Ooh Im Edgy

I buy my coffee here. It's usually the only reason I go. Back in December right before Christmas, they ran out and didnt get any in for 2 months. No one knew when the 'coffee guy' would be back or what he would bring. Seems to me when you regularly buy 5lbs of a coffee a week from the same place they should keep carrying it or at least have the tiniest bit of insight into when they might get some in again.

I have never stopped there when it was very busy. We have always been able to get in and out pretty quickly. The craft beer selection is kind of lacking. The wine selection is great though. Food selection is pretty comparable to any other grocery store.

We used to shop here regularly with their Fast Lane service. Walmart came in with their pickup service and we immediately switched. There were so many times when items were shorted, substituted, or plain old omitted without us even being notified. It isn't a bad store, however, their pickup process needs a major rework.

Checkout is quick and easy. Cost savings aren't really that great there, even if you're a member. Better prices can be had at the you-know-who Supercenters.

While there is often good deals and this location is larger and a larger variety of items, the self checkouts are never staffed and you can be waiting anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes waiting for someone to assist clearing a message. If you have a coupon or skip bagging item like a case of water or pop, just wait in a line. It'll still be faster.

Family Fare is bias and goes against Spartannash rules when heads are turned I feel I am still a target for the people that work at St Pat Family Fare because they're letting their security guard do whatever he wants say whatever he wants for personal reasons and also everybody in the store everybody knew I was with my phone with my former boss Nikki that works in the bakery and that was allowed to happen to me and her were together even though she was married I have a letter proving that we messed around in the bakery around food how gross is that and she was supposed to be the manager she was my boss but now she wants to take revenge for something cuz I don't want to be with her no more so I'm going to tell the truth now

The store carries a good selection of namebrand and store items, meaning I can usually make Family Fare a one-stop shopping trip. Location is great! Who doesn't like a grocery store next to a hardware store, tire shop, taco joint or a pizza/sub shop!!!? Make one trip do it all!

Great place to shop. Really great people (with the exception of management). I typically shop at the Baken Park location. Their meat department is very helpful and professional. I had a lady there named Deb that went out of her way to help me find something and was so professional and friendly that every time I go in there I look for her now. The man I assumed to be the manager of the meat Dept., on the other hand, was not friendly and didn't appear to treat his employees with respect or kindness. The conversation I over heard was outrageous and so inappropriate!!!!! I'm surprised that the people who work for him are able to remain polite and helpful in that environment. I am an elderly woman who doesn't get out often, when I do, it's nice to see a smiling face.

Decent little place if you're in a hurry and don't need to make a full trip. They're a smaller store, so there's not a big selection of each item. They're also a bit pricey on regularly priced items, BUT they have the best weekly sales in town (by far!!) and at least one incredible deal to stock up on. For anything that seems overpriced this week I just shop sales at the other local stores and come back when it goes on sale here.

Went in to get Deli Chicken and saw that they had rotisserie chickens with times of 4 and 8pm. This was around 5pm. I was buying the fried chicken but out of curiosity wanted to ask. When I asked the lady if they changed them out she said yes but they haven't had time and the chickens are changed every 4 hours. So if you put them out with sell by times of 8pm wouldn't you pull the 4pm ones? She said they don't "expire because they are used for salads." Which I understand working in retail and all. But to keep the chickens under a heat lamp and FOR SALE using an excuse you don't have time is ridiculous. It gets dry. Knowing this I still purchased my fried deli chicken and guess what it was DRY. It tasted horrible. I bought a 17.99 pack of it. So disappointed. She could have been proactive, apologized, and pulled the old chicken from the case. But it still sat there. Don't put a time on them if you just ignore it. Will be contacting the store.

This place has really nice people. That is about the only thing it has going for it. The parking lot is very small, the hours are short (closes at 10pm)the prices are higher than most of the other stores and they never seem to have the items that I went there to purchase. Just about every time I stop there I end up having to go to a different store to find most of the things on my list. You can count on basic staples being available - provided you willing to pay a bit more for them, and the people are great... so for a quick trip to grab one or two things it rates an ok ***

Not the same selection as. Bag n Save. You have to sign up for membership to take part in the sales and it just is not anything the same like it used to be. Ok if you need a thing or two quick, but I don't enjoy going there for a full load of groceries.

