After experiencing a lack of quality, incorrect orders, and rude employees at the Sheetz in Bridgeport, this Sheetz is a step up in every way. The store itself is also much cleaner and better stocked. The cashiers will always chat with us a little, and the kitchen staff are efficient and nice. I haven't had an issue with this Sheetz missing ingredients on MTO food, and they seem to do a better job with assembly. The produce always seems fresh, cut well, and given adequate proportions on the sandwiches. They do a great job of combining quality with value, and their kitchen also gets food out quickly.

By far the worst sheetz I've been in 30+ minutes for two orders of cinnamon poppers. Finally received order in a bag with all containers of sauce open an covering everything. Another 10+ minutes for someone to figure out how to return 6 dollars. Customer service very poor and place is filthy will not be returning.

Sitting in the area designed for charging phones & such & I can't help but notice how dirty everything is. As I was shopping I noticed a sign suggesting buy two teas & get two hot dogs free, I ask the people working in the kitchen as well as the cashier & neither seemed to know how to proceed w\ the order. That was FINALLY figured out & the cashier acted as if it was a burden to take the order as well as the digital card on my phone. I'm normally very pleased w/ sheetz & it's employees.... ( however everyone working today must be having a bad day ) The restrooms were filthy & there were no napkins or straws available. Very unfortunate!!#!!!#!!!!##!!!!!####!!!:#

Customer service was non existent. No decaf coffee and was informed @ around 1p that coffee rush was over and decaf would be made in morning. Also, out of french vanilla creamer and was told it would be refilled when they had time! Worst experience at a Sheetz, ever!!!! Will never go back!!!!!

Bad impression first time through the door. Everything is very dirty! Half the store wasn't working, empty shelves and no ice cream. Rude staff. Containers everywhere on floor which Is a safety hazard. It even smelled like mildewing carpets. Very disappointed! Seems like no one cares. Need to get a different manager!

Sheetz has you covered! Whether you need gas, pop, chips, coffe, espresso, snacks, freshly made sandwhiches and salads, wine, beer, lottery tickets, the local newspaper, or the restroom, Sheetz is the place! Sheetz is one of the few locations that you can put air in your tires for free, other places charge as much as $2 for there self-serve air pump. Heads up though, if you are ordering food or espresso drinks, they aren't fast so be prepared for a short wait time and also remember to pay for your items before picking them up.

Good service in the food. Just dont go after 1 am because it's a joke. They had one guy on and it took 45 mins for me to get my food, and with there policy you have to pay before you can pick it up I would definalty have left if it hadn't been paid for.

Understaffed and very disorganized. I ordered a chicken sub and waited 20 minutes for it just after midnight. Very, very slow food preparation. Good for gas and pre-packaged items, but forget anything they have to prepare, unless you've got a lot of time on your hands

The service here has changed drastically since they opened. When I have ordered online, I get there and end up waiting a long time. Because they clear the order off the screen and forget about it. And more recently I got breakfast from there. And my bacon egg and cheese biscuit tasted like some type of cleaner.

Worst sheetz I've been in. We got MTO and whoever made the 1 sub have had to dump almost entire bottle of vinegar/oil on it. We drove back to where we were staying and couldn't eat either sub because the oil from the sub went through to all the subs .

This location has really clean bathrooms. That's a rarity when it comes to gas stations. I highly suggest the carafe of coffee with a half dozen doughnuts for only $8.05 (with tax).
