I love this grocery store. The produce is always fresh and has a longer shelf life than what you would get at other grocery stores. The baked goods are also really great here. Always plenty of parking in the garage. Plus they have very friendly staff!

Not everyone in the Knoxville area can afford to live on the West side, and some of us just like the quiet of other areas. My kids live to go there for their free cookie and their free balloon. Call in order from the deli was incorrect picking up order for work and could not wait. Supervisor corrected order and had delivered to my workplace. Awesome job from management and the lady that was working in the deli that morning. BTW the sandwiches were delicious highly recommended the boars head classic trio sliders tray.

They let me shop, and then on the way to my truck, the manager came up to me and told me to get off his property! I asked if there was a problem and he said "yes, TRUCK DRIVERS MAKE ME SICK" stated he cant stand truck drivers. So I proceeded back into the store to return what I just naught. And he was yelling the whole time and would not allow me to return my merchandise. And threatened to have my truck towed. If I didn't leave now.

I'm from Florida and Publix always has fresh or fresh Frozen wild caught Florida seafood. Their customer satisfaction policy is the best and this location has covered parking which is a bonus for bad weather shopping.

This particular Publix is next 2 a university. Since it's so close 2 college students working with a budget, this Publix only has a TON of buy 1 get 1 deals. And even better-the deal works on just 1 item. U get 1 for half off! The employees here have always seemed happy. This makes for a grocery trip with smiles. Very enjoyable!

One of the best grocery stores in town. Their only real flaw is their limitation in space, and thus product. I do wish they had a bit more to choose from, but they honestly make up for that with an amazing team that seems to always be positive and willing to help. I just got home from shopping where I had at least 5 different workers interact with me, either just welcoming me there, or directly asking if they could help me. My cashier, Kari, was even amazing checking me out, making lovely conversation about what my weekend plans were. This is what makes this place amazing.

I went to buy Bitters for my friend's daughters wedding at the last minute and couldn't find any quickly. Zach, one of their customer service representatives, walk with me trying to find it in the store but when he saw that they didn't have any he called a nearby liquor store that he thought had it. He went above and beyond even when I didn't purchase anything from their store. This Publix is close to my work and I had never been there. They now have a loyal customer.

Publix The Supermarket of Excellence. When My parents, first took me grocery shopping at Publix Super market years ago. I was so surprise, how every employee went out their way to offer help in every department. Publix is the only supermarket, that has a friendly associate offering to help you find what’s on your shopping list with a friendly smile. Every week, when I would go grocery shopping, there would be a happy associate waiting to help me save money each week. Publix is more than a grocery store, it’s a super market that offer super amazing fresh quality food. Now, I love taking my two son’s shopping each week at Publix Super market. What makes Publix the best quality of excellence is their fresh food and the store and restrooms are always spotless. Amazing place for groceries, wine/alcohol, lottery, and more. A fresh bakery, deli, luncheon, and sandwich shop that closes around 8pm. Right next to Walmart on university commons so all your shopping can be done in one place. Free parking and a free trolley that leads to the market square stop downtown and through the university of Tennessee. Cheap prices with loads of deals and super composers are welcome!

This is a fabulous supermarket, over all great customer services the only thing I didn’t like is after 35 yrs shopping at a publix and passed employee today was the first time in my life that apron decided to cook seafood, no as any supermarket yes they sell see food but because is not a restaurant, and last time I check with regulations seafood isn’t cooked for safety to employees and customers who are allergic to seafood, if seafood is being cooked there must be a sign to advice people seafood is being cooked, incooked seafood unless touched can’t cause a reaction, cooked seafood yes, cause of the fume while u cook it can cause an immediate reaction, now I was only 3-4 min tops and I’m here with a mild hive, dry throat, itchiness, hoarseness, and sweating, some mild breathing difficulties but just took a Benadryl hopefully it gets better soon, thank God I wasn’t doing my normal shopping today. Spoke with a manager, hopefully they do something and don’t cook it again if not going some where else. But over all besides the crazy seafood lol I love the place is always clean and great customer service

Love this publix! You can't beat the underground, covered parking. This grocery store is clean and offers a decent selection. Their prepared foods are pretty good, and they have a coffee/smoothie bar inside, which is convenient. Sure, some of their prices are higher than Walmart next door, but the customer service here is phenomenal! Everyone is very helpful and friendly and all the baggers offer to bring your bags/cart out to your car, which although I don't need, is a really nice touch!

Publix has earned the reputation of being one of the highest quality and customer oriented grocery chains. Yes, this is a smaller store with tight isles and limited selection (compared to the larger Publix locations), however the friendly staff, fresh produce and tasty bakery make for an enjoyable shopping experience.

I truly like shopping at Publixs. Wish 1 was closer to me in Jefferson City area. I like the store & it would have got 5 stars but read to the end. Had a class in Knoxville this a.m. opportunity presented itself. As usual friendly people in bakery, produce & meat area. Always helpful and like that I can get my steaks cut just how I like them. Love the 2 for 1s that were available this trip. Something was amiss this trip. Maybe it was because it is summer & the University is not as busy. This store located at University Commons. Staff were standing around mostly in pairs talking especially at front of store. Well it was time to check out out. Saw cashiers standing talking by check out yourself stations & at 10 or less check out. Meanwhile the 1 open regular check out had quite the line. Of course price checks required. Line longer. Meanwhile no one using self check out but there is a cashier standing by. Small amount check-out still no 1 in line. . Cashiers see the line & continue talking . I have not seen not seen this in a Publix previously. Usually they open another regular line. Where was management?

I used to really love to shop here. Today there was a cluster of fruit flies on spoiled peaches. My boyfriend thankfully noticed one of the packs of cheese I picked up was molded. I could hardly find any fruit that wasnt over ripe. I give it a 2 because the staff was really nice and friendly.

I made a special trip for the hot bar. The listed hours 4:00-7:00, at 4:30, the only items are the bar are rice and egg rolls, no chicken, no vegetables. I asked an employee who said the food was being cooked. Why have hours and not adhere to those hours?
