The loading time was fast, but no one told me after I was loaded to go to the office to get paperwork. When I checked in they took my phone number and did not call me when the load was finished. I was napping and took an extra half-hour on the property that I didn't need to. A little disorganized. The location is absolutely gorgeous though.
