I’m always amazed at how polite and professional the entire staff is. Everyone from the manager to the stock person asks how they can help. This entire organization embraces a culture of service. Whenever I visit, it’s like stepping back to a time when polite gestures and friendly greetings was a social standard. I just love how this store practices such a traditional yet timeless work ethic. Seriously, walk in to any other grocery store and then in to a Publix and you will see and even feel the difference.

Their produce department was not as good as I've seen it before. Most of the produce was over ripe. The store was clean and everybody was super nice. I love their water machine which is triple purification for only 35 cents a gallon.

I absolutely love this location. It has the most friendly staff each and every time I go. There was a pack of shrimp way in the back of the freezer, that I couldn't reach, and the seafood clerk came around to get it for me. Best customer service!

This is my area Publix and the service is outstanding. I've been a patron for 15 years and the first manager, who since retired was a first rate human being. The staff are polite and attentive, like most Publix stores in the area, the shelves are neat and stocked, the store is clean and overall it's an excellent shopping experience.

I was there to use my WIC checks but long story short, I’m supposed to get 4 gallons of milk total but because of cashier’s mistake I only got 2 gallons of milk. They refused to fix their mistake! Really?! Never coming back to this location again. Do NOT recommend!!! DON’T waste your time here.

Like to shop@ Nipper Corner Publix. Like to see more natural food products overall: Free soy, eggs, yeast, nuts. Sesame seeds, dairy, corn syrup, sorghum, molasses. Canola oil, most of top allergies. I t seems natural products are too over priced. Lower the prices motivates more purchasers to buy more frequently. Outcome Publix increases revenue.

Publix is the best. Great prices and awesome customer service.. I used to work in the bakery there and they have the highest standards. For instance..they make fresh cakes every day and they are on the shelf for I think 4 days max where Kroger keeps their cakes in their coolers for over 6 months

I gave them a 5-star rating three or four years ago but lately they have really slipped in the deli department for wait times. Last week three of us waited over 15 minutes. They had two people behind the counter and nobody would come down to the other end where the hot deli is till one person spoke up. The bakery person was twiddling their thumbs not helping anyone the whole time. And then tonight I waited over 10 minutes till I left while one deli worker waited on one person. And again there was a person in Bakery not doing anything. Hey new store manager instruct your bakery person to act as a backup and for the person on duty to keep an eye out for other people waiting so that they can immediately call other people in the department for backup. I heard somebody washing dishes in back or something the whole time I waited tonight. Rather than telling me "We'll be right with you" 8 minutes ago you should have called to a backup in back Or get a ringer, or number system or something! I have never had or seen problems like this ever at any Kroger I've been to including the one across the street.

Overpriced and no selection! They never have anything I actually need, never have enough in stock, slow as mud, and their self checkout machines are a hassle. I have a better experience at Kroger for half the cost and faster lines. And I can't tell you all how many times I've come there and there are rotting citrus fruits. How they can think that's okay is ridiculous, I don't understand why their reviews are high.
