I love this place, yes it can be a little pricey but why not pay a little more to fuel yourself with healthy food that will benefit you in the run. Fom their grocery section to the deli, bakery outdoor seating and sushi bar, this place is awesome.

Mara S.

The aisles are impossible to navigate, but the food selection is top notch!

Trevor Kenyon

if you like healthy food and need anything off the wall healthy item no one has this place most likely has it

Athena L

Excellent selection of quality food stuff. Just don't go on a Sat or Sun. It was a mob scene!! I will go again, during the week.

Valerie W

I love this place.

Charles Fields

Wow what a awesome place , friendly staff and amazing Price's.

Lucia Volino

Good healthy items but the design of the store is horrible, it feels like you are walking in a maze and it's hard to locate items.

Jon Nealy

Excellent local fresh food products as well as a large wellness section.

Chris B

I love the hot buffett and only find here items!

Camie Starshine

Expensive high end healthy shopping market. Nice layout makes walking around interesting. Speciality cafe and sushi bar make it a popular local shop. Staff is very helpful.

Jonathan Wilson

Nice supermarket with a unique store layout. Solid hot bar and smoothie selection. Mostly organic and healthy grocery options. Tesla charging station. Ability to order groceries in advance and have them dropped off in your car.

Jeremy Hancher

Great market that reminds me of Whole Foods. Nice assortment of local foods and great selection of beer. Prices are a bit high for some things & service can be a tad slow at times. Would still return when back in Burlington.

Ryan Keighley

We call it wealthy living for a reason.. so damn expensive. The place tries to be a little mini whole foods, but even whole foods is cheaper than this place, by a great margin.

Sandy VT

My go to place for locally and responsibly grown items. Love that they have duck eggs! Also very happy with their selection of goat and sheep dairy items. I have allergies to bovine products, and am happy to find a local dairy alternative without always having to settle for plant based products. Thank you!

gary daluisio

Great products. If you comparison shop, prices can be amazing! Customer service can be hit or miss. Would be 5 stars except for customer service.

Marcus von Holtzendorff

Great wine selection, fresh made lunch counter and all the organic food you can imagine

Sergei Bluman

Good selection, but a bit pricey

Michael Petersen

Healthy Living Market and Cafe wasn’t on my list of places to visit on a recent trip but ended up visiting while my EV was charging. Wow! So impressed. I can’t stand Whole Foods but this place is totally NOT in the same category. Employees (especially Brandon) were so helpful on my visits. For craft beer fans you don’t need to stop anywhere else. Incredible selection of Vermont breweries are represented. Again, Brandon was so helpful and willing to help make suggestions. Prepared food area is small but adequate. Chicken was amazing and salad bar was fresh and clean.

I like that this place has options that are both gluten free and options that are vegan. I am surprised though for a place like this that they don't have more options. Is hoped to find things the grocery chains near me no longer have but they don't carry the vegan items either. They do have a lot of organic and such which I know many people are also looking for. I do like how many options they have for buying from the bulk containers. The people checking us out are nice and friendly.

Garrison Parthemore

This place is huge and the prices are actually pretty good. Very nice health grocer.

J. Nicks

Wonderful fresh produce and a great organic selection of foods

Jelly Beans

Great little supermarket with lots of organic food

Alioune Ba

Great shop near tesla Supercharger. They let you use the restroom without any hassle. Good place to fill up your trip provisions. Recommended.

Emily Wilson

Stopped for lunch, not grocery shopping. Worked out well and everyone found something good. I especially liked the many gluten free baked goods and delicious coffee.

Mellie Holzscheiter

Lots of vegan options. Lots of healthy options. Great combination of grocery store and cafe! Easy to go here for lunch and grab something to take home for dinner. Lots of ingredients that you can’t find elsewhere, and also lots of premade meals or meals to order! The sandwich shop is great, but has unfortunate and hard to follow weekend hours and is missing a few key ingredients. Overall, a very good place for a quick lunch or a lunch meeting. A staple for vegan shopping in Burlington.

Aaron Cowan

The layout of the store is it's biggest flaw but once you learn to walk the perimeter it functions. Great products albeit a little preachy at times. "IF YOU CARE?!" of course I do.

Gena Kona-Mancini

I love the variety of products here and the staff is really nice. But the premade food is way too expensive! A small container of chicken salad is $9!

Eric Cheng

Lots of options at the supermarket. Clean and well laid out

cory loudon

I can see the appeal. Not really my style as I am not vegan and have no interest in paying triple for items that are similar to what youd find at most grocery stores. I do love the idea of a store that sells local goods

nettie cadieux

I can always find the gluten items I need !

Carol DelGaudio

Fresh produce, a real meat counter/butcher, cafe, juice bar

Troy Frostad

Fresh, local products and a helpful staff. Great for local produce, meats and cheeses as well as a good deli/hot & cold bar. Be aware that it does cost more to shop here versus the larger chain stores.

margaret schillemat

Layout is unique. Stick to perimeter & it's easier to maneuver way through store. Some staff can be abrasive, but overall a great store for all your local, natural foods, wines, beer & unique items. My fav store along with City Market Onion River Coop in downtown Burlington.

