I went there today to look at some of their decorations. Their website showed that they were open, but the man who came out and talked to me was VERY RUDE and said they were closed. He also had his dog with him who walked right up to me and he didn't attempt to hold him back so that was a little intimidating. I will never go back there because of the way he talked to me. I don't pay any fool money to be treated like that. What he doesn't realize is, if a customer likes a business, they will tell their friends. If they don't like it, they will tell EVERYBODY! So I hope people see this review and steer clear! I only give it one star because I had to. If I had a choice, I would give it a big thumbs down!

I read your response and have to reply. First of all, a big portion of the driveway was open, so I failed to see how that indicated you were closed. I did not notice the other side was blocked off until I got ready to leave so I guess maybe that was my fault. I will concede that. But there wasn't anything on your website that said you were closed. And I did not ask a bunch of questions. I asked two, one was the price on one of your items and the other question I asked was about your dog and if I should be concerned about the way you let him just come right up to without trying to stop him. I was almost afraid he might bite me. So I'm sorry if it seemed that I didn't respect your privacy, but you were quite rude from the beginning. And I will add that your opinion of me as a customer is irrelevant. But since I dont seem to be what you consider an ideal customer, I'll definitely be sure not to come back. I have never been talked to like that by any business owner, and don't plan to experience that again. So good luck with your remodeling. I wish you the best. Maybe after you finish with that, you can work on your customer skills.
