Your prices hardly ever match what the item rings up at . I just had harmons brand half and half it expires on 3 31 19 today is 3 25 19 it was very rotten I bought some of you corn tortilla chips or should I say salt and no corn chips had …

I Love Love Harmon’s, part of my love and the reason I will pay the prices is the service and that their local. Not happy with my experience tonight, showed up at 9:30pm on a Sunday evening (Sunday on the sabbath, I get it) I needed balloons and cheesecake. While picking out a balloon at the stand a Harmon’s personal walks over to me to tell me that no one will help me until after 9am tomorrow morning to blow up balloons. Lovely, I have never ever been denied balloon service haha! I typically have to come before work at 7am to get balloons. (Okay I’ll go to Smiths, never been denied there either) Go to the bakery area to grab a cheese cake 2 people are working behind the counter, one loudly announces to me she will not be able to grab me anything in the glass display they’re closed. Awesome! Sorry my bad didn’t know customer service stopped before store hours. Just disappointed.

Although the process are higher than Smith's or other big chain grocers, Harmon's is locally owned and they do a great job. Best selection, produce, meats, and variety of brands in the state of utah.

Don't like it when strange looking employees with sores on their lip come up to my baby and kiss them

This Harmons is great if you want terrible service with the exorbitant prices! Especially the deli. They consistently hire the worst incompetents to cut deli meat, and that stuff is expensive! Though they do have enough money to have 2 employees at the fancy cheese stand. I even talked to the manager and they seemed less than interested in helping. Not giving my money to these people anymore.

I love all Harmons locations. The entity that is Harmons falls on my favorite companies list. As a matter of fact, I tell my wife that if I were to ever lose my job, I would go work for Harmons at any level and just work my way up. In any case, this is probably one of the cleaner locations, and upon entering, I would make a b line to the bakery section and dip some baguette samples into the olive oil samples they always have out. There really isn't a better way to begin a grocery shopping experience.

This Harmons is not the friendly local grocer they advertise on TV. In fact more like a circus. Very unprofessional experience from multiple employees today. Either the management is so bad the employees are so unhappy or this whole store doesn't care about being respectful. Also I understand the store has no control over this but there were a lot of very rude customers here. To sum up my 1 hr shopping circus experience: employees: girl playing on her phone while pushing a push broom not watching where she is pushing i stop for her to go by and gives me a dirty look with attitude, cook tries to hit me with his cart and shows me very threatening behavior that made me feel like I might need to protect myself, cashier while ringing me up says a comment like it's a common practice that her coworkers are rude and "it happens" when I tell her she was the first person nice to me and then while ringing me up just starts to chat to her off duty coworker friends standing in line behind me and then the only thing that made me laugh and kinda confirm this place is a circus was the bagger boy who dropped a beat of f bombs and other chants. Customers nobody is shopping cart friendly. The whole store in multiple intersections and everyone's cutting you off or tailgating you and there is no room to move passed anyone so people just push each other. My advice online shopping or a different store. Save yourself the gas don't come here nobody's happy.

I had a horrible experience at the post office today In Harmon’s. The girl that was behind the counter had brown shorthair, didn’t catch her name. Seemed younger. Went in at 4:00pm on Wednesday 05/15/2019. she was a VERY unhelpful and immediately had an attitude and did not care to provide good customer service at all she even didn’t want to provide me tape to tape the label on my package. Super unprofessional she should not have a job in customer service or be helping people in the post office at all!! Very sad that future people have to encounter with her.

Great produce and food selections.

Linda Scholl

They have good variety, store is very clean, employees are friendly and helpful.

Grant

Excellent produce, excellent bakery and their meat dept is high above other grocery stores in the area. They just remodeled the store and it's even nicer now.

Randall

Harmons is a pretty typical grocery store experience, but their store is clean, their bakery and deli food is fresh, and their employees are always friendly and willing to help. They also carry a lot of stuff other grocery stores don't (hard-to-find candies/treats, they sell fresh creme brulees in the bakery).

