If you're looking for a place where you can get fresh, local produce and meats you need to go here. In Summer and Fall, the vegetable are almost 100% from within a 25 mile radius. You want the best ribeye meal you've ever had? Here's a step by step. Have David cut you one about 1.5" thick right off the loin. You can adjust how thick.you want it, because you'll probably be right there when it's cut. When you get home, LIGHTLY salt the steak and let it sit until it gets to room temperature. Get a cast iron skillet piping hot, about a 9/10. Put it in the skillet for 2-2.5 minutes on each side. After that let it rest on a plate for about 4 minutes. There, you have that best ribeye you've ever had. Wednesday is fresh seafood day so be sure to check that out too.
