Traveled 18 miles to see if this store had better food selection than my local grocery. It had less. Perhaps, I should have called. At least the drive from Tyro to Denton was beautiful.

Don't waste your money here. Way to expensive. Food lion is just a short drive down the road. They have better produce and more reasonable prices. Also, do not buy milk at lowes. It spoils twice as fast as food lions or walmarts.

Love it. They always have meal bags prepared for purchase to feed the hungry. Very friendly and always helpful. I shop here because I like to buy a meal for a family at check out. I can not stand the thought of people hungry. Thank you Lowes Food of Denton!

Im not a huge fan of this particular Lowes foods, I drive out of town to do a majority of my shopping because this is my only in town option. The produce selection is pitiful, especially if you're looking for organic foods, and the prices for their meager selection is ridiculous. The store looks old and run down, desperately in need of remodeling.

It's local. The prices are a little on the high side. And like any grocery store, the check out lines can be a little long at certain times of the day, but that can be said of any place. This Lowe’s food isn’t near as nice as other locations in the chain. The biggest reason for three stars is that the produce section simply has proven to be product that sits far too long. (I suppose Denton doesn’t have enough turn over to keep produce at peek freshness). But the staff is always nice/helpful and their location definitely is convenient.

There to high on meats some of the people that work there try to pocket extra money I bought 2 gallons of milk it was 3$ a gallon witch would equal up to 6 something the girl said its 25$ and that's when I talked to a friend of mine that did work there she said she quit from there bc they was pocketing other people's money

The only local full size grocery store so of course their prices are some what higher. But anytime I've had an issue with the product the store has always made it right whether it's refunding my money give me the same product or giving me the name brand product to replace that product. And if you keep on they double coupons everyday and very seldom have I ever ran into a cashier he was not friendly.
