Overpriced grocery store n East independence Missouri yes its clean and the workers seem to be friendly but is all that worth the high prices? Cheap bread is a dollar fifty nine when you can get the same at save a lot for 79 cents. I even saw a half gallon of milk at $3.50

I love Sun Fresh, is great that they are expanding so big. It's pretty much a one stop place for all your needs! The only thing they didn't have that I was looking for was Feria' hair color that I use. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I've been going to this store since I was a kid when it was up the road in that used to be shipping strip lol My Dad still goes every week faithfully! If I was asked to recommend a store it would definitely be Sun Fresh over Price Chopper or Hyvee. Thank you Sun Fresh for always hanging in there and staying strong and loyal to your customers!

This place is going down hill fast. Their food quality has gotten poor, such as mushy, nasty produce; and they are way overpriced on everything. I shop there when I absolutely have to, but I recommend Wal-Mart, Save-A-Lot, Aldi, or Hy-Vee as primary choices.

I hate this store, but shop there when I'm limited on time and can't shop at Hy Vee. They have lousy selections of fresh produce, no meat counter, arrange items in less than ideal manner, have no bakery, and the worst checkers and sackers …

Bought a fruit and vegetables trays, both trays had something off in them. The vegetable had bad tomatoes and everything was off in the fruit tray. It wouldn't be so bad but I have gotten bad produce that looked fine from there several times. Lesson learned and I'll be driving the extra miles for Price chopper of Hy-Vee.

CLEAN store!! Very neat & tidy. Meat, produce & bakery fresh and attractively arranged. Wide aisles and 5 riding carts so very handicap accessible. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. Prices were 5-10% above my pricebook but I found several markdowns so paying attention can pay off!

This is the most awful store! I have to make myself go cuz I absolutely don’t want to even spend my money in there but there in not another available open store for me to shop in my area that my work hours allow me to shop. There is a customer service person by the name of “BRENDA” that is the most rude and uncaring and she totally humiliated me on a day that I desperately needed help. 5 years now shopping there with spending hundreds there a month , there prices are way high, I’m never getting home without a overcharged price on my ticket. I hate it and they are so hateful to straighten out, it’s just not worth the effort to get that stressed over dollars and cents! Anyway I called the store from the parking lot and had just been accidentally shot by an AR-15 in the leg, and dr told me to get yogurt in my stomach befor I took the antibiotics cuz they were very strong. The gun shot wound was not life threatening, but it was painful and I was still bleeding a lot! I called in and said I was a regular customer and in a very bad situation and I had cash to pay if a worker could please bring me yogurt to my truck. “BRENDA” The customer service manager , did not let me even finish what I was saying, interrupted me and said “WE WILL NOT ACCOMODATE YOU !” And hung up on me. So I was desperate so I called back in and asked to speak with the police officer on duty, and she hung up on me again!!!! I have never been so desperate for help in my life, and treated less than human by a company that I am a customer of for years! I had to go in that store and get the yogurt myself, I had crutches I had no idea how to use yet, I was leaving a trail of blood with every step, in so much pain it was unbearable and unable to fight the tears and hold them back. Of course the yogurt is in the furthest back corner of the store! I had to go all the way back to that very back corner and get it back up to the check out, not one single person offered to help me. In the check out I looked down and my blood was gushing out of the bandages. The checkout girl was sweet and somewhat concerned, but had been told to not help me and ignore my condition by Brenda. right before i got up to her check out, I got up there and she had put the phone down. Looked a little scared and confused. I told her o was fine and know she was told to not accommodate me. Told her just do her job and I’ll get out of here. The slacker was told the same, but he walked me back to my truck anyway! He was really upset I had been treated so badly. He said she is a horrible person and everyone there hates her! And so on and so on....... They have no customer service to there customers! I filed two separate complaints, directly to their management and got zero replies both times! No apology no recognition no response at all! Not even an acknowledgement to my complaint!!!!!! So not only do the have terrible customer service, in turn they don’t care . They don’t reply, respond, so I have no satisfaction what so ever. BRENDA should have been fired on the spot! That was one year ago and she is still there!
