My favorite place to grocery shop. I currently live in Bloomington and tried other Hyvee locations, namely Central Park and Savage only to resort to New Hope. The difference is the people. Customer service is fantastic at New Hope.

An incredible amount of choice. There is so much stuff packed into this place. Process could be more friendly though. One thing I especially like is the dining options. Makes it easy to pop over from the office to get something to eat. Definitely sets the standard of what the deli sections of a grocery store should be.

The store has a huge selection and a nice shopping atmosphere. You'll pay a pretty penny for it. They'll have a few really good deals to get you through the door and then charge you $4 for the same size cauliflower I can get from Aldis for $2.59.

Robbinsdale Hyvee is nowhere near as nice as its other locations. I only go here because it's so close to my house. Staff at other locations go above and beyond to help whether it's to find a price or an item , I've been told at Robbinsdale several times by staff (" I dont know" ). I've also had to wait for service in certain areas of the store for staff to finish their conversation before serving me. I usually shop elsewhere.

Very nice grocery store shopping experience. The store was clean and well presented from the parking lot to the interior. The layout was easy to navigate and items are all clearly marked. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Allison, one of the managers on the floor. She was amazing! Cheery and knowledgeable all the way! I recommend stopping by for your next grocery run.

Have purchased bakery cakes here before. Have gotten to-go Asian food (that was really gross and overpriced). Do not like the customer service at this location whatsoever -- in the bakery, at the cash registers and by the grocery baggers. I say 'hi' and 'thank you' and get no common-courtesy responses usually. I've had good service in the butcher area when I've purchased cuts of meat. Will not be going here much even though it's closest to my home. I'd rather order my groceries online from Walmart, drive 10 minutes further, and have the way more courteous treatment by grocery loaders when I pick them up from Maple Grove or Brooklyn Park. Hy-Vee is overrated and overpriced.

Did not realize this place was employee-owned. Awesome place to shop with lots of selection, lifestyle products, and a really nice housewares section that feels like a completely separate store within a store. The staff are amazingly nice, caring. They were super busy when we arrived and one of the employees told us they’re a little short staffed and then directed us to a separate counter where we were quickly checked out. What a great environment to work in when people pitch in and help each other out. Would definitely shop here all the time if I lived nearby.

2 stars for the Market Grille, first time we ordered there. Very long wait, finally associate came up to us asking what # we have & let out disappointed "aw man" & left. A couple minutes later they called our #, apparently they gave our food to another couple that brought it back, which is why we waited so long. I told the cashier we wanted well-done burgers but both were pink inside, couldn't eat.

Hy-vee florist saved my wedding day and was blown away! My previous florist went MIA on me 3 weeks before our wedding day...( any bride would know how I was feeling) a friend of my recommended to check our Hy-vee and so we did, met with Melissa and she was so kind, helpful and encouraged me that everything will work out. Showed her what I wanted and she nailed it. The fact she was able to get everything to us within 2 weeks. Just blown away! We had to move a few things around to help stay within our budget and it was perfect and couldnt of been more happy how it all turned out. Melissa was delightful and when she dropped the flowers off she helped pin my something old to my bouquet! Thank you so much for saving the day with flowers and making it stress free 2 weeks before our wedding!

Hy-Vee is my new favorite grocery store. High quality food at competitive pricing. There in house brand food is reasonably priced, and of good quality as well. The staff is very helpful and seem to be happy to be there. I feel like they are a cut above their competition. Overall a positive shopping experience.

This is my favorite Hyvee in the area. I've tried a few of the other new ones but this one is still the best in my opinion. It is one the first opened in the metro and that maybe has something to do with it but they just seem to have it together a little bit more then the other stores.

Great new grocery experience in the Plymouth neighborhood. Upon entering the store your senses are overwhelmed by the wonderful smells from the bakery selections, the speciality food stations for fresh Asian delights. Parking is plentiful. There are plenty of store associates happiliy available to help you find anything you are looking for in the store. A Great experience.

