You can really get your money's worth...just make sure to eat quickly can go really ripe within days...great bargain going if you're going to blanch and freeze fruits vegetables or daily smoothies I also found flaxseed a large container for $6 in the spice aisle pretty much have been coming to the store since I've moved to Boston it's a definite stop on my list just to see what they have

Great source for inexpensive produce. Don't expect Whole Foods. This place is gritty, but great. Also carry lots of Goya spices & heaps of rice & beans. They take cards but are closed Sunday.
