This place is a dumpster fire of a logistical nightmare. One of the docks is just virtually impossible to access, and of course this is where they demand you move all the trailers to and from, because the three in front of the street are always full. They have you drop your trailer in the street, pick up a trailer from dock 4, drop THAT in the street, and attempt to drop your initial trailer in dock 4. I say "attempt" because you have about 4 feet of clearance and employees are parked on every side. Including in front. Those particular employees, however 'aren't here today" so they can't move their cars. (How did their cars get there!?) And no matter where you work, the guy yelling incoherently at all the folks standing around the parking lot demands a response of "how high?" when he says "jump." Sorry, Pepe, when you sign my paychecks you can override my dispatcher and terminal manager, not before then. No one here knows what's going on, or is able to communicate anything, and the supervisor seems to think "being a loud jerk" is an acceptable management technique. Don't come here ever for any reason.

Very long load times, arrived at 7am and finished at 6pm. I suggest you bring a lunch and a dinner with you as there's nothing close enough to walk to.

Checked in at 6am, got door at 7:30. Got done at 9. Backing is not that bad even though you have to back up from the street and you can park overnight on the street.

Very slow and no place to park refrigerator unit working overtime the dock has no seal on one side and damage seal on the other side unfriendly to drivers if you're pickup a load you will be a while
