It's good to shop here the store is kept in good order most of my visits and they do the best to get you out asap, very help the staff never had a bad experience there. Avoid near the first of the month if you can

This store has definitely improved over time; its more organized. The aisles are clearly marked. The store is still in transition though. I do find that if ur in a hurry in the "Express Lane"; this is usually not the case. Perhaps they need more cashiers not sure.

This place has come a long way over the years. Good produce section with a decent selection of organic. Nice Spanish section just wish they carried more IMUSA goods. I love that they carry such a good variety of frozen organic foods with an okay selection of vegan friendly items. Worst thing is checkout times. Never a quick in and out.

It's okay if you are in the area and need a few things quick and on the cheap. Parking is good and they don't do the quarter for a cart. The produce looked kind of nasty...not all but enough. The store was really crowded when I went but check out was quicker than expected. Prices are better than most places in the area.

nothing special, no deli like another I saw. produce has been poorly kept for years and it is likely the overall dirtiest price-rite of what 6 maybe I've frequented in the New bedford, MA and providence, RI vicinity over the past 10 years. with prices matched everywhere it's only a matter of a couple of dollars saved there. but considering stop & shop discounts gas, gives huge discounts on a few items with a $25 purchase as well as takes coupons and gives free bags, it's kind of a bad choice to make.

It's cheap, but that's about the only good thing. Produce seems to spoil in about 24 hours from purchase, so I usually avoid that. Meats seem fine. Selection is minimal, but it's worth getting what you can here given the super low prices. Then go to Stop & Shop or Dave's for the rest of what you need.

I want to love price rite. It's just a straight up grocery store. Nothing fancy. The selection of ethnic food especially Hispanic is excellent. Prices are coming up a bit and I'm concerned they're trying to be stop n shop. Which would suck because I don't care for that. This location recently added self checkouts. And that's cool.

Organic produce was standard for PriceRite which is always pretty decent & offers the best selection for people on a budget who care about what they eat. Economy sized dried beans largest ive seen in any P.R. store and overall nice staff and friendly environment.

It's a convenient market. It doesn't always carry the same foods. You may go looking for something and it's not there anymore. Not really reliable when planning your meals. But, it does have a variety of foods. Caters to the Latino, Portuguese people and some regular American based foods. Doesn't carry everything you'd expect a market to have. At least not the Cranston store.

Just about the slowest cashiers I have ever seen in my life. However Prices are good and shelves tend to be fully stocked. Go in right when they open or an hour before closing time for faster service. Stay away during the first week of each month, lines all the way up the aisles.

Price Rite generally has excellent produce, though I always look for their good specials. The staff is friendly, courteous and KNOWLEDGEABLE. It's one of the 2 stores I usually frequent. I appreciate the wide selection of vegetables and fruits from countries outside the US, particularly traveling SOUTH!

I used to LOVE Price Rite. Now a days the prices are getting too high for a (at best) below average selection of products and quality. Under staffed with employees that don't know their products very well (too many employees, too many times has to find another employee in authority for assistance). Too many employees make me feel like I'm an inconvenience to help. Self checkout is an insult! I have to scan my own groceries, pay for my groceries and bag my own groceries with no discount?! SERIOUSLY?! When more often than not, it is most def NOT convenient or faster in any way to self check out. When in reality it is yet another way for this company to eliminate the human element from the money making equation. Less humans on the clock means more money in Fat Cat's pockets. Unfortunately, that ALWAYS means a SERIOUS drop/reduction in quality EVERYTHING across the board. Honestly, it's only slightly more inconvenient to shop at farmer's markets, butchers, and bakers separately. Or pay the higher prices at Whole Foods and/or Trader Joe's. At least then I have guarantees where my food is coming from, the freshness, and quality. Also, the afore mentioned farmer's markets and stores employ a better quality of ppl whom either really do like their jobs or are at least paid well enough to fake the funk about how they really feel about their jobs. You all might want to take stock in how they run their operations