Wish i could have given zero stars. Needed help at self checkout, light going off. A worker passes by after 4 1/2 minutes ( i timed it) said someone would be with me and walked away. Meanwhile 3 people THREE are standing in customer service joking and laughing. I left my 3 bags went to customer service told them i dont need help anymore after waiting 12 minutes left and have not been back since. And by the way was not busy AT ALL! This was 7:30 in the evening.

Store is much improved after recent remodel. Deli has a nice variety (although a few more healthful options would be great). You need to have a club card to take advantage of sale prices, but signing up is quick and less intrusive than some other cards and sale prices make it worth the bother. Store has a full-service meat counter, bakery, pharmacy, liquor store and has a Great Western Bank branch inside. Staff is generally helpful. Plenty of self checkouts make for quick trips if all you need is just a couple things.

I've shpped for 12 years through changes of ownership and store managers. The cashiers are friendly it is true. Peices are big compared to Cashwis and Walmart. Selections and verity better at FF west and CW and Walmart. Convenience is one reason I stop for a couple of ROUTINE items but I often have to the wait in line due to staffing.

I have been shopping at this store for years. Friendly place and great sales. One problem I see is a lack of help in the cashier and in stocking. The meat counter was very bare and people standing in line for check out. People living on the south side of town really need this store. I sure hope this one doesn't close for some reason but I feel with a little more help this store would keep its reputation. Thanks for listening.

Be super careful when shopping here. Most of their food is expired. I quit buying any dairy & meat products from them for that reason. Stopped in one day to pick up a dozen cookies from their bakery and most of the packages had been expired for over a week. Another time I ran in for a box of Ritz crackers and never thought to check the expiration date. Got home & sure enough - expired.

I've shopped here for about 4 years. Never had any problems. Little expensive. BUT, I was passing by one night and heard a kitten crying under a truck. Tried to get the kitten out. "security" and one of the managers tells us to leave and called the cops. She tried to get us for trespassing at the edge of the parking lot by the sidewalk. Cops were cool said they were going to try to get the kitten out. But Wow!

This is our main grocery place. My wife loves their service where you order online and they get it all together for you. It was $50 for a year when it was on sale and that is well worth it for her so she doesn’t have to go in with our kids. They will even put it in the car for you.

Wow!!!! I don't prefer paying my MDU here. I know I have other options. I have felt mis treated a few times now just trying to pay my bill. Never a friendly greeting. It's always chaotic. Maybe try hiring another person. They can never seem to handle it there. Those are typically the first people you walk into this business and they are rude. Never smiling. I simply asked the gal if she could check me out.....as I was waiting forever and ignored. She said "what" and glared at me. Seem like an inconvenience. I enjoy shopping here and paying my mdu. Just get everything done at once. No more. I'll shop else where!!! Hope you get this resolved before losing many more.

Showed up to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and after waiting while she got everything ready and had already taken my card for payment she came back and told me I had missed the opening to pick it up which I know wasn’t true and I told her that and her response “There’s nothing I can do” so i leave. not even 10 minutes later they call my home phone and tell my mom they were wrong and I can come pick it up. So I drive there for the second time and get told “well we’re trying to figure out how to reverse it in the system which could talk awhile so to come back. at this point I told them that this is ridiculous they’re the ones who said to come pick it up and that this was their mistake to begin to begin with and unless i pick it up by 7 today i would miss the opening and have to go back to the doctor. and to that i got “well i don’t know what to tell you”. we’re switching pharmacies after today.

Bad product..... bought a boneless pork loin. Took it home to cut it up. It reeked of rotten eggs! This was the first time I ever bought meat here. So I called talked to a manager. I didn't have my receipt anymore but she said bring it in and they can exchange it. She was very polite. But I will definitely be going back to sams club in the future for all meat.
