Aweful service. I'm 25 and came in with my girlfriend (20) and they wouldn't sell me a beer because she was with me... Ok fine. Drop her off at home and try to go and buy it myself, they won't sell it to me. Will not recommend this place to anyone, and never coming back.

I drive all the way to Amherst to get salad for work the next day. Best salad bar hands down. I've been going here since I could remember to get the cider doughnuts, too. Best thing ever is to eat one while still warm with a cup of hot cider in the fall.. yes, very cliche new England. They have Savory Suppers which I used a few times with coworkers or friends that were in a tough time or just lost a family member. It's a thoughtful idea in those types of situations.

This was a great grocery type store. The store is beautiful and nicely laid out. Huge selection of fruits and vegetables. Also lots of local goods too including huge jugs of maple syrup, jams and jellies and other products. The bakery is really nice too. Clean, very friendly staff and just a great all around store.

First time there. Arrived at the first entrance I came to off Bay Road. Conveniently came quickly upon a handicapped space. The man I was with has a placard. Walked 153 steps to the main entrance which isn't even in site of the space. Walked past several locked doors. When I retraced my steps, I found the closest non handicapped space at 50 steps. This ruined this whole experience. Maybe if it weren't raining buckets which it was.

I love atkins and so do all the locals. Everyone knows about their famous Apple cider doughnuts. Their Apple cider us the best in the county. Local FRESH produce at amazing low prices. you're not going to get produces freshers Atkins offers at stop and shop and big y. There's a very interesting selection of products. I love shopping around and trying different types of chocolate not only is there bakery amazing they have their own gourmet chocolate and fudge section made right there! The meat is always fresh and never looks old or oxidized/ Frozen and unfrozen five times like your local major supermarkets. Definitely recommend Atkins.

Best fruits and vegtables anywhere IMO. Delicious baked goods (pies, muffins, cakes, donghuts) anywhere!! Sandwiches, grinders are great plus the salad bar. Meats and seafood are great as well. I've been going there over 20 years and it's always a real treat!!!

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. However it looked bigger on the picture online. I called customer service and they were very helpful. A military discount was applied and a partial refund. They were very professional and suggested for me to call after placing online orders to clarify any questions I might have. I take some responsability for not calling ahead of time. I give them 5 star on beauty of product. 5 star customer service. 4 on product description. 4.5 overall.

This place is New England at its best only the best of everything that New England has to offer fruits vegetables specialty foods in don’t you dare go there without hitting the bakery if you’re on a diet leave it at the door the Apple cider donuts will blow your mind in fact just do yourself a favor and get one of everything their apples are always the best from local area so is the milk and the maple syrup you cannot go wrong with this place but if you’re looking for a bargain it’s not Walmart

Great and fun stop over after the Eric Carle museum. They had nice ready meals, deli delights, bakery scrumptious treats, coffee, and a great store variety. Their restrooms were clean and well stocked. The front house staff was very helpful and kind. They also have a rewards program for points and specials. We will be back!

I love Atkins. All of their fruits and veggies are so fresh! All their food is so delicious, and every time I go there I feel super healthy. And then they have a little bit Cafe section in the back. I go there all the time before I go shopping, and it's just a nice place to read a book, and enjoy a cookie. And then they also have a fudge section, which I've gotten from a couple of times. And the fudge they are so delicious. Atkins has a bunch of different varieties from vegetables, fruit, meat, Seafood, cereal, desserts, cakes. They literally have everything.

Produce and bakery cannot be beat in Western Mass. Great beer and wine selection, too. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the deli sandwiches are kind of disappointing. Toppings were missing off our order, but they were also just underwhelming and tasted like we could make at home. “Upgraded” to a grinder roll which was maybe 8 inches max. Stick to here for grocery and prepared foods, avoid deli sandwiches.

Good stuff. I got a 5lb Atkins farm cabbage for a dollar there. They also make their own bakery items fresh daily. The apple cider donuts are great, they have a good salad bar, a deli, and obviously a large produce section as they are a farm store. Lot of stuff for vegetarians and vegans to eat.

I love all the different local maple syrups to choose from along with the local Mapleline Farm Milk they carry in glass bottles. Atkins always has some great new items and foods, I just wish they weren’t so expensive.

If you live in Massachusetts and haven't had an Atkins apple cider doughnut then I don't know what you're going with you life. I love this store it has a nice variety of local produce and fresh local products in general. My fiance and I get our pumpkins here the last few years and frequently shop here for groceries to cook a nice weekend dinners. We live in Springfield, and the best part of coming here is driving down the back roads to get here. It's just so peaceful.

For the most part my experience was good. That being said their is always one person (no matter how hard you try to be nice to them) they just look to make everyone else as miserable as them. The staff at the meat counter were absolutely excellent! Checking out however was a completely different experience. If I had to do over again I would definitely had gone to the young lady that had am empty line ,compared to the first register with the "guy" who sought to make our experience miserable. My 2 year old daughter was running around with a stuffed animal that my family had purchased ahead of time, which I explained. Then he overheard my conversation with my family about the stuffed animal and proceeded to tell me she needs to put that back. I ignored him and smiled as best as I could. Then informed me he was going to take it from her, I nicely explained to him that it's been paid for and that we already told him 3x, then gives me a dirty look. Needless to say we won't be back and this is coming from someone who typically frequents the store.

This is great place for produce, baked good, and specialty groceries. I am always pleasantly surprised at their amazing specials and sales. Be sure to grab some greeat ice cream in the summer and a hot bagel and coffee at the drive thru.

Wow, do I wish I lived in the area! Stopped in for lunch on a recommendation from the Carle Museum and was surprised at the size and scope. Local and organic when possible. Everything was vibrant and green, indoors and out. Sandwiches were large and reasonably priced and we reluctantly skipped their bakery which people were raving about. On the way to the car, however, we couldn't skip their outdoor ice cream walk-up window. This is a single scoop. The chunk chocolate mousse with raspberry which may be the best ice cream I've ever had. Completely pleasant experience.

They do an amazing job and always have numerous cakes to choose from in the display case. 14.95 for this beautiful cake. Its well worth the drive out there.

Their bakery is delicious and if you are there on a hot day, their soft serve ice cream area is a great spot to cool off! A Must see!

Try the signature Atkins Cider Donuts which are less expensive (but amazingly delicious) than the other assortment of donuts they offer. The Magic Bar ($1.35) is delicious. You can purchase items and eat in the dining area. They even have delicious prepackaged sushi combos (fresh and very reasonably priced). Need maple syrup or have a craving for an assortment of chocolates or fudge? How about fresh peanut butter (salted or unsalted)? Pies, breads, and produce are available. Definitely check out this place if you are visiting from out of state!

Great place, accessible by the pvta which is great if you're a college student without a car like me. Prices are fair, good range of fruit and veggies. In the warmer months they often have a selection of local fruits too. They do have a deli/ready-to-go lunch/dinner section but the options are not very diverse if you're a vegetarian. (They always have a few vegetarian things available though.)
