Very organized and clean location. I found what I needed right away and was able to checkout quickly, despite the long lines and it being a Sunday early evening. Parking was even easy for a busy time of day (and on a weekend) to shop. I love how the ladies (and men) hanging samples are always happy and kind. Overall pleased with the place, just wanted to share an Amazing customer service experience. I purchased a few items a couple of days ago, one of them being a box of large croissants, as I was leaving and handing the gal my receipt, I dropped them and they fell all over the floor. Not only did they quickly start picking it up they called over to get me a new one ASAP so I could be on my way! Fantastic customer service (was only a $4.99 item) but the way that they went about it was amazing and I wanted to give them a shoutout for outstanding service!!

Probably one of the worst places in Maple Grove. Not only was the cashier extremely rude none of the employees were helpful and literally yelled at me for asking where they keep Himalayan Rock Salt. Either they just had a terrible staff meeting or everyone hates their job!! I’ll never go there again. Considering canceling my membership and becoming a Sam’s Club Member!

This Costco is clean and seemingly well-run. They definitely rotate stock periodically to keep your attention during your regular visits. The produce section is fairly large and impressive - my only “complaint” is that I keep getting lost! If you’re a Costco regular your expectations will be met. They also have a small liquor store on their campus.

Costco is the BEST, Kirkland brand is always impressive. Four stars because they need more check outs. WISH there were a non-sample day, samplers are stopped all over with their carts blocking the aisles.

Friendliest staff you'll ever meet. The samples are delicious, buying food in bulk you can expect around $10 an item but if you break it down by the quantity included it makes it very worth it. For example if you want spring rolls it costs about $10 or so but you get approx 40 of them. Yes it can be busy but never backed up. Everyone works hard and you can expect to be pleasantly surprised at the rate you will flow through being checked out.

Good quality as always but the cashier sucks. We just took the lobster tail box straight from the freezer. He opened the box and said too many tails in it and made a big deal out of it just like we were stealing or something. I’ve never experienced this such disrespectful like this in any costco before. At least he should politely ask us insteas he just assumed. His name is Brian, an Asian guy. We probably come back to Costco Maple Grove and we hope Costco would train its cashier better attitude.

Oh my g!!! I went to vision works because they take my insurance, I found a pair I liked but they wanted $225 after half off frames! So I took my prescription here, very friendly staff and wow I found a pair they should be ready soon. The non glare comes standard and I only paid $152!!! Idc about designer frames or anything I just love the style I chose and the great price. It’s the simple things like this that kept me from ending it all. I recommend this place not only for the optical but the fact that you can buy three years of toilet paper for less than a mc double.

Very clean and spacious store. If you have a large family this is a place to go! You would need a Costco membership to get there. But when you acquire it you can save a lot of money with them. In addition you will receive a credit card that you can use everywhere. They have a really nice liqueur store attached to main store and a gas station located near by.

Every time we're there it's very busy, but the checkout lines seem to go fast. Our daughter who lives nearby says the best time to go is during supper. They don't have an early opening time, like Sam's Club. They do carry a lot more Organics than Sam's.

Where to begin...? It's costco. It's either busy, or less busy and full of lollygaggers. It's usually clean and well stocked. In true costco fashion, they get my family hooked on something and then stop carrying it. That isn't this location's fault, though. Friendly workers, but, depending on the time of day/week, the lines can get long. That's all I've got, really.

Great variety of food items. Nice lawn furniture out now. Helpful associates on the floor to answer questions. When it came time to checkout, there were only 2 lines open, which was odd for a Friday at about 11:45am. The lines were exceptionally long causing a long wait time.

A wonderful place to get groceries and fill up the tank on your car. Beware of weekends. Suburban area brings out the hockey moms and every other shopper. Nothing wrong with it, but it is BUSY. Parking lot is always full on the weekend and checkout lines can be longer than Black Friday Target checkout lines. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out when needed. Which is a major plus with shopping there!

Prices are very reasonable if you like buying in bulk, and I do. Some of the proteins are to large for me to use, but the chicken, fish (Trout, Shrimp, Walleye, Tilapia, and Salmon) are great deals. So are the eggs, milk, cottage cheese, and most meats. When household items go on sale, the prices are fantastic. Cheapest hearing aid batteries I ever seen. Even though they are a membership chain, what you get back at the end of the year mire then covers the membership fee. I always fill up my gas tank on every visit because of the instant savings and the year end saving. I use their credit card for all my purchases even outside of Costco because I get money back based on all my purchases. I highly recommend Costco.

