I submitted an order online for a sub. I got to the store 5 minutes after the order was scheduled to be ready. My order wasn't available so I waited in line to ask if it was received. It was but wasn't made. I waited an additional 10 minutes for it to be made. I got home to realize the ticket wasn't read and it was made incorrectly. This is by far my most frustrating publix experience and being from Florida publix subs are life.

Wonderful selection of different things compared to other stores locally. They have that special item that you cannot find anywhere else and it is a bit pricey but definitely worth it. The cotton candy grapes are a must to try! they taste just like cotton candy. British, kosher, Asian and Mexican choices are great too. Love it.

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the wonderful smell of the bakery. The baked items and breads are delicious. The store is always super clean and inviting. The customer service is the best around. I love coming here for the fresh deli sandwiches, fried chicken and soups. Their produce is always fresh and presented very well. Some of the grocery items are a little higher in price than some stores in the area. But that won't stop me from coming back again and again.

Even beyond the fact that the prices are high, the thing that really upsets me is the fact that the people at the register have no idea how to deal with the general public. No greeting, no thank you, no have a nice day.... if you're going to have really high prices, you need exceptional service! However, as a side note, the salad bar was very good. Still not sure I'd go back. I can find lower prices and friendlier people at other stores.

We just wanted to let you know we moved here from Florida and LOVE Publix so to finally have one close to us was PURE EXCITEMENT! When we went on the opening day we know it was going to be busy and maybe let our standards down a little but, we ordered our subs online and before our first bite we were beyond happy! Stopped in here recently... I was rather impressed and it was much better than I had considered it would be. What I loved was learning that they sold Atlantic cod from Iceland rather than cod from China or Chili or elsewhere in the Pacific. Living on the Atlantic Coast, it is just insane that most anywhere you go here, we predominantly find seafood that is from the Pacific being sold in our grocery stores. I make an effort to say something to the manager or ask why I can't find seafood from the Atlantic. I was so happy to see Publix carrying Atlantic fish and made sure I mentioned it. They may be where I go for seafood so long as that remains so.

Bright, clean, spacious, and well stocked. This was my first visit. I bought the hot and spicy chicken wings--delicious, meaty and crunchy. I was offered a sample before I bought so I knew what I was getting. Found several BOGO offers, too. Also bought the pre-prepared salmon meal, so I hope that is also delicious. Did I find a grocery store for business? Lol...The employees that I encountered all were nice, they all spoke, and asked if I needed help finding anything. William, not only helped with answering a question with picking cream cheese, but was so sweet and nice he walked me to my vehicle, we had small conversation, and he put both bags in my vehicle. It's all about "CUSTOMER SERVICE". At the Teeter you end up bagging your own groceries because they won't hire more personnel. At Publix the cashiers rings up the goods and at each checkout there is a bagging person doing their job. Makes for less time in line and a less stressful experience. Also the best SUBS in town which you can order online at the Publix Website for fast pickup...

Bittersweet experience... Today we decided to stop in to purchase items from the seafood department. The lady there was very nice and provided excellent customer service. We felt good about our experience until we were about to exit the store. I couldn't help but notice one gentleman who appeared to be a manager along side another female coworker greeting shoppers exiting the store. . I don't like making things about race, but when something is in your face you see it for what it is. The customers in front of us and behind us (both European)were greeted while we were ignored and not even given the respect of eye Contact. This bothered me and I expressed my opinion on a comment card left in the front box. This is nothing like what we experience at our home store location in Winston-Salem... I will not be returning as I do not shop where I am not welcome!

I went to this location this weekend and was absolutely astonished at how overly helpful and friendly the staff were. I would give this place 5 stars hands down if not for one issue. I do not like being told I am not allowed to reward wonderful customer service. I had a great bagger, he did a wonderful job and was extremely polite, but when I tried to give him a tip for his hard work, I was informed I as a customer am not allowed to. I have NO issue with not being allowed to ask or solicit for tips, but I think it is down right ridiculous that I cannot do so if I feel is it warranted. My mother used to bag for years and I feel like dirt when I don't tip them. Please change this policy as it will be a reason I do not return to this store.

