In the area on other business. Needed a few groceries...and PriceRite was on the way home. First visit to this store and I must say I was Very Impressed with the helpfulness and politeness of all 4 associates I asked questions of and thanked them all. I went there on a Sunday morning. They had the new self check lanes for 15 items or less and only one regular lane with a long line. No wonder Amazon is taking over. If I want to wait, I'll wait for the mail carrier.

Since the store has been remodeled it is so much better. The traffic flow has helped the shopping experience and it is a much cleaner store. Like getting name brands for a cheaper price and so of the Price Rite brands are good products.

I enjoy shopping at price rite. Their prices are decent . They have redone the store. It looks really nice. Most important to me is you can find alot of items that you can't find at other stores. And their cheap. This is one of the places I stop by when I travel to Springfield.

This store has great prices on most things I purchase. They lack variety in many categories, however, the Price Rite store brand is usually as good as the brand names. I couldn't do all of my shopping there, but I go regularly, usually once a month, to stock up at a great price. Their produce is usually nice and fresh and while the meat department is not well-stocked in my opinion, the prices are unbelievable! I got a 3lb package of 85 / 15 ground beef for only $10. If you have the time and energy to shop at multiple grocery stores, I highly recommend Price Rite.

It's pretty good for the price. Though in some places it's dirty, a lot of the cashier's are great. The real question though, why are you looking at a review for a grocery store?

They had inadequate staffing, rotten food on display, and no customer service. My wife and I attempted to buy a full cart of groceries. We saw about 4 cashiers trying to care of 4 dozen plus customers, with about a dozen various workers around the rest of the store. One woman walked out one door, then went into another, without even looking at the front of the store. We found moldy bagels, expired yogurt, and a generally a messy store. We left a full cart of about $200 near the registers, because my wife couldn't stand any more. We wasted an entire afternoon, because of the Price Rite, on Boston Rd Springfield MA, lack of caring for their customers. I only put 1 star, because this review doesn't allow no stars.

Always find what I need at affordable prices. The only thing I've been unhappy with has been the quality of the meat and selection, lately it has not been good and the prices have went way up. If the quality was good it would be worth it but it hasn't been so I've been buying my meat elsewhere. Other than that they have a great array of produce, frozen, and shelf items.

Has good prices on fruits and veggies but dont buy the meats and be careful of dairy. People take out the fridged items and sometimes leave them out or put them back way later. Also be careful in the boxed desserts section since kids leave half eaten food there. It can also be crowded so 12 items or less is your best bet if theres a lot of people at the store

Good job Price Rite. Finally they have cleaned up their act and expanded the store and reorganize the layout of the supermarket. My favorite part of the store is their Produce Department as it is more of a Produce Depot. I go to Aldi but for fresh produce I am now going to Price Rite.

The store looks like it was slightly remodeled since last visit. Relatively clean. Employees as always never greet customers. You can be clearly looking for something and they will just walk right past you. Express do it yourself is open. Might go faster if people could actually ready 15 items or less.

I went to this store on sunday december 2 2018 at arround 3:00pm to 3:30pm and they only have 4 register open to pay, and in each line there was like 20 to 25 people waiting to pay. My experience was very unpleasant. I left my cart full of groceries, i think that the management of that store is not good at all, how you are gonna go to a store and wait over an hour to pay, it is unacceptable i will never go there again. The store sucks.

Better and better each time I go...now instead of one checkout for 15 items or less, they now have 6 kiosks do it yourselfers, with an assistant standing nearby to assist with difficult items, like produce.Thanks PriceRite!!! Still best produce at best prices!!!
