Needed $5 in quarters but they can only do $2. The guy at the register said it's a store policy because it's a college town. Maybe keep more quarters on hand instead of limiting. That and water were the only reasons I stopped. That's not good customer service at all. Now I have to make a second stop somewhere else.

I would give this Kwik Trip a 0 stars if that was a possibility. I've lost a little weight since the picture on my ID was taken (30 pounds or so) but my ID is still VERY clearly. on two separate occasions with two separate employees (Amy and Stacy) refused to sell me cigarettes because my ID "was not me" even after I showed them debit cards with my name and MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. I reported this to corporate and their manager multiple times and ended up getting a $10 gift card for the way I've been treated by their employees. Stacy even recognized and "apologized" to me in a very snooty tone. Tonight, I FINALLY mustered up the courage to try to purchase a pack of cigarettes from the gas station closest to my house assuming that the staff had been talked to about this. I initiated the conversation by saying "please dont try to say my ID is fake, it is really me." Kevin responded by giving me a dirty look and saying "come on, this isn't you" and almost didnt sell me my cigarettes until I told him I would call corporate yet again on this store- which I plan on doing after this review is written. At this point, Kwit Trip has lost an extremely loyal customer who generally LOVES KT experiences. theres really nothing they could say or do to make this better. This gas station has given me severe anxiety when I have to present my ID in any way, shape, or form. My feelings and ego are hurt.

Ahh Kwik Trip..: what other gas station sells high quality meat, dairy and produce at prices so low that most groceries can’t even come close. Add a kitchen baking BOMB thin crust pizza and an in house bakery with crazy low deals everyday and you’ve got the makings of a magic world that redefines the term “convenience store”. Did I ”GAS station” — if there were Kwik Trips back in California and the East Coast, they’d kick everybody’s butt. So be forewarned, Arco am/pm, Chevron store, and 7-eleven — your future competition is a little gas station in central Wisconsin and Minnesota. Just you wait...

The best Kwik Trip in town as far as their customer service. Only bummer about this particular location is they turn their hot food rotisserie off at 10PM every night. Most other locations have it on 24/7.

I travel an excess of 20,000 miles each year in an automobile and stop at a lot of gas stations. None I have seen can outperform Kwik Trip. Aside from superior quality hot and cold beverages they have excellent and affordable produce and meat. The company invests many resources in each employee with formalized training and profit sharing. This level of employee investment is far beyond other convenience stores. Kwik Trip develops it's store policies using strong, data driven, research in the fields of Consumer and Industrial Psychology. All of these things combine to provide the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. You will not fear sitting on the toilets in their restrooms. You will not find their prices to be more than other establishments. You will encounter staff that know what they are doing and care about the establishment. I cannot understand how the owners of other stores in this industry continue to manage their businesses so poorly after witnessing Kwik Trip's operation. I only go to other stores if absolutely necessary.
