Then I discovered La Lupita, a super clean Mexican market with complete butcher shop. Lots of good groceries that can't be found in grocery stores, especially spices and produce. Tasty food is prepared in the kitchen and there is a sit-down cafe. Try the sopes. The staff are very friendly and English is spoken. A clerk there gave me advice on selecting spices for a dish I was preparing. The owners also operate a store in Lenoir City.