Jeremiah Nash

I love Harmons! What else can I say but clean food, friendly people working there and and aesthetically pleasing environment for all. This is the best location in all of Utah and I am seriously addicted to their hot food bar! The orange chicken and pot stickers are so good! I definitely recommend shopping here. 100%

I normally go to my local Taylorsville Harmon’s but they were out of the cheesecake I normally get. I called the Midvale store and the lady at the bakery said yes we have them. I drove out of my way to get this item. I went directly to the bakery and could see she was washing dishes but didn’t see me. I asked the deli assistant to go ask her to help me but instead got a rude No! Bakery is closed! I said I had just called about the item I wanted out of the case and he acted like I was crossing a line by simply telling him I had just called the lady in the bakery. She heard us and came over and was very nice about getting my cheesecake out of the case and was nice. The deli idiot was rude and I wish I had gotten his name because he was just so rude and short and snappy at me. He was obviously middle eastern and I am not trying to be rude but if you see him in the deli just avoid him because he is rude, doesn’t care about customers and because of him I will never shop at this Harmon’s ever again. Harmon's is awesome it has all kinds of stuff.

Denise Robinson

Not only does this store have one of the best deli's..one of the cleanest stores I have seen in forever, organized, floors shining, smiling staff. ..we were in a bind and needed a corsage and bootineer for Sweethearts, at the last minute the kids found out they were going to go ...I called up explained what the situation was ...and the floral department made it happen. They are amazing ...way way better than I have bought anywhere else. The flowers are fresh, they took my order over the phone, very kind and helpful. They have a YES! Attitude, as a business owner myself , it takes a lot for me to write a review. They have a customer for life. I have closer Harmons store to me, but this store has one of the most greeting, atmospheres and you can tell they were glad you were there and to serve you .

Harmon's is my favorite grocery store and this is the store I frequent the most, although it's not my favorite location for variety. Harmon's has the best service and products, the produce is always fresh and I love their variety of local items.

Alli Parkinson

It's a little pricy, but everyone is always nice. Love the salad bar.

Elma Biogradlija

I ❤ my Harmons and ladies in bakery! tThank you for all you do

David Smith

Great location. Always clean. Friendly staff. I stop by here about once a week to pick up my breakfast on the way into work. I think Harmons is the best grocery store in Utah.

Sherry Titze

I just wanted to acknowledge and give a HUGE thanks to Jordan Titze !! at Harmons 7th street bakery after Kneaders blew off my baby shower order :( Jordan in a very short notice came through with the most BEAUTIFUL cookies & cupcakes for us! Thanks for everything you do!!

Darren Robinson

Harmons has the best cut pineapple, you can always count on it to taste fresh, be fresh, be bite size and not have core in it. walmarts sucks!!

Ron Rowley

Freshly remodeled. Very nice look.

Robert Kay

DON'T ORDER FROM THE BAKERY! BAD THANKSGIVING EXPERIENCE! I pre-ordered an entire Thanksgiving dinner two weeks ahead of time to be picked up at 10:30 am. When I got there nothing was ready and there was a line out the door. I waited 2 hours for them to fulfill the order only to have a cold Turkey and found that only half of the order had been fulfilled. I had to go all the way back down to the Bakery only to be told that they would have to inspect the entire order and then didn't have the final ingredients left to fill the order. $150 down the drain. Will never do it again!

Brandy Tanner

Was super excited once I moved I would be close to a Harmon’s but this has been less than ideal. This store is always out of everything!!!! Not once have I been able to go there and not stop at a second store. This location is nowhere near the two in draper. At least I still work in draper and can stop there because this store is a major disappointment.

Eric D

The last two times I've tried to get my lunch from the salad bar they have had no tongs to get the food, half of the ingredients were used up and not refilled and the lettuce was brown from being out for so long. 8 dollars a pound is pretty expensive if they won't do the necessary upkeep.

Jake Haldeman

I used to shop here often, but it seems like their bakery and deli can't produce quality items. I've purchased garlic bread which they used a sesame bread for, another time I got a club sandwich with too much guacamole smeared all over it and other random/gross items tossed in the bag. I'll stick to locations or other shops that the employees and the company care about making quality food instead of quantity.

