Absolutely perfect as always! I had three employees ask if I needed anything, because they're all fabulous! Baby bella mushrooms we're on sale 2/$4, of course I bought two. Their flowers were gorgeous, bought me some crazy daisies. Accidentally walked down the ice cream aisle, so I now have to work off a pint of ice cream tomorrow. But it was all worth it! In all honesty, I just come in for the nice employees. The food is just a bonus.

Tried to order a cake for an event. Requested and ordered a cake with flames on it, along with "We'll Miss You, 'Friend'!". This. This is what we received. Now, I've seen fails of all kinds. I've seen mistakes that we're understandable. This? Wow! My 6 year old could do a better decoration while needing to go to the bathroom. Pink "flames"? This looks like a scribbled note hidden in an Easter Basket! Publix, stick to helping people carry groceries, and sell that bakery off to anyone else.

Would be 5 stars if I didn’t spend at least 15 minutes at the deli counter every visit no matter what time of day and no matter how many people are in line. Even when there are enough people behind the counter to serve multiple people usually only one is only serving customers and the rest are puttering around behind the counter. So frustrating.

Super nice people, the lady doing the demo cooking(I guess that's what you call it) was awesome, the sample was meatball suband zucchini & onion salad (I have never even tried zucchini) was good. The deli was great as well, I asked for cod fish and they only have it cooked on Friday she said, ( it's Tuesday) but she went and cooked it fresh for me. Yea! It was good.

My Publix is, I believe, the best food market that I have ever shopped. They are kind, considerate, quick to help, and I can find everything I need. I rarely have to go to a specialed store. This Publix also offers to talk to various vendors, if item is not in store, to see if they can order it! I also like it when various employees reconize me and are very friendly and inviting in nature. I do recommend Publix when anybody inquires. Lastly, the bakery, delay, the hot food section and hot soups and seafood and meat departments are all number 1!! Thanks for providing such a top notch grocery store!!!

June 15th 2019 : Time 8:30 PM: I took 2 whole chicken and got to the custom cuts and there was guy with name Scott.. he says that the cutting boards are not clean .. .. he seems like he doesn’t want to cut the chicken for some reason.. he said that it would take 25 min. I waited for 25 min and still he was helping other but he didn’t cut the chicken. So I kind an employee with name Tommy and asked him to call the manger and he never came back and the I asked David an other employee to call the manager and he brought in an other employee called Autumn. He said that he is cutting it now but the manager never seems to come out. Worst customer service ...it’s shame to the PUBLlX store for not maintaining any employee customer manager. I doubt if there will be any help in case of any emergency at this stores.

I have been Publix’s greatest fan for nearly a decade (since the 2010 flood) Sadly, I left today feeling not just disappointed anymore, but really, really disgusted. Something has gone terribly wrong with this location. Over the past month, maybe month and half... the shelves are never stocked, management is NEVER seen on the floor, almost all the experienced long-time employees have disappeared ... replaced by either rude, unwilling, uninterested, or straight-up UN-KIND individuals. Apparently, at this location, “Quality” has become a thing of the past. I ordered Cannoli’s in the bakery. When I returned to pick them up, I found that three out four were broken in half and all but missing their exteriors. When I complained, I was told, “they don’t look good but their fine.” I’m sure Kroger would happily agree w her. However, I don’t blame her. I blame management. Upon leaving, I kept thinking, that wasn’t Publix. That was Kroger. I just left a Kroger... with a Publix sign out front! And I sincerely hope that Publix takes that as the insult that it should be! Finally, I paid eight dollars plus tax to learn the hard way - When Cannoli’s look bad, it’s always indicative of an underlying problem and they are definitely NOT going to be “fine!”

Today I visited this Publix location to pick up some subs for lunch for my co worker and I. Jenny in the deli was who put our sandwiches together for us and she was such a delight! You could seriously tell that she loves her job! She even went above and beyond and offered a sample of the new Aloha Boar’s Head turkey to try and that is what I ended up getting on my sub today! Keep up the great work!