I have had many good experiences here, but I will never go back again unless they make an effort to resolve my recent problem. I am shocked and angry that they dropped the ball on this. I bought a pack of small cucumbers wrapped in plastic in a foam tray. When I got home and opened it, I saw half the cucumbers were moldy on the back and the rest didn't look good. I sent an email complaining, but it went to the main office and not to the store. We corresponded and I sent a picture of the cucumbers. They said they would notify the store and I would hear from them. It's been about a month. I will probably go in sometime and complain in person, but the longer i wait, the less likely I will be to ever shop there again. And, as you read this, I recommend that you never buy produce there. I am telling all my friends to avoid Hy-Vee. Since I wrote this, they resolved the issue. I had to keep pushing so I am not giving more than 3 stars at this time.

Love shopping here and using their fuel saver program. Would be nice if their app actually had an accurate product inventory. Some sodas are listed as available in 2 different aisles, but store personnel says that store doesn't carry those brands. Online ordering is nice, but pickup can be a hassle if you need to go into the store because you forgot something.

This place had terrible customer service. I sat there for 45 minutes and no waiter came to our table to even ask us what we wanted to drink. People who came in after us were getting served before us. That was just wrong how waiters could just pass our table like we’re not there. I felt such bad vibes, and discrimination at this place. Black lives matter and all lives matter as well.

We hired Pam from the charcuterie department to cater our centerpieces for our wedding. I came in with a Pinterest picture, and she was so excited to help recreate it. She had us come in for tastings, and then again for a mock up of the boards. I was blown away with the final product on our wedding day. Absolutely blown away. The grazing boards were stunning and a huge hit amongst our guests. Pam was professional, personable, and simply wonderful to work with. I highly recommend her!!!!

Love the Brooklyn Center Hy Vee. Every Hy Vee should be like this one. I go to New Hope and while it offers vegan products, they just don't showcase it well like Brooklyn Center. I hope to see plastic bags gone, especially for produce, and Hy Vee lead by example.

I love shopping at HyVee for all my groceries. My husband and I are vegetarian, so their vast selection of health market foods and meat alternatives is perfect for us. The dining side is great as well, never had a bad meal there. My only complaint is that it seems they are often out of the things I normally need no matter what time or day I go. Not the biggest deal, I can always buy something similar, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

We really loved this store when it first opened. It was clean, well stocked, and had friendly competent staff. But since it has opened it really has gone down hill. They have decreased their selections on many things, things are often out of stock, and many of the employees look and act like they don't want to be there. I hate when companies do this. Bring in a good quality product, get you hooked, and then start cutting corners and the quality drops all so they can increase their bottom line. Bad form Hyvee!

Hy-Vee is so much fun for kids: shopping carts with steering wheels so they can "drive", free piece of fruit, free kid cookie, and live lobsters to look at. It's giant, so I can easily get all my grocery shopping done with one stop. Also, most checkout lanes have someone to bag groceries. To me this is a huge advantage over some of the competition (Cub, Aldi) because it makes checkout smoother and faster.

I love Hy-Vee always have had such curtious, friendly service, but tonight was the exception ! My husband and I were returning tulips he had bought the night before, they were the ones in glass vase, the bulbs. We wanted to return them as they are toxic to cats. The person we talked to was so rude and proceeded to argue that she has done this for yrs and the plant is not poisoness to cats. She was rude, condescending, unprofessional. We got a store credit, I was not about to purchase anything from her. I will not spend my money at that floral department again! Wish I knew her name, as she was not the sweet cashier wearing a Hy-Vee vest and name tags. Possibly a manager! She needs to work at Walmart in Brooklyn Ctr she wld fit in well!

This is my go to grocery store as it is the closest. The reason for the 3 stars is they are often out of items and it seems to be the same staples every time. The cashiers tend to be on the slower side and there is not a very good place to wait in line. The store is nice and well lit and the meat, bakery and deli have good quality items.

Great selection, only drawbacks are that occasionally they get behind on restocking shelves and the self service registers are sometimes down for at least twenty minutes. Good place to find organic foods both fresh and prepared, as they have a whole area dedicated. Good service at the attached liquor store as well.

I have been there twice in 2 weeks. I like there variety and deals. Both times my receipts did not ring up the correct price and my digital coupons not all of them went through even though they were the right items. The Cashier and Bagger both did not want to be there, they even said that to each other while checking me out, she also forgot to put one of my bags in my cart, so had to drive back to get it once i realized it when I got home. There is a reason companies are installing self check outside. There restaurant is over priced and not very good.