Edward Deak

Healthy Living is a great grocery store featuring local and mostly organic products. It can be a bit pricey, but you are getting quality products. In my opinion, the store layout is easier to navigate than City Market, plus the parking lot is not a nightmare.

Jonathan Friolet

Great selection of craft beers. Got some Heady Topper and Focal Banger!

Roger Phelps

Great selection of organic foods especially fresh produce.

Andy Hound

Really nice specialty food store. You can also get various types of food for lunch and dinner there. Also they have a tesla charging station.

Chris Salinger

If I could marry a grocery store it would be this place. Such an expansive selection of locally produced and madd products at decent prices! 10/10.

Nick C

Its ok.. very expensive. Its known to some as Wealthy Living because of their prices..

Brian LaClair

Friendly staff, robust selection of products, but a hefty markup. Make the trip across the street to Trader Joe's first, and save Healthy Living for the specialty items.

Japheth Brubaker

Incredible selection of local organic seasonal real foods to keep our family healthy and happy. One of the best markets of its kind period.

Anne Hall

Most everything is wonderful at Healthy Living, can find many foods ( they were the first to carry Halo Top). Great place for lunch, coffee is great. I'm laying off the sweets, but they are delicious and very tempting with a nice cup of coffee. I use their bulk spices all the time, small amounts and replace often, rather than large quantities that loose their potency. Some things are a bit pricey, but only place to purchase certain items. Baby care supplies, and many other items including gorgeous flowers. Love this place!!

Rob & Shawndra Meader

Healthy Living is a bit of an organic experience. Lots of beautiful food, options for all kinds of diets, curving, non-symmetrical aisles. It is easy to get lost in there, but there's a map at the customer service desk. It is pricey, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. But they carry many local products, and give a great discount on supplements on Thursdays. Lots of fun when you have the time and the money!

Matt Bastress

Prepared food is limited, uninspiring and mediocre. No outlets for plugging in laptops in their cafe area. Expensive. If you've been to a Whole Foods recently it doesn't even come close.

Don Ressler

Really enjoy this store. It is so much more than a grocery store. A cafe serving custom made breakfast and more. Very friendly staff. I feel much happier having visited.

Syed Shah

Tip: They have a cafe inside :)

Frank H

While staying in Burlington for a couple of weeks, this was my go to grocery store. Good selection of groceries and always pleasant to stroll through!

Sam Lewit

Love this market. Yes, the layout is bizarre and I'm sure they sell less because of it, but top quality stuff in a friendly stuff. Much better than Whole Foods and not crazy expensive. Seems more personal.

Adam Walker

I love wealthy living.

Jade Shea

This store is great if you're a health food nut like me. I love the variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, the vitamins (20% off on Thursdays), the cafe offerings, etc., and the staff is quite knowledgeable and helpful. They really do a great business and constantly have a lot of customers (probably like me). I remember them when they were small in Burlington and have grown nicely into a quality, larger store. Way to go!

DEBO ADENEKAN

Such a fun, healthy grocery market. Each aisle seems packed with healthy options and multiple options. Nice section for salad bar, juice bar, bakery and hot bar. And they even have a plug-ins for Energy efficient cars. We loved it! It could be a Trader Joe's sister. Lol

Mo Battah

Great products and customer service

LAKSHMI VARSHA RACHA

You can get almost everything here. I really love the bakery/ smoothie section they have. Produce was really fresh and the lunch options are also great. You won't be hungry while shopping

Dan Cholewa

Really good market, tons of variety of natural products with whole ingredients. Prices are very reasonable for most of their items. It's a bit confusing inside as their layout is somewhat tough to navigate and has a lot of twists and turns. Great meat counter with tons of variety too.

Stormer Santana

Impressive market! We visited twice as we were passing through Burlington and needed a Tesla Supercharger (there are ~6 Superchargers located to the left of the entrance). The hot buffet and sandwich area was actually quite good; lots of vegetarian options. Overall, great experience shopping at Healthy Living Market.

Benjamin Myer

Incredibly knowledgeable & helpful staff. Broad and highly diverse selection. Vegan. Gluten free. Cooking classes! Fresh artisanal bread delivered daily. Super kid friendly. Salads, sandwiches, cafe, hot bar, bakery, bulk items and salads. …

Charles Jones

Nice place for local, natural, and organic food and other items. Can be expensive but they do offer senior and military discounts. Great dessert bar!

Ravi Dutt

Good find while visiting VT. Definitely worth shopping when in area.

Bart Simpson

Great selection of craft beer.

Michelle McNamara

Great vegan options at this little gem

Stephanie Moore

I usually stop by Healthy Living because of their amazing Gluten Free alcohol section. From Glutenberg to Alcoholic Kombucha they always have whatever it is I'm searching for.