Good prices. Largest selection of organic food at a big box store in the immediate area.some name brands in wide selection of items, like clothes and dry goods. However, it's a treasure hunt to find items as the isles are not labeled. Traffic in the parking lot tends to be congested, especially near the entrance wear people are walking in from 3 directions. Also, the entrance makes it hard to get a cart and get to the correct entrance.

Could you tell the sample employees to not try the samples with gloves on. Take them off to test the samples and put fresh ones on after you’ve washed or sanitized your hands.

This is a really great Costco the bathrooms are clean and the food stand is up to date and has really great prices! ( 1.50$ for a hot dog AND a drink!!! ) It’s also located in a really nice city square which has lots of shops and arcades. 10/10 recommend this!!! Has a butchery and Bakery too.

I love the seafood at Costco! I picked up scallops, shrimp, along with fresh peppers and tomatoes...and made paella last night! It was fabulous! If you are a gardener, you will love Costco. Their plants are high quality and they always have a good selection of summer and fall blooming bulbs. I use their potting soil to start my tubers and always have a high success rate. They also carry pruners, seeds, and beautiful ceramic pots. You won't be disappointed!

I love Costco, and have been an executive member for about 6 years now. Every other Friday my family gets an 18" pizza as a sort of celebration. My wife always calls it in, and usually it is just a few minutes for me to walk in and pick it up after work. Tonight it took over 30 minutes for the staff to clear 3 people in line. Credit to the staff who were working their butts off. Shame on Costco management for installing the ridiculous kiosk for ordering. I saw a guy behind me get out of line, go order from the kiosk, get his food, and proceed to finish it before I could even pay for my call in pizza. People over profits, Costco jobs over earnings reports

Honestly I love Costco. This location has a weird flow though. Like why you grab a cart, then run through all the traffic coming out when you’re trying to go in, and when you have a return again fighting everyone that’s coming out. This place is usually extremely busy. But you can find great deals, and while checkout can look intimidating it usually goes pretty quick.

I am a loyal Costco shopper. It is crazy busy outside of weekday nights (closer to closing) and mornings. Around midday, it is usually busy. Great prices, great customer service. Gas is usually 10-20 cents cheaper than the cheapest station in the area. I've made so many purchases and am always satisfied. Its disappointing when they stop carrying some of my favourite items, but that's to be expected with a bargain warehouse.

Just got my winter tires installed. All was well except technicians piled my dirty all season tires on my leather seats. St Louis park Costco technicians had put tires in individual bags when we took our car there. Also, my rear passenger door was left wide open. At first I thought someone stole my tires and my heart sank. But it turned out that the car was parked unlocked and door was left open for some reason. I was lucky Noone stole my all season wheel set and other belongings. I love Costco. This was the WORST experience I had so far at Costco.

one of my favorite whole sale store. Costco carries seasonal products at reasonable price. They also have fresh fruits and vegetables. This store especially carries tofu and Korean kimchi for all nationalities. The selection of cheese is one of best thing you must check out. Hot dogs and pizza at food court are much better than other stores. Executive membership allows up to 4% rewards. I got more than my membership fee.

I enjoy shopping at Costco when I need the 5 gallons of Ranch dressing or 20 lbs of shredded cheese! Seriously though, it is a great place to shop and if you are pretty good at storing food items, it is good for the budget. We like the meat selections and frozen food items the best, and like the price of the disposable plates, cups, and plastic ware. When you look at the other retail places, we have found Costco the best for us, and I am also happy that they are popping up in more convenient locations too.

The gas pays for my membership. Which makes my stop at the food court the best gas station pizza. Also by far the best deal on pizza at a gas station. Seriously as a single guy I can't use many of the giant packages Costco is famous for, the box of 64 granola bars lasts months but they do last those months and taste good the whole while.

I've been a member for years and I will continue to be as long as they keep bringing great products to their customers for excellent prices, providing excellent service to customers, and paying and treating employees well. I get a wide variety of things from Costco from clothing to detergent, from food to motor oil, from lightbulbs to cookware, from sleds to lightbulbs, from medicine to storage bins, Costco has given me great options at fair prices for the many things I've needed over the years. Additionally they have expanded and have Costco locations in more cities than ever. The membership is well worth it, and my biggest savings every year are in gas and food.

A Day In The Life of Us!

I have fallen in love with Cotsco. I feel like I have been tricked and possibly may have fallen victim to their marketing techniques. Bring a friend get a membership. Explore amazing deals. Earn money back. What can I say it works! The parking is always crazy. But, the service makes up for it. They are always quick, speedy, and friendly. Extra shoppers does not mean more time in the store. We love the samples, we love the deals, we love Cotsco! If you do not have a membership I highly recommend one. Be careful though you can easily spend a lot of money you do not need to spend. So be wise set a budget check your list and let Cotsco help you live a frugal life!