I do most of my grocery shopping at Hy-Vee. The high v in New Hope need to figure out a better way to refrigerate their vegetables. The fresh vegetables often times do not look very fresh... in fact I have found mold on a couple of the vegetables or they are very wilted. Other than that, this location is clean bright and customer service so far has been great.. Perhaps they should network with the other newest Hy-Vee in Robbinsdale and or any Cub foods to figure out why they're refrigerated fresh vegetables actually look fresh.

I love Hy-Vee. Best place to go for groceries. But if it's a snow day go somewhere else. New Hope Hy-Vee 1/2 a$$'s the snow removal. Don't bother scooping the sidewalk so you have to walk in the driveway and everybody is paying attention to the weather. Shopping cart racks are full of snow. Cart wedged between the car track and my vehicle cuz they couldn't get it in the rack. I expected better from Hy-Vee.

The all you can eat crab legs was the worst experience I have ever had. From the moment we got there it was not good. I watched two girls just talking for like 10 min before I interrupted them and said I was waiting to be seated. Then they informed me that all you can eat brunch ended 3 minutes prior...They said there was all you can eat crab and chicken so we proceeded. The crab wasn't even properly cleaned. They served the first batch cold. Then informed us that it wasn't both crab and chicken. One or the other..The staff had poor customer service, hince the server was great probably the only thing they have going for them. .. I have eaten here before but the all you. CAN eat crab was not good !!!bottom line.!!!

I hesitated not to give 5 stars. Hyvee (this one at least) has it all! They are like the epitome of a one stop convenience store shop from Mediterranean cooking, sushi rolls, Cheesecake Factory cupcakes, grilling supplies, lottery tickets, gift cards, liquor, etc etc etc etc! But, ever since starting shopping here I've noticed one glaring difference between Hyvee and their competitors--the floral arrangements and just regular bunches are waaaaayy overpriced. Cub sells the same brands and same flowers for exactly half what Hyvee is trying to sell for. Even Kowalski's in Uptown is less spendy which seems unexpected. It's disappointing to be able to get everything under one roof except one item. Overall though I still recommend Hyvee, especially for hard to find items for recipes.

Went on a Friday. Two of us, wanted to seat us at a table for 6 or 8. I noticed a booth that had not been busted. I asked if we could have the table cleared and sit there. They handed me back my buzzer and said I would have to wait until another table opened up. It was very busy. BTW, they had three tables pushed together for a large group and it took at least 4 people to clean it off and the booth behind was totally ignored. Decided to go someplace else. There the server attended to our needs and busted her tables without a team. Management I guess.

Hyvee, you’re store is amazing but you should stop selling your customers burnt pizza. This is not what a cheese pizza should look like. TRAIN your employees to watch the ovens so your customers aren’t sold inedible food.

Very clean and neat inside. It has a variety of food choices from produce and cheese to a cafe and a great deli. They offer many high end hair products that you usually can only get in a salon. The vitamin area has a large selection with all natural choices on vitamins, minerals, and even products such as soap and oils. The aisles are nice and wide, and they have a Starbucks inside. I thought it was nice that they have a parking spot just for Veterans. I would highly recommend this place. Please like if you agree!

This location is amazing. Seems to be one of the newer ones. It has a couple of restaurants and ready to eat food bar as well. Parking is ample. Gas station right there. Off highway somewhat so that is convenient. Service staff is really professional and friendly. Amazing assortment of products and many great deals and their regular prices are very good.

Like byerlys but cooler. Huge selection. Deli. Butcher. Fresh food. Super friendly staff. Employee owned!! Go shopping then eat at fast food places they have on site. So convenient. Restauraunt is fairly mediocre; flavorless burgers and sushi that deserves to be sold at half that that price... Low prices though.

Julian in the produce department is a gem! Definitely makes the customers feel like a priority. I was one of "those" shoppers today that really needed specific items and I think he went back two or three times to check on items. Each time brought me what I needed with a smile and genuinely didn't seem bothered that I was being ridiculous lol! Thank, you Julian!
