The best place to get groceries, if you have privileges to do so! I'd hate to see the commissary get merged with the PX, I think it's perfect as is. Some people I know say it's not the cheapest, and I could see how that could be said about certain products, but in general I absolutely love it. We've saved so much money shopping there regularly, and I've always been very happy with the product selection. The people are nice, I've always had good interactions there. I love my local commissary, and you should too.

It is a wonderful benefit and I do so appreciate it! It has become very crowded when they first opened it up it was spacious inside now there are things in the middle of the Isles everywhere things are in every single corner and nook and cranny. Also, some of those people have been working there so long they seem disgruntled and angry, they don't smile when you smile, they don't speak when you speak borderline rude. And why is it only a certain group of people are bagging your groceries, and you only see the young people or diversity in the evening or on the weekend? But it's all we have if you can't leave post you must deal with it.

The deli makes great sandwiches, just don't plan a quick trip through for lunch at lunchtime - like everything else, it gets busy when twenty thousand people go to lunch at the same time. The service was usually good with friendly & helpful staffers.

I never feel like the prices are that great. There's no tax, but you do have to pay a fee to use your credit card that sort of balances it out. Selection is not great (for example, they don't carry freezer paper) and sometimes it's easier to shop elsewhere to save the inevitable second trip. The worst part is the checkout line which is almost always huge. You can expect to wait up to 25 minutes just to get to a register at the self checkout. I don't do the regular checkout but that line doesn't seem much better.

A bit small for there being a division but overall a good recently updated Commissary. My only pet peeve is the number of stands in the aisles that make it nearly impossible to pass slower shoppers. Prices are way cheaper than the economy.

I don't like that they have people bring food out to the car for you. I would much rather do it myself. I don't want to tip someone for doing that because it is an extra cost...but feel like I have to because they don't get money otherwise. The selection was decent back in 2011 and the prices were okay for the most part. There were some really good deals on things my wife liked. We eventually quit going when they quit carrying the few things we liked. Gave four stars because the place was very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice.

The commissary is the commissary. Just like other grocery stores, you need to be informed of local prices at other places. Be a mindful consumer. The only thing I don't like about the Fort Campbell Commissary is that you aren't supporting local businesses; however, that is to be expected.
