August 3, 2019 5:30 pm - I always appreciate the customer service at my local Publix and today the staff went above and beyond. I am on a Keto diet and the only sweet treat I can eat without becoming sick is Rebel ice cream. This ice cream has become so popular that it is hard to keep on the shelf. I stopped by yesterday after a long tough week at work and was hoping to grab a well deserved treat - but the Rebel shelf was empty. I went to Customer Service and was amazed at the service I received. Long story short the Grocery Manager himself brought me the two exact flavors I asked for. He apologized for the shelf not being stocked. I assure him that I know this stuff flies off the shelf. Thank you Publix for caring about customer service - it isn’t always easy to find that today.

Pubix has a very bad service. They are not hiring those type of students who just recently graduated from their high schools and who needs to work for couples of months until they are waiting for their colleges to open this fall 2017. Publix hiring people are very abstruse in terms for hiring recently graduated students who just wants to work for couple of months. If those students not going to work in all these types of store this summer so what can they do to earn money for themselves and make their summer productive.

The prices can be a little steeper then some of the larger chains, but the customer service and over all experience make up for it. I have yet to meet a rude employee, and the deli/bakery is exquisite.

Customer service here is, overall/in general, the very best of all the grocery stores in Bellevue. The only exception to this, in my experience, is occasionally the people at the self-checkout lanes who are usually much younger than the rest of their staff & less experienced, and who have a tendency to pay less attention to the customers & chat w their friends a lot, esp. later in the night (within the last 2 hrs of business, 8-10pm) & thus, just don't give you the same level of customer service that regular patrons are so used to from this store. Hopefully, mgmt is aware of this & will do some additional training with them! (*fingers.crossed*) Because it's NOT that they are overtly rude, impolite or ignoring people...i think they are probably just used to a different work atmosphere within other grocery stores & don't realize that Publix really does take pride in going above & beyond for their customers, it's not just what they claim to aspire to, they actually do it most of the time.

I love the convenience of Publix on Hwy 70. The store is clean and well stocked. The store is customer friendly but that being said it's chsnged since it's opening. Lately not enough cashiers and baggers. I'm also not fond of them restocking during the day when high volume customer presence.

They only had 2 cashiers the lines were super long the wait was for awhile and I asked an employee for a sale item and they tell me it's not there dept. and can't help me and kept walking publix is not the cheapest place to shop I go only for the customer service but they are getting away from what makes them Successful after my last trip there I'm going to give Kroger a try there supermarkets look 1000 times better inside

This review is for the Publix event planning department. They absolutely blew me away! My little backyard wedding was much easier when I could get all the cake and flowers and some food all in one place. They were super helpful and took so much work out of the hole thing. They ordered tiger lillies for me and when they arrived, they were not bloomed. I wasn't bothered, but the sweet people at Publix called everywhere for me trying to get bloomed lillies, and when they couldn't, substituted another color and gave those to me for free. When my daughter's birthday comes around I will definitely be back! Thank you guys for a great experience! Also the cake was...so...incredibly...scrumptious omg

LOVE this store. Publix is to Kroger and Costco is to Sam's Club. This Publix has clean quality employees that are well trained and kind. The only reason they do not get a 5 STAR is for two reason. The hot food deli often runs out of their signature great items. The Belle Meade Publix deli is much better but this a great store day in and day out. The second reason I can't give it a 5 STAR is that my wife complains every time about their prices compared to Kroger. I wish they were more competitive on price also but I am such a germaphobe that I am willing to pay more to stay out of the nearby nasty Kroger.

I'm like this store a lot. The prices are good and the produce and meat seem fresh and good on price as well. I get weekly coupons so that helps. They seem to have good sales each week. The only reason I took one star away is because I'm not really a fan of the layout of the store. The aisles are long and tall. I can't really make sense of the organization. I also find it weird that the meat and cheese are so far apart.

I love Publix, however they severely lack a variety of Organic Produce. This location is nice, clean & bright. The employees are pretty friendly. Often the shelves are missing items, but shelves are always being stocked. Which at times get in the way. Another thing not all Publix stores carry the same items.

LOVE this Publix! I find it better than the one off Hwy 100 in Bellevue. They have such friendly and helpful staff. I don't do all of my shopping with Publix most weeks as their pricing is a little higher on most, but I do go out of my way to go here every week for produce, meats, and bakery items. They are definitely worth the extra time/stop! And their pharmacy is the best I've found in Bellevue. Always friendly and helpful.....won't be going anywhere else for pharmacy!

Everything about this place is OKAY. I shop here cause it's convenient and the quality is better than other local grocery stores. The parking is better too. That being said, the lines are usually out of hand, no matter what day or time. Trying to get another checker also forces you to be rude oftentimes...the employees become scarce and the management blind...added new pic today. Employees mostly fine. Management not so much. **6 months later...they got a new mgr. Not sure of her name, younger blonde woman. She has improved the place. Front of house anyway.

I absolutely love Sprouts! Fresh veggies, fruit and meats. They were kind enough to sell me a box of their fresh green beans that were on sale. I am putting these up. This store has awesome sales on fresh vegetables, fruit and meats. They make it affordable to eat healthy.

New to the area, we thought we'd check it out. It's a beautiful store but we had two separate, bad customer service experiences that left us sour. The first was at the deli. When I asked how much the American cheese was, instead of cheerfully checking for me and asking how much I wanted, he said, "the price is right there" (which, by the way, it wasn't). I didn't get any cheese. The second was at the customer service counter. We purchase a 2 for 1 item, the sale card was clearly in the middle of the bags on sale. When we questioned why we didn't get the price, after checking, the employee said it was for a different product. When I went to check and brought her back the sign she said, "Oh that is for the smaller bags". I told her there were no smaller bags there. She just sort of shrugged and said she'd tell the manager. She should have given me the sale price, instead, she let me walk away, saying to my husband that we won't be back. Is it really worth losing a new customer over $1.30? Good customer service goes a LONG way, doesn't it?

Les in the seafood department is just a very knowledgeable man who KNOWS whats what about EVERYTHING about his product and proud about it.... He's an asset to Publics in Bellevue!! Timothy Mena in Kingston Spring's since 1982√√√√√ Just got back from Publix seafood department this month on the 18th and less is an absolute Wonder back there he actually suggested some of the Blue Bay oysters which are already shucked and I never do that and I took those oysters and I put them into some of Publix seafood gumbo and then heated as directed and it was unbelievable!!!! Les is the Man if you want to know about good seafood and when to buy it!

Been going to this Publix for years now and I am realizing its time to go elsewhere. For some reason, this branch does not ever want to open more than 2 registers. I've tried shopping for groceries at varied times of the day to find the best time where check-out would be fast and efficient but cant ever find it. Ive had to bag my own groceries 90% of the time.