Shopping IS not a pleasure @ this location. 3 out of 5 employees aren't very helpful- including the assistant manager. No one is ever at the self checkout & if they are, it seems as if they don't even notice you are there. The only good is the pharmacy & meat/seafood department. I go to the west end location instead, even though I live 2 minutes away from this location.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Bakery prices are higher than other Publix stores. I live in the area and have to go to Donelson for the best price on cakes from the bakery. I have brought this to their attention and my words fell on deaf ears. Even spoke to the bakery manager and store manager. Because I was in tears about a cake order (the writing on the cake was two different colors of blue in the same word), I was given flowers. I just want my order right. Due to the nature of my job, I get cakes very often. I am very disappointed with their bakery and will continue to visit the Donelson store.

I am extremely disappointed in this Publix. I have a very sick person at home and I ran down the street to my neighborhood Publix to get him some medicine. I get the medicine I need and head to self check out. My card was declined, so I looked for someone working the self check out. Nobody is there to help so I wait. Nobody shows up and I am tired of waiting so I go to a line. After waiting forever, I finally am getting my medicine checked out and the card is declined again. She is no help, will not try typing in the number or anything. I check my account and have plenty of money in the account. I left without the items and called my bank. There is no problem with the card, the bank said that the merchant didn't have a reliable card reader. If you are going to be selling items like medicine, things that people really need, you need to invest in a reliable way to take cards. I have been very patient with slips ups from this Publix in the past and this is the last straw. I usually shop here at least once a week for the convenience but I will find somewhere else to shop for now on.

We were looking for a particular type of bagel that was out if on shelf. We asked the 1st person we saw at the meat counter, he was going to check when the person that resupplies the cooler area in cheeses, etc, was coming out with cart full to replenish shelves. Low and behold, the bagel was on the bottom of the stack, and the two of them were able to open box carefully at bottom, and there they were. My husband was so happy, and I was, too, and the two guys were so nice. Thanks Publix! Thanks to these two men!!

I brought a prescription for a pain patch to Publix, 5mcg/hr for a total of 840mcg of a narcotic over a weeks time. It takes 1000mcg to make 1 mg so in the span of a month I'm getting 3,360 mcg of narcotic which is a little over 3mg a month. I have osteoarthritis and an autoimmune disorder and this is the only medication that allows me to continue working. Let's say you have a prescription for Percocett 5mg every 8 hours, I don't get that much in a MONTH for just one pill!!!! I have to self pay for these as my insurance will not cover any type of medication that has even the smallest amount of narcotic so I have to shop around with my GoodRx card. My GoodRx card brought up Publix so I took it there and you would have thought I was asking for crack, I was told they don't order that medication. I've never had any pharmacy turn me away, they ALWAYS order it for me. It doesn't make me high, I can work/drive/live, I still have pain but this makes it bearable. Even my pain doctor told me it was a very small amount and nothing to be ashamed of. Well, Pulbix sure made me feel ashamed. The grocery is always higher than other groceries and after this I will NEVER step foot inside this store again.

Today was not a good day at Publix. The customer service lady needs some work on customer service. The time was 2:30pm on a Friday I never used Western Union Service my brother had sent his nephew money for his birthday. The young lady kept asking questions about the Western Union Service. She slid my ID back to me. Layed my money on the counter. Then had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. Thank God my son was there I would have really gave her a piece of my mind. The customer service people are real nosiey when you get money orders. Why you getting $1200 money order? I tell them each time none of your damn business. I've been in customer service for over 20 years never been treated like this before.

Publix Customer Service is very friendly and cooperative with all the customers. This includes observing, surveying, and dealing with customer complaints. Not enough sale prices. A bag of chips actually costs what was stamped on them. $4.29. I never pay that stamped on price at Kroger, Walmart, Dollar store, etc. A rich man's grocery store!!!
