I love to shop here since it’s so close to my house, but it’s like Russian roulette when pulling up the the gas pumps. Which pump is going to read my multiple gas coupons? Only one most days! And then the computer wants to process second tickets as a credit card rather than another coupon. These pumps are in need of a major overhaul! This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues, please fix the ghetto pumps.

Always out of stock on something. Really gotten bad lately!! Beer department always out of something for a week on end and management doesn’t re-order half the time. Assistant manager when approached with a problem is rude and a smart@&$. If this store wasn’t close we would never shop here. There sister store cash saver is 10 times better. They like to put items on the dollar section and then move them and price them high. Can’t complain about the quality of products because that’s fine and the store is very clean. We are tired of having to wait for an adult to check us out because we are purchasing and adult beverage. Hire some adults please! Food always the same in the deli over and over but pretty good.

I will never to back to this place again. I just went it to grab just 3 items. My foodstamp card wouldn't scan it correctly and the manager said that They couldn't manually type it in. It know that is a bold face lie. I will never be subjected to such redicule ever again.

Good quality food. You'll spend as much or more than you would at Walmart. Where they shine and what makes Banks Market stand out is the made fresh sushi and the full deli with ham salad, chicken salad, and pasta salads amongst many other items.

I emailed them to inform that there was a staple in the chicken salad I bought. I was contacted the next day. It took them a week to contact me back after I sent them photos to show them the brand. They are just now dealing with the issue and taking this off the shelves and this is a week later. The only reason I gave two stars was because it is clean and they have a great bakery. The neglect to taking the product off the shelves has made me decide to not support this store anymore and it was the only place I shopped for quite sometime. I am just thankful that the staple was in my sand which and not my daughters. Very disappointing.

The deli, Sushi counter, hot foods, and bakery are all excellent. The staff is always very friendly. As far as doing regular day to day grocery shopping, it's very expensive compared to Kroger.

Great clean grocery. Produce is top of the line aswell as the bakery. Only down side is the cashiers at night are not that friendly. But still a great place to shop little more expensive than box store but cleanliness and departments are worth the extra bucks.

Hometown Market, neighborhood favorite. Some complain it's higher than the big box stores, but with national competition volume pricing, Banks offers quality at a reasonable price, instead of cookie cutter food at a discount. Banks has name brands and store brands to choose from, a beautiful, clean meat department, well-kept fruits and vegetables, and a wonderful selection of alternative foods for those on a special diet. And the staff have really become friends over the years. Add to that the convenience of an in-store, well-staffed Davis Drugs and Banks Market is a great asset to Lone Oak and the greater Paducah area!

You can get some good buys if you watch the ads in the store. They do have the 5 for $19.00 on meat which is good and cans of vegetables are reasonable. Love the deli and it's a clean store.

Beautiful store with a great meat and produce department but the gem is the deli where you can get hot foods, fresh sushi made to order, Boarshead deli meats and you wont find any better southern fried catfish cooked hot to serve all day. Shop the deals for best values as most items are a little higher than the big chains but this is a locally family owned grocery.

Banks is my go-to grocery. Things might be slightly more expensive than Walmart, but the convenience makes it worth it. The store is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. The produce is beautiful, and the flower/gift department is kind and responsive. I usually leave here with exactly what I was looking for and a smile on my face. They even do thoughtful stuff for the kids. A couple weeks ago, they had free watermelon and cheap lunch options grilled fresh outside. Thanks, Banks!
