I would rate it zero if possible. We have a small dog who was harnessed & leashed. It was far too hot to leave her in the car. As we were putting on her leash a man with another small unleashed dog walked all the way across the parking lot to say, " there is big black dog over there who was attacked by a stray & doesn't like dogs". We said we couldn't leave her in the car & he just stared, then walked away. This is a first. Having someone at a business come out and say don't come in and spend money. And I say "come out" figuratively as it is essentially an outdoor business.

I went there today to look at some of their decorations. Their website showed that they were open, but the man who came out and talked to me was VERY RUDE and said they were closed. He also had his dog with him who walked right up to me and he didn't attempt to hold him back so that was a little intimidating. I will never go back there because of the way he talked to me. I don't pay any fool money to be treated like that. What he doesn't realize is, if a customer likes a business, they will tell their friends. If they don't like it, they will tell EVERYBODY! So I hope people see this review and steer clear! I only give it one star because I had to. If I had a choice, I would give it a big thumbs down! This is to answer the owners response: I read your response and have to reply. First of all, a big portion of the driveway was open, so I failed to see how that indicated you were closed. I did not notice the other side was blocked off until I got ready to leave so I guess maybe that was my fault. I will concede that. But there wasn't anything on your website that said you were closed. And I did not ask a bunch of questions. I asked two, one was the price on one of your items and the other question I asked was about your dog and if I should be concerned about the way you let him just come right up to without trying to stop him. I was almost afraid he might bite me. So I'm sorry if it seemed that I didn't respect your privacy, but you were quite rude from the beginning. And I will add that your opinion of me as a customer is irrelevant. But since I dont seem to be what you consider an ideal customer, I'll definitely be sure not to come back. I have never been talked to like that by any business owner, and don't plan to experience that again. So good luck with your remodeling. I wish you the best. Maybe after you finish with that, you can work on your customer skills.

I went here today and i forgot my credit card. I had some cash on me but was about $1.50 short. I said i would have to put something back and the cashier woman said it was no problem, didn't let me put anything back and even helped me bring the food to my car! This is my 4th time going there and every time has been a pleasant experience. They are very nice people and have great deals! So grateful to have a place like this close by. :)

This place is easily noticed from the road. They sell fruits and vegetables in bulk form. There is also a choice of eggs when available. Also have plants.

Great selection of flowers and plants here. Fair prices. Also have great local fruits and vegetables, as well as salsa, jam, honey, etc. Good selection of Christmas trees in the winter, but a little pricey. They always have garden decorations like little metal animals and decorative flower pots and flower pot holders. Nice people working here, never had any problems with poor customer service.

I would rate them a zero if it was possible. I was very disappointed in this place! Today was the very first time I had been here with my husband and daughter to pick out a Christmas tree. Not only was this going to be their very first real Christmas tree but the very first time to even go to a nursery. Every single employee was extremely rude. I finally picked out a tree to hurry and get out of there. My husband is paying for the tree and I proceeded to ask him if they were going to wrap it since it was going to be on the top of our car. The lady behind the counter butted in and said well did you open your mouth and tell them? My jaw dropped. She then continued to tell me if you don't say anything you will never get what you want. Are you kidding me lady? I was very upset that this was my daughter's first experience and I'm sure she will never forget it. I will NEVER go back!!!

My family and I have been supporting this local business for years but after my experience on November 3, I will no longer be going back. I was buying tomatoes and when I asked the cashier about what kind they were she got very defensive and asked me if I would buy them from a box store instead of them and not support them. I replied that if they weren't any better quality that I wouldn't drive all the way from Willis to get them and that she should never ask a customer that, it is no one's business how I spend my money. She then remarked to me "well just strangle me". What a rude girl asking dumb questions, I will get my fresh produce somewhere else from now on.

I won’t be going here just because of the way the business owner responded to a customers review. Shame on you for how you respond! The customers complaint did not seem rude one bit and yet you have disrespected him with your immature comment. You’re going to give the customer 1 star?! Ppft please. I will make sure to let everyone know how you cannot handle a simple complaint.

The service was great. The quality and quantity of Christmas trees they have is impressive. However, the price of the trees is ridiculously expensive very close to 3X what you would pay at other places.
