Nice mini version of the big sister further south. Good for the locals but since I come up from CT I need the full Monte. The first and only Kombucha draft system with growlers is very cool for the locals. Very clean store and friendly staff.

Yea I wish they were in Sunderland but North Amherst is best with lots more shops and restaurants. My favorite small grocery store next to Watrobas now antique/ grocery store.

When they first opened I felt embarrassed for them. Much smaller and limited in all departments. I felt they weren't quite prepared for the opening but it never changed. I did go back when they sent us neighbors a flyer for a small bag of cider donuts. They had run out. I ran out too.

Nice small market with good stuff. Not as much produce or option as the other Atkins but great if you need to just grab a gallon of milk, or get some cheese, or perhaps whatever fruit is in season.

Everyone who knows Atkins loves it. They have expanded their store in recent years to make a full shopping center. Their donuts and other sweets are great, their deli is awesome. They really have most things a grocery store would have, but it's just all better. They have local beers I'm bottles and local fruits, veggies, and meats. They even have an ice cream stand now, open in the season. And it just smells incredible in there. Even if you're just there to buy an apple or their famous apple cider donuts, a long walk around in the store is a pleasant experience. Not something you can expect from many groceries.

Atkins Farms has Katalyst Kombucha on Tap here. It is worth the stop to fill a growler, and bring it home to your refrigerator. Then if you save the growler, rinse it out, and bring it back you can refill it to save on your next growler. An economical and environmentally friendly option for your kombucha needs.

Could be better!! Needs a wider selection of everything; in theory it's a great idea but not living up to the Atkins name. Would love to see improvement in selection of goods. Bathroom counters are really pretty & sparkly though..

It's a a decent farm/local foods store. The building is essentially brand new and the place looks nice. The food is great and locally sourced and you definitely pay for the privilege. The staff is pretty decent even if they sometimes don't notice that you're standing at the deli counter waiting for them to be off their phone. The got ice cream outside and the got fresh products inside like baked goods and meats. Pros: - Local produce and meats - Nice building - Ample parking - Pretty fast in and out times Cons: - Occasionally distracted staff - Pricey pricey pricey but you get what you payed for - Much more household oriented rather than College student oriented

Very nice mini Atkins with the same awesome service as the big one. They don't have a huge selection of anything in particular but everything they have is tasty and they often have discounted baked goods or produce. All in all a great New market for North Amherst that you should visit if you live or work nearby, otherwise the main Atkins is better.

I prefer the main branch of atkins near Hampshire college. This recently created branch is still far from being anything special. The lack of variety and the nonchalant staff made my experiences here somewhat mediocre. The saving grace as always is the delicious atkins cider donuts .

As usual, the customer service and selection of produce, specialty foods, and seasonal gifts were all very impressive. I like this satellite venue in North Amherst compared to their parent store in South Amherst both for the convenience from Greenfield and the fact that the store itself is compact, making it easier for me, with mobility issues, to navigate.

Very limited selections in all departments. Second time visiting and not able to find items in stock. Today it was ground pork. There was ground beef, but no pork.

You know it's absurd when whole foods is cheaper. It's small and there's not a whole lot stocked that I'd like, but if you can't make it out to whole foods/trader Joe's/the organic section of big y then it may have what you're looking for. They do take SNAP, at least.

Best cider donuts. Ever. Everything is so tasty that is made in store with an excellent selection of other grocery items. Highly recommend the pies and donuts.

There are certain businesses that the town that hosts them is lucky to have. Atkins Farms is certainly among them. Atkins Farms has an amazing variety of food or you can just go there for pastries and coffee. One time I cut my finger there by accident and the owner himself came out and gave me a bandaid. Know that when you are giving this store your business, you are shopping at a store that could not be owned by nicer people.

Wide and very good selection of produce, other items are quirky and very pricey. Much smaller than main store. Good if you're only buying produce or coming in just to look around, but definitely not a substitute for a grocery store. Also, many items aren't labeled with a price - which is especially unfortunate since many items are very expensive.

They have an excellent selection of seasonal and local produce. Great deals with “older” fruit and vegetables. It’s the little brother of the Atkins Farm on West St. so they carry the famous Apple Cider Donuts but do not produce them at this location. They are still fresh and absolutely delicious (personally, I’m a big fan of their Apple Cider Donut Holes) and sell out just as quick!

They have amazing kombucha on tap here for an unbeatable price. You can get a refillable growler and come back at get it for cheaper than any other store in the area. Not only that but the staff is nice. During summer they have ice cream too, which is really good and a nice way to relax and have a sit down at a picnic bench.
