Worth the stop off the highway, or if you are staying on Coloma or Watervliet, even better. Get Michigan and Indiana fruits and veggies all summer long. Don't pass on the local cherries if they're available.

Nice little place just off the highway to stop and get some fresh fruit and vegetables. Be careful prices are not cheep. We enjoy stopping here to see what they have.

I, along with my friends, visited this farm for peach picking. We picked many pounds of peaches; I personally picked about 16 pounds myself in my second transaction. We were carrying very heavy bags of peaches; I didn't have my wallet with me on my second transaction. We decided to stop at a nearby picnic table for rest. My friends and I didn't get a chance to breathe when an aggressive employee approached us and accused us of stealing with NO evidence whatsoever. We explained the situation to him but it was very obvious that he was approaching us with a prejudice attitude. Exhausted from carrying the heavy bag of peaches, my friend and I quickly ran to get our wallets because this employee took my bag and ran off with it. Being rushed, I couldn't find my wallet quick enough and my friend again paid for me. We caught up to this employee and I sarcastically thanked him for unnecessarily carrying my bag. He turned back to me and called me a (female dog) straight to my face and in front of my friends. When we got to the cash register we called out this employee for calling me a (female dog) and he cowardly denied it, even though I have witnesses to his shameful act. The business owner apologized for our inconvenience, however I was never apologized for being called a "(female dog)" or a "thief". During this discourse a couple of other employees, whom we feel also exhibited prejudice, accused us of stealing in an earlier transaction, again with NO evidence. We never had any issues in our first transaction and we had the receipts to prove it. At this moment, the business owner's wife (or at least we believe it to be) yelled at us to get off her property. We were firm to prove that we have receipts and we gave them freedom to search our car (something we should have called police authorities to do). This business refused to be proven wrong and stood by their accusation of calling us thieves while one employee called me a (female dog). We had registered a complaint with the BBB on this matter. NOTE: They used a profane word instead of female dog.

Excellent selection of local produce - this farm has 250 acres which has been run continuously under one family for five generations! They offer whole-fruit samples of all their fresh produce, and have a nice selection of jams & spreads, pies, frozen, cider, honey. ✔️Tidy, but older, bathrooms. U-Pick is 1/2 mile down from Market.

Need a lot of help with their cashiers customer service... I went to pay and when they were weighing the peaches they made a mistake and put 128 lbs and charge me for 28 lbs. When I asked the two young kids to double-check they told me I had to wait till everybody was done and THEN they would recheck my bag. They both started arguing and telling me that I should be thankful because they're cheaper prices than the stores. They weren't understanding that it was not the price per pound but the total pounds that were charged. Horrible experience and not recommending this Orchard to anyone.

Whenever in MI, I try to stop here. Discovered this place some decade ago, for peach picking, with the farm located just up the road. Always great, decent prices. Fresh! Majority of the fruit is local. And when not, it says, where from. quite a few attractions: wineries and chocolate stores are located nearby. Great beaches in the area as well.

The people who work there are very rude and disrespectful. Was not impressed at all. Went to pick fruit and it didn't say visibly that it was only weekends that you just had to be there by 4:30 pm. Will just stick with Crane's from now on.

I go to this market every year for Apples and Peaches! They are my favorite. The prices are good, especially considering that they're right off the highway. A lot of places take advantage of that location and jack up the prices. They do not! They always have nice, friendly employees as well. Thank you Fruit Acres!!!!

Check out the web site to get information on what they have that is fresh. The summer squash and zucchini were excellent! It's a nice farm stand right off I94 in Coloma Michigan that is worth a visit if you are looking for local produce.

Delicious peaches! We came here for U-pick, and had so much fun. The U-pick is located about .5 mile from the market. The staff is very friendly and owner is a great guy!

All pickles and cherries what we bought on Friday were thrown away on Sunday... Paid almost 30$ and didn't have a chance to enjoy the produce... I was so sad that they sell so old vegetables and fruits :(
