I love this little gem! Amish owned, this little store offers a wide variety of handmade outdoor furnature, gazebo's. Decorative lawn items, etc. as well as crafts, bulk items, local made cheeses, and have a wonderful bakery in the rear of the store! ( but get there early or it will all be gone!) I HIGHLY recommend the homeade Honey Wheat Bread-so good It usually is gone within a day or two!!! They do take phone orders for baked goods as I order cookies for holiday parties (because they get rave reviews and are much better than my own!!!) You know they MUST be good to drive well over an hour to get!!!

Great Place to get Cold Meat and Cheese For Less Than You Would Pay Anywhere Else. As Well as Baking & Canning Items and Great Place to find the hard to find Baking and Canning Items. I like to refer to this store as a Blast from the Past. Because it carries all of the old time candy that you can't find anywhere else. It's Just A Awesome Place All The Way Around. I love going to this store. The owners are so welcoming. My sister-in-law took our 4 grandkids there just yesterday. Yes, some things are a little pricey but other things (like their deli meats) more than make up for it. The kids are always welcome to play on their outside slides and stuff while we relax and watch them on the comfortable lawn furnature before or after our shopping. Yesterday we all even got to meet the owners horses and little kittens. Very interesting visit.

I drive a fair distance to this Amish store for the dry goods. Good prices for high quality items. The deli has wonderful meats and cheeses; apples are delicious in season. Bakery items are superb.

The Amish owned and run Country Variety Store & Bakery on rt. 68 is a GREAT place to shop. They have a VERY large selection of bulk style goods (pre-packaged and priced for you) at excellent prices. Their deli meats & cheeses are high quality and often much cheaper then big chain stores. Fresh made Bakery goods are available daily as well as just general groceries such as milk & eggs. Easy in and out but worth taking the time to look around, shop, and even see a glimpse at how it used to, and should still, be in a general store.

Very nice Amish market with a bakery attached. The people were nice and the prices were fair. Go on Tuesday though to get baked goods. We missed it by one day.

The man was rude...I waited like 5 minutes while he told a story to the customers in front of me with 3 customers behind me..Then I said I have meat in spot number 3 because my hands were full and he's like ...Can you step over there and get it..he was 4 steps away from it and I was 12 steps away and I had to ask customers to excuse me so I could get through them to get my lunch meats...The Guy was rude. A BAD EXPERIENCE..JUST SAYING

Fun little store! Bulk foods, meats and cheese at the deli, baked goods, plus things such as signs and decorative things. Great selection of Rada knives. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They appreciate modesty, so dress appropriately. Cash is preferred but checks and credit cards are accepted.

Great little store to stock up on your baking items. Can buy in bulk a lot cheaper than regular grocery stores. I drive an hour to get there so you know I think it's well worth it.
