Overall, prices, selection, and product availability are in the top 3. The experience i had Saturday morning, the 23rd of June, 2018, that caused me to give the low rating was with a store manager. I went in crest to look for a particular flavor of energy drink and like i usually do, i got my phone out to get a few pics for Google maps. No longer then a few minutes of arriving, i had the manager following behind me and he then asked me to put my phone away and quit taking pics. I told him it was for maps and if anything it would be a benefit, not something negative. He said i might be a competitor so not to do it again. I brought to his attention that there was no signs stating the no pics\no video's policy, he said that there used to be but he didn't know what happened to them. So i kindly complied then left after looking for the energy drink that they didn't have. I was outside in the parking lot and was getting a picture of the front of the store with the American flag flying in the background, not realizing the same manager followed me outside. He told me i couldn't do that outside, said i was on private property and asked me to leave. I even showed him my page on google maps and that i wasn't a competitor. He said it didn't matter that i was at "his" store and one of his jobs is to stop people like me from taking pics and video's. Once again i reminded him about the lack of signs stating the no picture/ no video policy and he said he would get it taken care of!

I am highly disappointed of the experience I just had in this store. I had 4 items worth around $7 so I used the self check out, and I paid with Apple Pay. After printing my receipt the pos kept saying “Please remove your card” so I hang out there for a while, but the machine went back for another check out so I thought I was good to go. 20 minutes later $24 was charged on my account in Crest. Looks like the person after me somehow used my Apple Pay. How is that even possible? I went back there and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up on the Service desk. When I asked for a refund, the lady told me she couldn’t issue one and she has to send my case to another lady who deals with that stuff, but she couldn’t guarantee they will give me one. They could easily see my face on the camera at the time my receipt was issued and that it’s not me 20 minutes later when another receipt was issued on the same account. I used to like this store, but now I don’t feel safe purchasing there and trusting them with my information.

While I like Crest, I am becoming increasingly frustrated with loss of previously stocked brand items, such as Ghiriardelli brownie mix and Lipton family-size decaf tea bags (to name only a few). The decrease in options is making it easier to consider other grocery options in the area. Update: In response to another shopper's question about still more items discontinued at Crest - what happened? Probably the same thing that has happened to so many previously stocked items; they were displaced in favor of increased alcohol options. While swaths of product brands have been abolished as wine and beer shelf space has expanded. Crest no longer carries such things as Ghiraradelli brownie mixes, Lipton family-size decaf tea bags, decaf McCafe coffee, various flavored drink mixes (for water), and that's barely a handful. The situation is getting worse almost weekly as inventory changes; more alcohol, less grocery variety. We are, unfortunately, shopping at WalMart now more than at any time since Crest opened. Very, very frustrating; we'd much rather support the local retailer, but when they seemingly are only interested in favoring the alcohol crowd, the rest of us are essentially left with few practical alternatives.

I had a great cashier! I'm very pleased with the deli. I 've noticed negative changes in the produce dept.. When I started coming to Crest, the bananas were displayed as they should be, one layer! Now, they have the bananas stacked 2 & 3 deep. Bananas bruise easily so what do you get when there stacked like that. When they are shipped, the layers are separated by thick paper. They have the produce so cold, IT'S RIDICULOUS! The organic produce I've purchased lately was HORRIBLE!

I visited the store on a Sunday afternoon. Even though it was busy, I had very little wait time at the meat counter as well as the checkout line. The cashier even asked which type of bag we preferred! And to top it all off, they actually bagged my purchases correctly (non food together, crushables together, meat together)! Awesome

The most consistent grocery store that you'll ever find. This Crest always has what I need (& if not avail. they will order it). I love how everything is so customer ready, minimum holes if any, always good deals 2for's, everything is fronted and faced (a plus for me), and have not had one bad customer service issue. I know of people who drive from Tuttle, OK just to shop at this Crest. Most definitely worth going and cheaper than the other large chains.

Crest has always been my favorite grocery store but it's been awhile since I've went. Today was a wonderful reminder why I love this store so much. The prices are UNBEATABLE! It's so worth skipping the convenience of pick up or delivery because of amount of money we save!! Example: coffee mate liquid creamer is $6.28 at walmart. At Crest, $4.88!!! I love you Crest!!

One of the best super markets there is. They have absolutely anything and everything that you could and would want food wise. Some of the best fresh meat and seafood you can find in Oklahoma City. Can't complain this store is great, great deli and bakery, large isle's always clean and friendly employees. It would be nice if the store would do upkeep on the motorized basket/buggy's, they either drive very slow, are in use or dead batteries, need new batteries. Once thing I would like to see is overtime they include more local options as well as non meat and non dairy options. However, they do have a better selection of these things than most major stores already.

