Wonderful place to shop! I couldn't recommend it more! The prices are great, the staff are super great, and its supporting a local business so it just makes you feel great! I shopped here a few times on a couple of my trips to Neillsville for business and whenever I needed help I could always find an employee right away!

We love this grocery store. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable about vegetables and the meat department as well. The bakery and deli are a fun group of ladies and are great with party ideas!! It great to have a grocery store that really cares about their customers!! Love this place!!

I always loved the lunch specials on Saturday. The one thing that does not make since is that the choices each week is not freindly for everyone. There should be alteratives for others. I can not have spicey and do not like it.

It was good. I figured prices would be higher actually. Pretty reasonable. Just wanted a few things maybe particular to a bigger city variety (seagrams ginger ale and a frozen fruit smoothie mix) they didn't have but definitely adequate substitutes.

They don't have a big selection. They don't have great prices. 3 out of 4 deli workers seemed troubled to have to cook a few pounds of fries for me. A young employee followed me to my car with fun and friendly conversation about the brewers and packers. And asked if he can help load my groceries in my car. He then thanked me for shopping there and returned the cart(very nice) and it was the best part of my visit. But they are the only grocery store in the area. That's about all they got going for them.

Almost all Hansen IGA are well stocked usually clean restrooms obviously some have gas as well. Never had any problems . More and more lines recently and only 2 people behind registers. Waiting... Might as well look around some more. Friendly staff are usually helpful. Will return

Store is constantly out of stock on alot of items. Went there two days in a row and each day they were out of the items I went there for. Their selection is very poor compared to what Gordys had. And now that Gordys is gone and Hansens petitioned to not allow another store to take it's place we don't have the option to go to another store to get what we need we have to drive to a farther town because they wanted to have a monopoly. The people that work there are rarely friendly you feel unwelcome when you shop there. I don't think I will be shopping there anymore unless I have no other choice I will be taking my business out of town to stores I can depend on having the things I need and being treated like a person when I speak with the employees.