Courtnie Wright

i love the taste of their pastries and baked goods but that department never gets my cakes right. i ordered the same beach flip flop cake twice and they messed up both times. the first time they got the writing correct but they gave me an all white cake with red and blue sprinkles on it. i did not order a fourth of july cake so i had to wait another hour or two for them to completely re-ice the cake. the second time i ordered that cake, the picture had bright orange flowers and when i received the cake it had dark maroon-purple flowers. it was for my thirteenth birthday party so i asked for the “13th” in the writing to be the same color as the flowers. it looked like the 13 was written in blood. the lady acted like the cake was perfectly fine and i did not want to wait another two hours for them to fix a cake they had gotten wrong before. i am NEVER and i mean never, going to buy a cake from them again.

Thane Lowe

Very quick service. Sometimes they seem in almost to much of hurry. But overall not a negative experience.

Cynthia Alexander

I have learned that if you have time to watch, Harmons will put something on sale for a great price. I get the strategy of course, but when I do stop by for something in particular (that I can't find anywhere else) I am reminded how much I enjoy the store's atmosphere and high quality products.

Amanda Johnson

David in the floral shop is a hero!! My dear friend was getting married down the street and someone forgot her flowers. I ran over to Harmons asked David to make a bouquet with just minutes to spare he did it! it was lovely and my friend had her bouquet for her wedding! Thank you David for your great customer service and attention to detail! Your help was so appreciated!♡

My mother and I came in together to get a pill cutter for my medications. I asked the manager and some lady on the walkie talkie RUDLEY replied over the whole radio.. “Ummmm pill cutters? No??” Wow. I’ve been to Harmons so many times and they’re always treated me with so much respect, but not this location. Employees are rude and curt and don’t care to help you find what you are looking for. They acted like I was a moron because I wasn’t sure if they sold this item or not. I live right down the street from this one and I would rather go to Wal Mart at this point.

Whitley Clemente

Great cheese!

Customer service has completely disappeared. It's very sad to see as I have shopped there for 20+ years and now if you have a question they talk down to you and try to rush you out the door without being helpful. I used to rave to people about shopping here and argued it was worth the higher price. I just wish that someone would give a care and retrain thier staff in customer service unless they just don't care anymore.

Robyn Madsen

Usually I love Harmons, but right now they are rearranging the shelves. Today I had difficulty finding things, but tere were plenty of workers who were able to help.

Randy Boldrin

Customer service has gone down hill slowly after the years here, also their express checkout inconveniently no longer accepts cash; thus making checkout longer on most occasions.

S M

Clean and well organized, great place to shop!

Dax N

They've got everything, just make sure to check the dates, produce or shelf goods, this store has no clue what rotation is. Shame to buy overpriced produce only to get home and find the bottom half is slime and the best buy date a week past.

Preston Snyder

Used to love it, but the butcher had fresh red hamburger meat wrapped around older meat inside it, sneaky crappy moved cuz I won't shop there now.

MrBaconHawk

Prime Dry Aged (14 days) Ribeye cuts are available to be cut here from 7am to 4pm most days at $24.99 per pound. Will update later with pictures of the marbling of the steak and description of the quality of cuts they use (e.g. Eye size, …

Michael Larson

Awesome staff! They were very helpful, the manager (3 years of ‘Tammy?’ ) on her name tag looks very mean and unwelcoming though, walking around glaring at ‘her’ cashiers.

Jaiegh Huutch

This is my local store go-to! Clean, great bakery, friendly staff AND cheese samples!!

Dan Smith

Store is always clean, almost always friendly and helpful service. I really enjoy the atmosphere in this location.

Adam Harris

Overpriced and understaffed. Had to continue ask for help with my cake order because the person kept walking away despite asking for help.

Doug Brady

An armed guard walking up and down the aisles like we are all criminals. Really!! I’m done shopping there. What an absolutely poor impression that makes. Hey Harmon’s, your overpriced and now over protected. Hello smiths, my old friend.

This is our favorite grocery store. It’s clean, has great produce selection and friendly service. Their bakery has an amazing assortment of artisan breads.

Always great!

ʞɐi Dirdwolf

I loved this place because they have the most delicious dark chocolate milk.

Rosemarie Kury

The store is nice but I'm finding that they're stocking more expensive "natural or organic" foods and sometimes I wish they'd display more of the Western family brand. I also miss the quick cashier when you walk into the store, as going out you may see items you'd like to buy but have to go in line again to purchase them. I also think their bakery line is getting expensive. You can serve yourself for bagels but not for doughnuts. That said, their meats are very good, and so is their produce.I also like the friendliness if their employees and usually quick lines at the cashiers. I think they're catering though to more upscale customers via the cheeses and specialized products. So sadly enough I'm beginning to buy everyday items from the discount stores as I can't use or afford their higher end things. Been shopping there for years, and I really miss the old layout and reasonable prices.

