is a little run down especially behind the main entrance. I've been to zoos all over the country. This one needs a refresh button....
Love this place my kids are now 20,17,16,14 and we still go there as a little family outting...
Fun for kids of all ages lots of animals
Lots of fun for families with lots of animals to feed and see. In the fall there is a corn maze, hay ride, train ride, bouncy house, brats, and a great deal on huge bags of winter squash.
Always a very nice place to visit. Great worth kids
Animals were not well cared for, plus they weren't open during the hours they listed on FB. Drove over an hour for nothing.
We stopped in for some fresh produce and were excited to see they had animals for our 2yr old to run around and see. But after visiting these animals and seeing the poor living conditions (dirty pens, dirty water covered in algae) and their health state (abysmal, hair loss, emaciated) we were disgusted. Looking through the produce stand made me suspicious that it came from a distributor, not from a local farm. None of it looked farm fresh. And the prices were a bit high. Very disappointed in this place as it has potential to be great.
Our family was on a road trip and accidentally ran into Pecks Farmers Market! Although we planned to stop for just a couple of minutes.... talking to Dick (owner), who treated us to the sweetest watermelon that we've tasted this summer and taking in the most unique features of the market made it a once in a lifetime memory for us! Thank you Pecks Farmers market for your Mid Western Hospitalty we'll be cherishing the memories in Maryland!
It is awesome. They have a great store for farm produce during the summer and awesome things to do during the fall with an amazing corn maze. Also so many different animals to see and feed. Bring the kids with you and a pocket of quaters to let the kids hand feed the animals. It would be a 5 if they had hand sanitizer stations around the farm to sanitize your hands after feeding the animals.
Way better than the other pecks
Great farmers market. Been in business for years
The animals are so cute and some of them are so colorful. The staff is really nice and there's always a great selection of produce and goods to buy
We have been visiting Pack's locations since our children were very young, 28 years ago and since with our family and now with our grandson.
Overpriced. Go to Hecks!
Love to go see animals and see what they have for seasonal foods.
Family friendly fun for all ages!
Gave me incentive to open my own produce stand in Northern Wisconsin! Excellent place to stop! The mellons, corn, and green beans were very good!
Twenty-two years ago, the week before my husband and I were married, we began the tradition of the annual trip to visit the apple orchards in the western part of Wisconsin. One of our first stops was to Peck's Farm Market East. Peck's Farm Market East is a roadside market located in Arena, Wisconsin. Peck's features fresh Wisconsin produce, beverages, baked goods, meat, and dairy products. In back on the market is a petting zoo where you can feed deer and goats. The zoo also features prairie dogs, pigs, cows, a variety of fowl species, bison, llama and elk. There are several haunted houses scattered throughout the market to explore for fun. Each year our family looks forward to our annual apple orchard trip and a visit to Peck's Farm Market East!
A "must stop" driving to or from the Spring Green area. The mini zoo is a fun relaxing place to visit and the pumpkins and gourds in the Fall are colorful and plentiful.