I am not happy with having to give this rating. I love, absolutely loved Publix till today. I have shopped there since a few months after its opening and never had any issues . I spent over 5 hours in store and not to mention countless hours outside of the store planning my trip carefully and making sure to have all I needed. Being on a tight budget I usually shop at Food Lion because they have way lower prices. However because of the coupon policy at publix sometimes deals are better . AFTER SPENDING OVER 5 HOURS IN THE STORE I WAS TURNED AWAY WITH OVER 500.00 IN PRODUCTS BECAUSE APPARENTLY NOONE HAS EVER REFUSED MY COUPONS BEFORE OR EVEN SAID IF IT WAS A LITTLE EXPIRED THEY COULD NOT TAKE THEM , till now. I had everything I was suppose to and made sure it was right and then after my second coupon I'm told oh I cannot take this . Even tho said coupon went thru the system and was accepted . I am appalled at being turned away after that long of a shopping trip and having spent not only this trip but countless other hours on hours in this store. I was told it didnt matter if they'd accepted them prior . Which I do understand policy and I do understand IF I HAD BEEN TOLD BEFORE ON THE NUMEROUS OCCASIONS I USED SOME EXPIRED COUPONS. HOWEVER NOONE EVER SAID ANYTHING NOR REFERRED ME TO POLICY TILL TONIGHT. after over 5 Hours ! Not a quick trip mind you. I HAVE 2 KIDS TO SUPPORT AND LITERALLY SPENT MY LAST FEW DOLLARS TO GET THEM WHAT THEY NEEDED TONIGHT AFTER THIS ORDEAL. I could understand if it was an on going thing or if I literally wasnt a known customer and was trying to "get one over " however I am not one of those people. I will not spend 5 minutes in this store again . I will not waste more time and money on a place that does not recognize their customers loyalty and honor them by seeing the situation at hand and not the PRICE TAG ASSOCIATED WITH IT . Food Lion has always been gracious and happy to have couponers. They have never turned me away and I spend thousands of dollars each month couponing and donating and helping friends and schools and neighbors. This was to me so disheartening and a waste of my time and energy and also broke me for all I had left in my pocket . I didnt mind the prices being a little higher because the coupons compensated and the flyers store coupons .BUT I do mind my time being looked at like it doesnt matter , and my situation and the fact that every single person including managers who have checked me out NOT ONE EVER SAID WE CANNOT TAKE THIS OR THAT . I literally followed all policy and this time I am wrong this time I cannot get my items . I am upset at the situation. Also having it looked at like my hard work can just be redone in moments by "looking for more coupons" is upsetting feeling LIKE I WAS BELLITTLED LIKE MY HOURS AND TIME WASTED COULD BE FIXED BY A FEW MOMENTS OF "BEING HELPED AND SEARCHING " FOR MORE COUPONS TO COMPENSATE THOSE THAT WERE REJECTED. NO !!!!! ITS NOT THAT SIMPLE ITS NOT THAT QUICK!!!! IT DOESNT HAPPEN IN 20 30 MIN. IT TAKES AGAIN OVER 5 HOURS IN THE STORE AND ANOTHER SEVERAL MORE AT HOME IN PREPARATION. I'm not a crazy person or one of those who goes off at any cashier I appreciate the jobs they have . I do absolutely love that place .but this was enough driving 35 min and spending 5 plus hours only to be made to feel embarrassed and discredited and cheap is unacceptable. Food lion would have made the customer happy which is their top priority and they would have gladly considered the PERSON NOT THE DOLLAR !

Really good market. Publix is one of the few markets locally available where we can find all the products we need without having to run to multiple stores. We love the deli (carries Boar's Head meats). The soups are good (weekly menu picture included)). The variety of produce and packaged goods is also a plus. The fresh bread available is reasonable though I think at least one of the local Harris Teeter stores offers a better variety. Publix is definitely worth the extra drive for quality groceries.

I love coming to this store. Walmart, Lidl, Aldi, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, none of these stores customer service can match Publix. They are just so so so nice. They make you feel welcome and make you want to keep coming back. Their deli is AMAZING. I love their subs, I have a subway literally 2 minutes from my house but I drive 25 minutes away just to get a sub from Publix because they’re just sooo good. I was excited since a publix was opening up but I was so disappointed when I saw the management. They treated their workers with so much hostility, and it made almost every single encounter awkward. I felt so uncomfortable whenever they would come around. Especially the female manager. She would stare down her cashiers and wait for them to do something wrong so she could scold them in front of customers. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Publix has an excellent selection but I do advise the managers to learn some basic communication skills and learn to treat their employees better.

I was disappointed after our first visit here. When we lived in Florida Publix was our favorite shopping market so I was excited to shop at this new store. The Good: 1. The interior of the store is beautiful and OMG it smells so good (Don't shop here if you are hungry because you will want to buy EVERYTHING! lol) 2. There were a few vegetarian food items here and the produce is amazing. 3. My favorite thing about this store is the tables with umbrellas outside--how many times I have been stuck waiting for the next bus or taxi and had nowhere to sit at our usual shopping center. Plus you can buy some of the beautifully prepared hot food items and eat outdoors, Perfect! The BAD: 1. We were treated extremely rudely by a cashier who mistakingly assumed we were going to use the "express" line with our full cart of food. My husband was looking at something near that checkout line and the cashier practically reprimanded him--" SIR YOU GO TO NUMBER FOUR!" She could have been friendly but nope, she was loud and rude and for that reason we probably won't return. 2. Most of the items we were looking to buy aren't sold at this location. We are vegetarian and the amount of vegetarian or vegan options a store has decides whether or not I will shop there--surprisingly there just wasn't much here for us.

Now that one is FINALLY close to Greensboro, its brings a little bit of home (Ga) to NC. It is so clean, stocked very well, friendly associates and just refreshing. I'll take the 20min drive it takes to get there for the quality and service. Especially to what I live close to (Walmart blah).

When I shop here the staff are always friendly. Most recently I was greeted at least 3x in a matter of 30 minutes or so. Bakery/pastry rep was very friendly in assisting me and after checking out and arriving home I realized I had left something behind. When I came back over an hr. Later another rep at the cashier immediately remembered me and very helpful and courteous in assisting me.

Shelves are always stocked and friendly staff would shop here more if there were more stores. Very clean and a nice hot bar and deli section and they offer seating if your trying to grab a bite while you shop.

I know Publix supermarkets for a long time, this is a recent location which it goes to the standards of Publix, prices are good , quality is good too,friendly staff. I will like the deli department to have more variety as I am accustomed in my hometown Miami but it is super clean and organized and please don't take me wrong there's a good selection of lunch meat and cheese here. Parking area is great and accessible to the store.

Very clean and friendly. Produce was artfully arranged and fresh. Meat cuts for every budget. Great seafood selection. The sales apply without any sort of membership. The boars head brand is sold here and it is by far our favorite deli brand. The great selection of fresh cheeses, international foods, and premade salads and sides in the deli are always made fresh. We were impressed with the pristine isles and perfectly faced shelves. This publix is only 9 miles from our new home and will be our regular grocery spot for as long as we are here. Thank you Publix for another wonderful store.