Desiree Gates

Worst customer service I have had. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this location at all costs. Associates are rude and will not help you.

Courtnie Angeli

Always fresh food! Clean and the staff is amazing! I like be going grocery shopping here!

Harmon’s prices are greatly inflated. Nonetheless, their bakery and butcher have a great selection. And, one thing about Harmon’s grocery stores they are always immaculately clean and spotless. But you will always pay a lot more for it.

Jen McPolin

This is the worst Harmons in the valley, there is never any fried chicken, the salad bar is always needing to be stocked I asked the manager once if they carried Cavenders seasoning, which is a pretty common seasoning, and his response was if its not on the shelf then we don't. Really ?

Warren Rose

Harmon's is a good grocery store but their prices are way too high. At this location, they frequently stop carrying common items that I buy, and this is frustrating. But at least most of their cashiers are fast.

Amplus Family Chiropractic

Always a great selection of meat and produce! Prices are very reasonable as well!

Clayson Hanks

I tried getting a meat and cheese tray this morning at Harmon’s Brickyard and Harmon’s Holladay stores which are closer to where I am and both told me they wouldn’t be able to get it ready in time for me and even told me it couldn’t be ready before tomorrow. I called Harmon’s Seventh Street and they told me they could have it ready before I even needed it. The store is clean and well kept and the employees extremely helpful. They are awesome and I will happily bring my business there, even if it’s out of the way, in the future.

Bob B

Every couple of years we do a price survey of around 75 items including grocery and consumables like toilet paper. The last survey said Harmon's charges (approximately) 20% more than Winco, 10% more than Smiths and 15% more than Walmart for the same stuff. Now you have to have a fricking Foodie card to get the gas discounts! We used to shop at Harmon's all the time before we did a real price comparison and realized we could save $2000 a year shopping at Walmart, Target or Winco. We buy meat from Costco because often Harmon's meat and fish prices are ridiculous. As an example in May, Harmon's was charging $32 a pound for King Crab. Costco's King Crab is $19 a pound. The meat prices are similar. Since Harmon's quit giving out fuel discounts without a foodie card, we buy our gas at Costco also. Foodie card--really! We stopped shopping at Smith's when they made us carry around a Smith's card. You pay more without Smith's card. What a jerk thing to do. There are simply too many idiots running companies today. They are out of touch with customers. They never talk to customers. It's sad.

Crystal Butterfield

Harmons is good if you want to spend double or triple what you would anywhere else. The selection is good for sure. But I wanted to get chili’s roasted and I called and was told today was the last day and they end at 6. Show up at 5:45 and they already had the stand down. Lame lame lame. Bye Felicia

Edward Broyles

Great store!

Sasha Alexandra

I like their sushi, always fresh. Also I have a sweet tooth, and they always have very tasty pastries.

Brittany Capener

I love the quality of product they offer. I really enjoy shopping at this location.

Mindy Myles

I have to say one thing on your Tuesday Super Secret Specials. You might want to have enough for those of us who get off after 5:00pm. It’s not right to not have enough of that special to last until you close. This is now 2 deals you have not had enough of. Was frustrating to get excited and want to grab that for dinner on your way home from work. Just to be disappointed ☹️ that you are out of that special Again... not at all impressed. The employee that helped me told me. You were out of it and that was that........

Brett C

Harmon's has some of the best staff I've seen in a grocery store. Very friendly and helpful. This store has a wide variety of products that keep the shopping interesting, plus all the stuff you would expect. Maybe my expectations for a in-store bakery are just low, but I think their bakery is surprisingly good. Prices seem comparable to other stores - maybe a bit more expensive over all, but the good service and selection make up for that, in my opinion. This is where I usually shop.

Jason Jordan

The service and quality at Harmon’s is excellent. They have reasonable prices and food is fresh. Kids get a free cookie at the bakery if you ask.

Lynnette Medley

Found everything with ease and enjoyed the friendly staff members.

Cheryl Snyder

I love the atmosphere, so bright and clean. The produce, the meat, everything is exceptional.

