Such a great variety of products! Lots of local Vermont items. Delicious food with gluten free options! Try the prime rib on Fridays and Saturdays - delicious and great value! Also a great place to pick up local wine, cider, and spirits. A must stop location.

The folks who run the place are everyday folks who are courteous & warm. The food from the deli inside is outstanding. You wouldn't expect it from a "Gas Station" but this place is more than that. It's a diner, liquor store, general goods store & more. I shop here whenever I can.

I've never dealt with more rude and disrespectful staff OR customers in my life. Greatly disappointed. What I thought would turn out to be a place that supported and showed the charm of a small town, ended up proving to be a place where tricking customers into spending unnecessary money and being unkind was the norm. The only thing I witnessed there was an immense amount of greed. I am saddened by my experience as I had hoped to be welcomed into the sweet town of Jay. I was greatly disappointed and I hope that this shop is not indicative of all those living in that beautiful town.

Good food, snack, and drink selection. I stop here each year for the August West Festival (free music Festival in the first week or so of August featuring mainly Grateful Dead-esque music). There is a nice selection of groceries and a good selection of Vermont crafted items (I love the pine soap by Lightfoots). Outside, there are gorgeous wooden carved statues.

Great place to get a little bite to eat after skiing all day at Jay Peak. Great selection in beverages, beer and wine. You can't beat their Deli counter. And if it's apparel you're looking for... they've got that too!!! Also check out the beautifully, handcrafted, novelty items made right here in Vermont, by people around the area. So stop in and say hi to the friendly staff where the atmosphere is contagious & you're always welcome at the JCS.

As a local I have to say it's a great store. Not so little. The best selection of beer in the area. Clothing, shoes, collectable items. They have a great little deli and eat in/take out area. Plenty of parking. Pizza is on point. Always coffee going. Vermont liquor store on premises. We buy our boots here as locals. They have more and better Jay Peak branded goods than the mountain itself

I didn't expect to find amazing food. For $12.99 I got a 12oz perfectly cooked prime rib that was so tender you didn't really need a knife. Which such a good dinner of course we went back for breakfast and the Greek omelette was super good, as was the pancakes with maple butter. This is our new food stop for when we visit.