C.J. Fox

An amazing favorite of mine whenever I'm in Burlington, with a glorious selection of fine foods, and a fantastic deli. I have recently brought my mother to this location for an amazing lunch, and her first statement was, "Next time, we're bring two coolers, and a lot of money." It's a can't miss.

John Fagan

Whenever I'm in the area l stop by Healthy Living for groceries, made-on-premise sushi and sake. There is a large selection of very well chosen wine and beer. The sraff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

Trent Hagerty

The store has gone downhill rapidly over the past couple of years.

Ben Carpenter

Amazing place to go for healthy food priced right and a great shopping experience

Adam DeMasi

Great variety, amazing products, kind helpful folks working here. Well worth the visit. (also beer selection is ridiculous!)

Robyn Latta

Pretty standard health food store. It's expensive but there does seem to be a wide selection. Definitely a decent beer and wine selection. I usually don't shop here other than to grab lunch from the hot food bar, which is pretty good.

Elio Ricci

Best selection of organic food in town. Very good selection of lunch options; hot or cold

Deborah Blair

Love this store! For years my friends and I shopped it when it was over in its old location - but this new location is wonderfully big and offers great, easy parking. Once you know the store - I find it well laid out - and if you don't know …

Cody Regan

Overpriced but really nice grocery. Of course why buy organic and add oils dairy meat dugar and ruin it's healthfulness?!! Does huge volume with lunch h crowd...hot foot bar, cold sandwich area, bakery, coffee dessert bar, packaged entree salads soups...that area always crowded. Best grocery in NE region. Food good average.not great...but quick . Good produce if you like local greens and things with sting emulsion fertilizer taste...that needs improved! Really nice cashier's. If in Burlington..it is the grocery!

TB

We enjoy visiting Healthy Living when we visit from Montreal a few times per year. Great selection of local and other cheeses, eggs, great buttermilk, local dried beans. PS Mary Tavis, I think you need to give them another chance, they have great products and they support a lot of local farms which charge slightly more as they raise their animals properly.

Carolyn Forbes

There was a great selection and had good food in the cafe. I removed a star because as a person from out-of-town, the store can seem like a maze.

Bruce Yelton

Healthy Living Cafe is a popular place for lunch in Burlington. The hot food area includes a variety of hot and cold sandwiches which can be made to order as well as steam tables with a variety of vegan and non-vegan dishes. Drinks and munchies are self-select and include waters and juices from the grocery selection in the store. A nice way to try things to see if you like them. Prices are reasonable (for Burlington). My favorite selection is the Southwestern turkey sandwich. Service can be a bit slow when the lunch crowd is in but the staff are friendly and helpful.

Eric Blaisdell

Great healthy food. I come here every morning for a cinnamon raisin bagel and an Odwalla strawberry and banana fruit smoothie.

Guilford Medor

A very good selection a helpful staff

Albert Orbinati

So much here...amazing place if you have a little time to shop

Laura Napolitano

I rarely come in here, but when I do I enjoy the vibe. My only complaints would be that the layout is a little confusing and feels like a maze to the new customers and there aren't any outlets in the café. I get that they probably don't …

Rob Neary

Always yummy, fresh food, and great service!

camie opulski

i love it, a real fancy healthy life style market. local produce, meats, syrups, dairy is available. they have a hot lunch bar, a sushi bar, a coffee and pastries, cheeses from all over Vermont and abroad. you can pick up a meal or your …

Amanda Mason

This is Vermont's local version of a Whole Foods Market. They have everything you need for special diets, a gourmet dinner party or your daily needs if you like to eat local. Hot and cold prepared food, coffee, and baked goods available at their cafe. They have a bulk food section. Prices are high as you'd expect but they do have sales and a loyalty program.

Dana Basiliere

Good food, good wine and good coffee. I love the Earthback Coffee Roasters single origins roasted local right in So. Burlington. Good job Healthy Living with fresh produce and a great selection of quality organic food! A local patron.

Leslie Deutsch

The products seem fine the layout of the store makes shopping there impossible. They are opening a store on Shelburne rd which would be very convenient for me. But if it's laid out haphazardly I'll go once and leave without anything. The aisles are laid out lie a maze. I got an idea trying doing it right. Clearly label where I can find stuff and I'll come. I know this is harsh but you're losing out on business. Buld it right and I will come

Celest Richardson

Love local! FRESH Vermont veggies that you just can't get anywhere else. Great selection of organic fruits too. Also lots of supliments, bath & facial products and a large assortment of nuts, dried fruits and spices.

James

Great health shop full of local foods

Jason Spencer

Great place and variety! The people are wonderful! The cafe has the best Everything Bagels I have ever had! Go early because they make them fresh and they run out!

stephanie Blue

I went to get some grapes which were delicious. If I was staying in town longer, I would have gotten more items.

Elisha McLam

Great selection of food, but it is nicknamed wealthy living for a reason. You can get better prices on similar items elsewhere.

connie Butkovich

Great options and variety.
