This store is nice but I would have given it 5 stars if it wouldn't take so long to get help at SELF CHECKOUT. I always have to wait for someone to come out of the office. Most of the time a cashier has to go in there and get him or her.

I typically shop @ Walmart in Dallas however I was closer to this BiLo this morning so that's where I stopped ...I wish I had taken the extra 15 mins and went on to Walmart Grocery store tho!! What I could have went to Walmart and purchased for $30 MAX cost me $56 there at BiLo!! I could not believe the prices. Just for an example...the sundrop 2 liter are buy on get one BUT they are $2.19 each! That's insane...yes they carry alot of BOGO but that's only bc they jack the price up to double so you are just paying NORMAL PRICE (that you would at Wal-Mart) FOR THE BOGO

My favorite grocery. Ingles is a close second. Plenty of organic produce and other good selections. They always seem to be ahead of things well above Food Lion. They also accept tap and pay (Android Pay). Fuel perks come in really handy too.

Young man at self check out was very helpful. He bagged my heavy items for me as the items were scanned. However. Customer Service was very slow. It was not manned and I realized the Customer Service representative was helping cashiers. But then she kept talking after she completed helping the cashier. Andy, the same young man as above, came by and he said he'd get the rep. I thanked him but she had come to the Customer Service area. However, she then waited on a man who'd been waiting for her, too, before me. Andy realized how long I'd waited so he was trying to help me.

Only thing I dislike about BiLo is their sales policy, (5) for 10.00 unless you buy (5) of sales item you pay full price for less than (5), where other stores I shop you can buy (3) and get them at 2.00 ea. I love BiLo produce and variety of different brands, but I want do my weekly shopping their because of that policy! Rate **

Went in this morning to get a few things. The only registers in operation were the self checkout ones. All other were closed. I walked out and went to Food Lion next door and wont be back. I'm not a cashier at Bi-Lo, therefore I am not checking myself out. Bi-Lo charges enough that they should offer good customer service.

I came to the store and ordered a birthday cake for my 85 year old mother. I told the girl light pink for the roses and white cake inside. I would pick it up Dec. 26 at 1:00. The cake was not finished and the icing was florescent pink. It looked like something for a 6 year old. There was a cake with light pink icing in the case. The girl told me while finishing my cake that Bi lo did not carry the light pink any more. She had my number, she should have called me first. I will not be back to Bi Lo.