Crest Back Burners Customer Service This morning, at approximately 10:00 I stopped by Crest at 104th & May to pick up a few things. My first stop was in produce to check out the avocados. As usual the green avocados were on top of the ready to eat fruit, and the ready to eat was on top of the ready to throw out. The typical method of operation at this particular Crest Foods. It’s frustrating picking to the bottom looking for acceptable fruit, especially when the over ripe ones are found because my finger impaled through the mushy mess. We shop at this location weekly and this stacking of the green avocados on top of the ready to eat and over ripe fruit baffles my mind. Today, I wanted to find out if there was a method to the madness, so I requested to speak with the produce manager. After a few minutes I was met by Brandon (produce manager), and my interpretation was, he wasn’t happy to have to come out on the floor. I asked Brandon if there is a science behind putting the green fruit on top of the ready to eat. With a serious and condescending tone, Brandon replied, “you know you’re being silly”. If he had said it a little differently, just maybe I would not have had to fight the urge to hammer him like a 16 penny nail. However, Brandon was being serious, and his facial expression and body language said it all! After he made such a disrespectful comment to someone that helps put digits on his paycheck, I knew his attitude and action would not go untold to the store manager. So, I went to find one. I found David (the store manager) and asked if he had a moment. He responded with “yes”. I asked if we could walk over to produce, again, he said “yes”. Once in produce I was happy to learn that Brandon was still in the area and was standing next to David and me. I reiterated the conversation that had transpired between Brandon and myself. The store manager (David) mentioned the avocados should be rotated and he blamed it on the night crew. That was the extent of David’s interaction. Not one word about how Brandon should not speak to customers the way he did or any type of apology, just that he would speak to the night people. As I was walking off, I heard David ask Brandon, “did the night crew put out the avocados?”. Huh, he just blamed it on them without knowing who actually put them out. This was not my first customer service fail with Crest Foods at 104th & South May Ave., in Oklahoma City. I had an experience in February 2019 with a rude woman in the bakery. I wanted to get the two brownies in the display case, so that’s what I ordered. Without a word she walked away and disappeared into the back room of the bakery area. After a few minutes, she returned and handed me a small box. The box contained two brownies that were smaller, decorated less, and therefore not as enticing. I apologized, and asked her if I may choose my brownies. Without a word, but with a sigh of disgust, she reached across the counter and snatched the box from my hand. I could feel her negative vibe the entire time she was switching out my desserts. If you don’t like dealing with customers, it’s best if you don’t! After six months of weekly shopping at this particular Crest Foods, I suspect it’s a cultural issue. The friendly and helpful Crest Foods associates are few and far between. Since they really don’t have “Rock Bottom Prices” or a very wide selection, I think I will take my business elsewhere. I’m not going to pay Crest Foods to treat me disrespectfully and discourteously.

If something is on sale and it seems like a good deal , its not!! There's usually something wrong with the product. For example , Oreos on sale means they are broken pieces of cookies. Generally stuff like that. So shoppers beware.

The overnight manager here was horrible. The store placed merchandise in the wrong spot. The price should be honored. Instead I watched the manager fix the merchandise. They absolutely refused to honor the $1.00 price difference. She then began to shout at me from behind the service desk. She swore at me and verbally berated me. She then yelled security at which point overnight shelf stockers six of them followed me into the parking lot at about 3am. So not only is she setting a horrible example for her team. She is putting her team at risk. Shelf stockers are not security. There are a lot of rules that go into store security. Shame on her. Why is she there?

One of the worst experiences I've ever had a painting groceries in my life. During the store visit fine produce fine Bridey of stuff they had fine now whenever it comes to customer service and thsecurity. They allowed outside company to put all these parking stickers on vehicles just because the guy is not willing to look at a license plate I have disabled veteran tags on all of my vehicles and as such I don't have to have a placard well he took it upon himself to put the parking sticker on my vehicle and then refused to remove remove it even though it was his wrong. The store did nothing direct if I the situation that had been done they just took down my name and phone number didn't even get a I'm sorry that should have never happened except from one guy but not a one was helpful in the situation. I would recommend not going to the store based off of the customer service and their attack on veterans.

Checker was rude. Had 2 people and 2 carts all the checkouts where full. Had 42 items total. The self check out was completely empty. So I went to the self check out and the self check out Checker Pointed at the sign and told me as rude as possible it’s for 20 items or less I said I am doing three transactions. I had three separate people there to do three transactions at three different registers and he told me go over there. Pointing to the other registers I tried to call a manager and I was told I could not talk to the manager and the lady told me that she was Kinda over the checkers and I had to talk to her when I asked for the guys name that was rude he would not give me his name and covered his badge. I guarantee you I will never step foot in there ever again I have never in my life ever been talk to as rude that even at Walmart

I love Crest on SW104 & S May the employees are friendly and very helpful they sack your grocery and carry them out for you love the clean store and the products are all fresh I wouldn't go anywhere eles

Crest foods is a great place to shop! I recently found it by mistake and took a chance and bought some groceries!! Boy let me tell y'all bout this store!!! The meat cuts r decent and they taste even better! There prices r better than most others r and when u have a budget like I do, then it best bet is to try crest foods!!! I did and I'm glad I did!! U will b as well!!!!
