The staff is great, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Waiting time is usually minimumal. Even when I had to wait I would get down wind from the roasters to enjoy the smell of the wonderful Chile roasting. Their chile is some of the best around. There is also pinto beans, jalapenos, fresh garlic , apples and other items. My fav for NM Chile. The Sandia Hot is great. Even better is the green turned red and roasted, then peeled and bagged. The red has a wonderful sweet heat. Great in omlets and pinto beans, Chile beans. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

I've tried Chile from all over NM and Sichler by far my favorite in the BURQUE area. Some good stuff up North but the flavor of this central valley goodness is just perfect!!!

The roasters and the cashier is great! Roasted my sack of chile to perfection. Owners......I spent 100 dollars and they still charged me for roasting. The owners are rude and I ask myself why I continue to return. There are other fruit stands that have a real appreciation for their customers.

Amazon and Costco are so nice about returning goods. But today I stopped at Sichler’s Farms on San Mateo south of Lomas and bought some peaches and a half bushel of roasted green chile. I asked for medium. I got radioactive. I called and complained. They said to bring it back. When I brought it back, they said since it was roasted, they could do nothing. AVOID SICHLER'S FARMS.

Sichler stand in Bernalillo, I stopped to buy a basket of green chile, the basket was about half full of nasty rotted peppers. I asked if they could trade to rotted peppers for good ones. I was told to take it as is or pick out peppers at a higher price. NO THANKS, WHEN I BUY PRODUCE I BUY GOOD NOT ROTTED , EVEN IF IT US BY THE BASKET.

As always, Sichler's, at San Mateo and Lomas in ABQ, (their farm is in Los Lunas, NM). Wonderful selection of various degrees of hotness of green chiles, either roasted for you on the spot, or to take home and roast yourself; in quantity you desire. Also have smaller roasted bags of medium, mild, hot, extra hot choices of green chile for those that only need a few bags for the year. New to me, jarred salsa, homemade sack bags and good little cookbook sale. Very knowledgeable and nice staff.

Staff is helpful and friendly. They have beautiful ristras. I love their red Chile. When cooked and strained well it has a thick and smooth consistency. The flavor is hot but with very a slight sweet taste, so delicious. I prefer red and have not tried the green yet but just got some this season.

We purchased 2 ristras from Sichler Farms. One of them was completely covered in mold when we opened up their packaging. We contacted the owner to get the moldy one replaced. It took the owner a very long time to get back to us and once she did, she refused to provide a replacement even though they had previously claimed that the ristras are guaranteed for a year! A very disappointing experience! For what it's worth, the 2nd ristra looks great.

Customer service wasn't up to my expectations. While other customers were treated with care and kindness, both myself and my spouse were ignored. Mainly because of our skin color. How sad and embarrassing this was for us. Then the products we purchased weren't bagged. What we were supposed to do? Carry them in our hands? They needed to be bagged. The nerve! White PEOPLE are very racist around here still. Not going back there ever again.
