Caters to the Spanish and carribean clientele. Urban supermarket. Narrow idles made more narrow by clutter. Hardly possible for 2 carts to pass side by side. Other than the size, the store is well stocked and we'll tended.

Food is super expensive I rather go to stop and shop rather than this place, tiny isles, meats be dripping wet and messy. Over crowded so watch out make sure not to bump other customers they will get rowdy

Sat in line while the manager watched me being ignored then. I left the line and a person who wasnt Caucasian was served. Then I had to go back to that line because I needed to cash in my lottery to make the purchase. When i was finally served my whole transaction took about five minutes because the server was utterly annoyed that i had lottery. Bad experience.

Does not close at 10 pm hell they are not even open at 8 pm when i'm driving by from work and need to make a quick stop so walgreens it is...i think they are scared to stay open pass 7pm

America's Food Basket in Codman Square is a wonderful store with a good selection of mainstream, ethnic, and healthy / organic foods. They have great prices, nice staff and a good location. Better to support a privately owned small business that brings income & jobs right to your neighborhood than some big chain store. This store gets my loyalty!

Americas food basket is more than just regular food of North America its a diverse blend of culture and food from around the Caribbean islands central America and South American foods and spices that are hard to find and rare in most American stores its the best food store to buy things from Latin America and the islands too.

Great selection. Like an oasis in the middle of the "city desert". Produce is not easily found in the concrete desert of 619,000 +/-. They have meats, cheeses', produce, sweets, breads, ect. Staff was really efficient. Cash back max is $40. And it was really clean too. This is where we grocery shop!
