Its like Wal-Mart and Whole Foods had a baby. Sales are good but items can get pricey. Their sishi is good for a grocery store. They have brunch and bakery. Pizza station, wok, and fresh juice station. You can sit and dine. Hot food bar as well.

Uptown Grocery store has all of my favorite brands as well as great organic and wholesome brands and foods that I am anxious to try. Great deli, salad and food bar. Foods are fresh and yummy! My new favorite place to grocery shop. They also have fresh cut flowers, plants and fresh growing herbs.

We absolutely love this store!! We finally got the chance to buy our meat from the butcher and have it cooked for us at their grill. Their grill master was Amanda. She was fabulous. We had a prime filet and a prime ribeye. She suggest the Chicago seasoning. Perfect meal!!

Not only is this a pretty good grocery store but they also have a VERY awesome and delicious bakery! They also do wedding cakes and they are VERY DELICIOUS, BEAUTIFUL, & reasonably priced! They did our wedding cake and let's just say we didn't have any cake left because it was that good! In the photo flowers were added by our florists. They also have a neat kitchen on the second floor if you ever are hungry along with a buffet on the main floor with plenty of drinks to choose from. They also have a florist if you are in the market for one.

Up to last weekend, I would have given this store 5 stars, but we had a series of unfortunate events with the bakery: cakes and cupcakes just didn't show up on the calendar, and when they finally did, it was for the wrong date. Even a phone call a few days before the vent, and specifically mentioning the upcoming weekend, I was told everything appeared to be in order. We showed up last weekend only to find out the cakes were not ready. These were cakes for my daughter's wedding, so they couldn't have been any more important to us. I didn't read my email Friday, but they sent me an email stating the cakes were in the system and they'd be invoicing me soon. The stress from that day was incredible on me.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff were very willing to help. Produce and meat had great diverse selections. Bakery section has very tasty and well made desserts. Plus, no one else in town carries my favorite brand of energy drinks.

Tries very hard to compete with its sleek modern architecture but fails miserably in grocery selection. Nothing particularly 'healthy.' A fancy store with product I could buy anywhere. Conventional!

I like the store, very clean and good selection. What I don’t like is the way they inflate prices, and what I really don’t like is on multiple occasions the handles on the grocery bags failing when bringing groceries into my home. Enough so where it made me stop going there for this reason. On at least three occasions they failed actually breaking some items containers. I called on two occasions to complain but they did not seem to care enough to correct. It is a nice clean store with a good selection, so they have that going for them.

Love this store. Their Deli is awesome and their bakery as well. Always friendly staff, and good food at their HOT FOOD BAR..... The meat department has knowlegable staff, and the meat is great. Love the Angus Beef. They carry a nice variety of unique items not found in other stores

I love this place! You buy the meat, and they will grill it with a choice of spices. They have great soups and deli assortments. They did the flowers for my wedding and centerpieces and they were gorgeous. They did the wedding cake and not a bite left. Delicious ❤ It is my favorite grocery store. This is an amazing store with plenty of options. They even have a buffet! Well, I wouldn’t call it a buffet, as you can’t get whatever you want, but there is a large selection of food. They also have a nice selection of desserts. The employees were kind and helpful. There also wasn’t many people there which was nice. Overall, an awesome experience.

Not all stores have the selection and variety of new things to try. When I went in there this morning, I noticed they had a Wok bar! Choose your veggies, protein etc. It is pricy, but I can't wait to try it! The salad bar looked fresh!

Wonderful store. The store has nice spacial divisions for their bakery, fruit drink bar, pizza bar, salad bar, and breakfast eatery. If you need groceries or household supplies, uptown has a large selection to chose from. They also sell knick knacks like small furniture pieces. Outside they have a propane closet where one can switch out used tanks. Bathrooms were very clean when I visited them. Lastly, if you need to pick up a flower arrangement this place has numerous options to pick from.

Was here for a birthday party. The place is very bright and clean! It is tastefully decorated without looking cluttered or out of place. Whoever they hired to be interior designer did a wonderful job. Looks like they hire lots of young individuals, which is very notable.