Matt Storms

Amazing meats and high prices. This is the only place I buy meat at and the speciality products that big box don't carry.

Russell Rowberry

Ian Sapp

I tend to only come to Harmons when I need something from the deli or need something quick. I don't do my entire grocery shopping trip there because its much more expensive than other stores. I should also note that this location feels dated compared to other surrounding Harmons locations. They do seem to be moving things around so maybe they will update it a bit with options from the newer stores (Like the tubes of flour, candy, seeds, etc that you can get at other locations). Still, their meat and deli department keeps me coming back.

Harmon's on 7th east in midvale has very unfriendly staff.

Kenneth Knight

It is a good store to shop at. One of the busier harmons locations. So if you stop by on Friday or sat expect it to be kind of crowded. Other than that the employees are all very friendly and helpful! And they have the beat produce and meat out there!

Marta Zambudio Beltran

One of the assistans approached me to see if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he replied with a really rude ‘nope’, turned around and left.

Missee Greager

Love this store. Good selection, love that they will load your groceries into your car if you come through the drive up, decent prices.

Vickie Murray

Very disappointed!

Scott Jessup

The reviews have plunged at this store and I am sure I know why. After the remodel the high level of customer service was gone along with the old shelves. The employees are not friendly like they use to be and the exceptional customer service that is the hallmark for Harmon's is gone too. This is a very expensive store and one does not mind paying more when you get more but you don't get more just pay more. I hate the new cash register belts as the cashier emptying the cart was a over the top service. The Deli is always busy making meals and so to get anything sliced is going to trying and frustrating experience. The meat department use to be all about customer service not so much anymore. I use to be able to get a Spoon Roast made on request, not anymore. It is really a shame that a store that filled a void so nicely became average at best.

Dustin Jones

Came in on Valentine's Day to buy some flowers. I usually come to Harmon's because I like the selection and quality of flowers. Well, 2 days later half the flowers are wilted and dying. I put the flowers in fresh water, and used the flower food. I usually can get a minimum of 7 days before they are at this stage. It is very disappointing to spend $40+ on flowers that start to die in 2 days.

Steven Brewster

Harmons always has the best selection of produce and meat. They are very friendly and will help you with anything you need.

Kaylee Sorensen

I have never been so disappointed in a Harmon's location. I came to this store to get some soup cause it was a chilly day the first thing I notice is that not one of the soups have a lid, therefore they have all created a film over the top that really makes you lose your apatite, given I've worked in a kitchen though I know this doesn't really hurt it so I proceeded to find something yummy. First thing I saw was the tomato soup thinking how good it would be with some bread. When I went to scoop it out it was all chunky, and not just tomatoes. There should be some more time spent on puree there. I finally decided on a soup and went to the deli to get just A SMALL SCOOP of sour cream. Given they have done this for me multiple times I thought nothing of it. Until the cashier asks a deli manager if that's okay, the deli manager proceeds to roll her eyes and then the cashier says "you can go buy some." So flustered I said okay and walked to the bakery to get some bread for my soup and its ALL BURNT!! I will never return to this location. I always told my co-workers other locations quality of products were so much better, unfortunately your location is the closest to my job, but now I will just go elsewhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HARMONS.

Eternal Floyd

This is a good harmons, there's no massive loft area upstairs like the one in draper but just an in and out grocery store. I particularly like the deli, grab a rotisserie chicken and some potato logs and your set! only issue I find and why it received four stars is because it's a bit overpriced compared to other grocery stores in the area. So I don't always come here unless I want something more premium like deli food.

steve dustin

Very clean and nicely organised store.good people

Lala C

Clean store and very friendly and helpful employes. Also has a post office open tell 8pm and they are also very nice too. Cant complain about this place love it.

Anne Arellano

Good quality but also higher prices.

B Bullock

Great location, consistent with other Harmon's. Only complaint is no pizza stone. I have to travel to Draper when I have the craving for their pizza, which by the way is fantastic!

Charles Davis

Excellent place to go! It's a little prices but you can find very healthy and tasty food here. The bread is really good also. The avocados are most of the vegetables are form the highest quality.

Michael Hasebroock

I like this Harmon's a lot. Especially the post office for convenience on off hours or Sundays. Super nice food area in front. Prices are a little high but worth not having to cook.
