Probably one of my favorite "hidden" gems in Sioux Falls. Looking for a healthy but filling lunch option, I highly recommend the Korean Style Quesadilla plus shrimp. So much flavor packed into a great meal. Awesome customer service, very warm and welcoming staff.

I'm glad this store exists. I get a lot of my vitamins here that are brands that can't be found at other stores. I also get certain food items here that I can't find elsewhere, but not everything because the grocery prices are steep. I like how they carry local items.

Large amounts of healthy food options. As well as a cafe and vitamin market. If you're looking for foods that you can trust this is the place to go! They make fantastic smoothies as well. I like to buy my soaps from here as they're very safe for the earth and smell amazing.

I really like the soup and salad bar. I'd like to try more of their bistro options. However, the grocery prices are very steep. The same canned soup at Walmart for $2.25 is sold here for $4.79 to give you an idea.

I loved this place! It’s like Natural Grocers but cheaper and a better selection. Their buyer is amazing. Normally, health food stores will have a lot of junk that masks itself as being healthy or natural, but this store weeds all of that out. It’s not like you can’t find sweets here, just that you have lesser evils to choose from. Wish I had one of these near me!

I disagree with Jaquis.The to go meals, hot & cold are good.I like the sandwiches!.Its a health food store? Not Mc.Donald's so if you're not into eating healthy then this won't taste good to you. Pros: the selection of meats, the vitamins/beauty section. Cons: prices! I know it's a health food store but some items in there you can get cheaper at Hyvee.EX: the gluten free bread was 6.99 @ Hyvee was 4.59....also the veges that are on sale look really bad even though organic they should still put it on sale before it rots.

Just another grocery store.... Just kidding! Lots of "healthy" stuff. Small place to eat. Kombucha on tap. Homemade soap. Fresh produce. "Healthy" cleaning supplies. Some essential oils. Bulk honey, olive oil and numerous other things.

We have a lot of allergies and they have a great selection. Some of the prices can be a little steep but for the convenience of not waiting for the online stores, they are perfect. They have meat, cheese, produce, and frozen goods. They also have an area for you to sit at it you prefer to eat in.