They have a amazing hot food bar and salad bar . I go here often for lunch. You can take your food to go or you can sit at their lounge area with tables. Great atmosphere! They have a fish , mashed potatoes, wings etc. Freshly made pizzas or sushi. There is a bakery and for the healthy eaters a smoothie bar.

UPDATE: I reached out to Uptown via the email address provided in their response to my review. Within seconds, I received an email from Google that the email address "does not exist." So I then went to the Uptown website and reached out via their Contact page. I explained what happened and said I was happy to answer questions or give more info so that changes can be made. It's been over a week and no reply. So the conclusion I've come to is they responded to my review to cover themselves and make them look good to anyone reading my review. They are not truly interested in making changes to better their service. So again... Stay far, far, FAR away from Uptown Catering. I just moved a little over a half mile away from this location and I go out of my way to shop elsewhere. They will never get another penny from my family. I’m sure the grocery store is fine but DO NOT HIRE THEM AS CATERERS. They lied to me not once, not twice, but three times regarding very important things such as special dietary requests which could have sent one family member to the hospital and two others sick in the bathroom all day (one of whom is my husband). The day of my wedding the so called “servers” were eating food off of my buffet DURING the reception. I had literally sat down with my food and saw them make themselves plates of food. I was told they would perform certain duties which is the only reason I paid extra for them but they did not do what I was told they would do. Extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. This company just wants your money. I have worked for a catering company before so I know how much work goes into it so I wanted to be an easy client. I was told they would “make it up to me” and never heard from them again. I do not appreciate being lied to and treated as if I’m just another cash cow. I will never shop here or hire them again and will never recommend them to anyone. Go spend your money somewhere honest that actually cares about their customers.

Best grocery store ever. It's more than a grocery store actually-- they have a proper sushi bar, sandwiches, a pizza oven, coffee shop, wok, and more. Kind of like Whole Foods but half the price. Great deli products too. One of our favorites is the super reasonably priced brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. We go all the time. It's also a great place to get natural skincare products like natural hair care and essential oils, etc. Probably the best part about it though is the very friendly staff. They go above and beyond, and we know many of the people who work there, for example the guys who serve brunch and the butchers. It's always immaculate presentation of the food. Such pride taken in this place. The only reason not to review is for our best-kept secret to get out! Hope you enjoy it

Huge selection in the bakery, deli, meat department, and great coffee/smoothie bar. The staff was absolutely wonderful. One of the staff said you can come in buy meat from the store and the Wok/Ramen bar will cook it for you for free. Just tell them how you would like it seasoned and they will grill.

Uptown grocery is my latest find. I love the open floorplan, bright and clean spaces. The fresh juice blends made to order. The hot meals aren't bad either. I have to say it, but this just might be one of the best spots to meet singles too! Gospel music plays in the background, scriptures in the lounge area (yes, lounge as in leather couches) this place just gives me a really good vibe. Did I say it might be a good spot for meeting singles too? I'm just saying

I love their meat dept great quality. I also like their food bar. I especially like the fried fish, chicken alfredo, and sliced brisket. The cashiers are very friendly they leave a great lasting impression. They are pricey, but when they run sales its good ones. For ex they are the only store that I've seen Simply Cranberry and Simply Apple Juice on sale.

I used to eat lunch here every day. I would still if I could. The selection is endless. Salad bar, buffet bar, pizza, sandwiches, sushi, or noodles. And their coffee shop is amazing! The fruit infused waters are the best for rehydrating, and you're sick of plain water. I could refill the bottle 15 times and get flavor each and every time. I am also told the app has amazing deals on groceries but I have yet to download it!

While the store is very visually appealing and they have a lot of neat varieties of foods and supplies, they have very high prices. I am not sure that the quality of food is so much better than say Whole Foods or other high end grocers, but the prices are much higher. I guess if you have that hard to find item than they are the place for you, but if you are trying to get some items at a fair price this is not your place. Just my humble opinion.

I love uptown market! I love the variety of items they have there. However, it’s not so much the selection as it is the people. Huge props to Lan in the pharmacy. Every time I come in she says “Hi Johnny, how are the wife and kids?”. It really makes a difference to me when people go out of their way to make you feel at home. Thanks! Johnny.
