The deal is this place is small with limited selections. Prices are higher then most. The employees seemed to be friendly for the most part. They have a deli/chicken shop in the back. The produce was actually not bad at all. It was perfect for the few days we were there.

Wow! Huge selection. I was amazed at all the different things they had for how small the store looks. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean store. Fresh looking fruits and veggies and even fresh made salsa and pre-cut fruit. And they accept Android Pay.

It's the most expensive grocery store I've ever been to and I only stopped there because I was in the area and needed to grab a few items. Never again. Great tourist trap though, they're usually desperate enough to pay 3x as much for things.

Always friendly staff and though small, offer a good selection of what you need. Deli salads and soups seem much fresher and homemade compared to the big food chains. Bought some corned beef beef and it was thick slices with a pepper crust that melted in your mouth.

Was super dissatisfied, went in to buy some toothpaste, and Tylenol. The toothpaste was priced at almost 5 dollars, and the Tylenol (store brand) was over 8.00!!

Great little shop with access to all your basic needs and more! and the staff is absolutely stellar! Fresh pre-cut fruit and veggies cheese snack boxes in the coolers to the far left and huge a variety of cold drinks! For its size it has a HUGE variety!

I live very close to this particular IGA in the Taft district of Lincoln city and I very much like it. I'm on social security so large purchases are out of the question but it has all the major convenience of big grocery store if are at the beach and need something quick including adult liquid refreshments as well as beach toys for the kids and everything you need for a campfire on the beach, charcoal, lighter fluid, and the most important thing, the makings for the best Smores in town:)

Kenny's IGA Food Markets in Lincoln City are Caostal Grocery Store Original. I'm not sure when Kenny took over but the store was here when I was a little Kid. Their avalible selections will handle most of the common needs you may have. The stores have a little more of a mellow atmosphere than a big box store & the help is actually around to help. I gave this store (Kenney's South) a 4 star rating not because of any issues with the store or service within. It's the damn Parking Lot! They probably did the best they could but it is B____ to get in & out of in big car.

I visit with my family once every year or so and despite the smaller selection of products compared to another major grocery store north of here, we always get the friendly welcome from the associates and that is what keeps us in Kennys in every visit to town. As in retail management myself, it is good to see engagements between customers and associates. It makes sales happen.

Edited: After several more visits I am addicted to the breakfast bagel with bacon. Absolutely a must have breakfast sandwich!! They also have English muffin sandwiches and they come with either sausage, thin sliced deli ham, or bacon. I also love their tri tip stew soup! Oh my It is so delicious! The deli was so clean & spotless and I really love that!!!

Because it's closest to the beach in Taft, it's the most expensive grocery store in town, A poor selection,of over priced items.they close early,everything is directed at tourists money..a hot and cold deli,a large selection of wines,cold beer.

This is the small IGA in the Taft District of Lincoln City. But they have the freshest fruits and veggies in town! Joe the produce manager takes great pride in his produce. Here is his carrots. Tops and bottoms are separate but look how he displays them!

I was staying at a nearby hotel and found that the coffee I bought at another major grocery store was not ground, and I did not have a grinder. Despite not having purchased the coffee at their store, Maggie at the store was kind enough to let me use their grinder and even help me get it to work when I couldn't, I usually end up stopping at this store at least once per vacation but she did not know that. I am now a customer for life! Outstanding customer service! I do not give compliments to grocery stores but this one is deserved.

Veggies these guys have the best produce dept, always local and fresh, just can't beet it . lol This market has a full deli from chicken ,fish to lobster in season. Also they have a Great freezer full of domestic and import beer. Great little market, kinda geared to cater to tourists and is rather spendy and spendie . Happy shopping

Although a little upscale from the grocery stores I normally shop at since we were vacationing at Lincoln City it's location was very nice. For my family of six they had enough discounted items that we were able to get groceries for a very nice breakfast for only $16. Lunch was a bit more $34, but again 4 boys and 3 of them being teenagers this was still more food (and healthier food) then at a restaurant would give us for the same price.

Love this grocery store. Friendly people and great local (valley) meats. Not a big store so limited selection but they have a fantastic selection of various local and specialty items I can't get at other stores. UPDATE: unfortunately they've began eliminating basic things because they don't understand their importance to the shopper. They've stopped carrying Bob's Red Mill AP flour, the guy says it didn't sell... But they do sell Bob's organic artisan white wheat flour...go figure.

To be truthfully honest my wife works there pretty much everyone knows me and our grandson we get nothing but wonderful service I'm a little bit biased Taft is a small town, south IGA is a small store, but I do know they have a good selection and if you want a bottle of Don perion( I'm pretty sure that's not how you spell that) champagne you can get it they have a good wine and beer selection pretty much all the essentials you need the deli rice bowl teriyaki chicken is wonderful but I'm not the general public and everyone has their own opinion that's mine!!!! Have a wonderful day, come visit us, have a good time be courteous and respect our community and the people in it! And please pick up your dog poop!
