This place is not acceptable for it's location. This is a cost PLUS 10% store. This means everything purchased you are charged 10% more. The location is in a very low income area, and there are no other options to shop, so residents have only 1 place to shop. Such a rip off for low income customers. Ownership should be ashamed of themselves...

If the corporate office chose one location to do orientation, customer service training, keeping produce and meat selections fresh they should send them to Otwells They still bag and carry your groceries to your car. You will never see am employee say they don't know if extra stock is in back. In Okmulgee the cashier's belittle the number of customers who have EBT. Clone Otwells

Too expensive. Two pork chops in a package $2.75 . The total came to $3.30 after tax and their upcharge. Otwell's says cashsaver but it is far from that. They are ripping off the customer.

You can tell it has changed owners. The meat is no longer fresh Not once but every time I bought something there since the change it has been spoiled or just plain awful. I bought a bag of potatoes, fried them and only half were done after 40min of cooking %$#@ haven't or will not shop there again!!!!!

I go there every week. The customer service is wonderful. It is good to see a store be in service since I was a child and it is still open to serve the northeast okc community. Something has got to be right about it.
